This place turned awful since they changed location. The lady at the front desk is very rude and racial towards white people. She serves well and speaks nice and smile to black people only. She pushes the people without appointment forward if they are black and helps them and discourages the others so they can give up. When 5 people are working and 4 patients leave, they don’t call the next patients in the next 10-15 min . Very lazy office. Avoid if don’t want to be treated badly.

I wouldn’t recommend coming here, most of the staffs are rude. I felt uncomfortable all because of a simple misunderstanding on my part. The lady that was doing my drug test started picking on me for that. I was waiting 15 minutes for someone to come to the front.

I didn’t have an appointment and another location already turned me away due to being at capacity. But I walked in to this location at 1:08pm and the kiosk said the next available slot was 1:30pm. I was done and out the door by 1:25pm. Also the girl who helped me (I believe her name was Gabby) was very kind and gentle. I wish all of QD locations were like this one!

If i could give 0 stars I would. My appointment was for 10:00am. I arrived at 9:58 and checked in. By 10:10ish I had to take a phone call and stepped outside for maybe 1 minute tops. I came back inside and waited another 25 min until finally I asked the african woman at the front desk (very rude and racist towards white people undertones/ vibes). I explained to her that THEY were late and that I only stepped outside for 1 minute and instead of just bumping me back, my whole appointment got canceled. Didnt get a text or email notification or anything. Mind you I had text alerts turned on my my appoimtnet/ all changes, and never received any texts except to wait in the lobby until i was called. I will be contacting a lawyer because I see other reviews of the woman at the front desk being racist and rude towards white people only. This is how I felt today and what happened to me also. Unfortuneltely I am not the only one who has felt this way/ left a review mentioning it. She is a closet racist and should be investigated.

I got there 15 minutes before 3:00 pm and they said they are not taking walk ins anymore. That was for a simple blood draw. If you don’t want to take people 15 minutes before the time stamped on your door, change the closing time!!! I’m disappointed! I hope I don’t have to come here ever again.

The place is a little loud, but the check in process is very easy. They have a small machine that basically does everything for you. I had an appointment and was in and out in 8 minutes top. I definitely recommend an appointment.

The two times I have come with my mom, the front lady was very friendly and helpful. She was very courteous with everyone who came in. We were in and out within 20 min

Disgustingly rude lady at the front desk was condescending and had a lot of attitude. Was told it was my fault that my doctors order was not present in their system and had my appointment voided as such forcing me to leave and return with a physical note. I was made to sit and wait for 30mins before after being falsely informed that the doctor will be informed. Only after confronting the lady (and her giving me attitude), she says that I need to sign in once again to be rescheduled . Why I wasn’t told to do so 30 mins ago upon my return IDK. Your time will be wasted and your patience will be tested.I do not recommend coming to this establishment at all as long as she is her
