I honestly can’t believe I’m just now doing this. I’ve been going to Basis for over a year to see Diana for all my beauty aesthetic needs. Not only is the facility clean and beautiful but Diana is the absolute best. I’m very picky and used to travel to Tampa- but I am so glad I went in to see her. She is so patient, very comforting, knowledgeable, and she is extremely talented. 10/10, 5 stars, the absolute BEST of the best. The gym is also amazing, top of the line facility!

Recently joined Basis Aesthetics and the experience has been first class. The facility is amazing with a full gym that's spotless and the clinic is beyond comfortable with an amazing vibe which includes great music. The staff there are amazing. I have been dealing with Diana and she is fantastic to say the least. Diana is always smiling when you walk in, is very professional and extremely courteous. She answers any questions you may have with regards to your treatments, and makes you feel completely comfortable. It's a great experience from start to finish. Five stars across the board.

Love staff , from the minute you walk in they are so friendly and remember my name. Clean comfy waiting area and rooms. They give you blankets and water. Diana is brilliant. She is very professional and I trust her completely. My lips look amazing ! I get the monthly IV therapy its another way of self care. She answers any of my questions and is always available .

Just had the most wonderful facial with Jennifer! She took her time to give my skin exactly what it needed and made future suggestions for my skin to be in tip top shape. The place is beautiful, they have so much to offer and the front desk was knowledgable, polite and helpful! I look forward to more facials and other treatments within the entire office. I’ve been going to Basis Aesthetics for skinpen microneedling with Diana. She is knowledgeable and makes you feel as comfortable as possible during the treatment. Upon arrival at Basis Medical, I'm greeted with the subtle sweetness of a seasonal fragrance. The waiting area is pristinely clean and well lit. It's all warm smiles from the professional staff here. They've invested their time in me and genuinely seem to care.

All the ladies here are so sweet. They really make me feel comfortable. The nurses are very knowledgeable. The cool music piped in makes the whole experience pretty enjoyable.

All I can say is WOW. Jen used the Candela laser to treat some widely distributed small veins on my cheeks and the results are AMAZING! The entire staff at Basis is so friendly and helpful, and every visit is like stepping into my own personal retreat!
