Clean, very well set up, and the person at the counter was very nice. This place is the real deal. The arcade area was clean and we felt safe roaming around to find a good booth. She had everyone’s full attention but never felt uncomfortable. Don’t hesitate to stop in based on bad reviews it was a great experience.

It is a very assorted store and with good prices. I don't know what happened to the girls who served there. Super friendly. I think they should give the new employee training on how to serve customers. I don't know what their experiences have been. I come here a lot to buy because I liked the treatment but now I am not sure since it is very unpleasant if he is not comfortable with the job he should look for another being in charge and maintaining order does not mean a bad face and genius to the consumer that we are the ones who support the businesses and more so gay we are super consumers thank you

I love this place . . personal attacks are not at all acceptable This store has great products and is catering to everyone ! Only down side is don't go when there is an event at Hard Rock Very hard to get into

This place was amazingly well kept and the toys were competitively priced. The manager was very helpful and nice. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for toys and dvds.

The service is terrible they cater to a few very old men who make the store and theater no fun at all and theater always closed for older men groups. Go somewhere else don’t waiste your time.
