tl;dr:
I've
never
had
an
issue,
no
billing
disputes,
never
felt
like
they
made
unnecessary
recommendations,
never
had
a
bad
experience
with
anyone
Been
going
to
this
location
for
a
few
years
now,
I
started
going
when
it
was
a
different
doctor's
practice
and
have
seen
quite
a
few
people
come
and
go.
I've
gotten
quite
an
extensive
amount
of
dental
work
done
(due
to
smoking
for
a
pro
longed
period
of
life
as
well
as
cracking
a
fair
number
of
teeth
on
an
ill
advised
tongue
ring)
so
I've
had
teeth
extracted,
deep
cleanings,
a
bridge
put
in,
root
canals,
a
bevy
of
x
rays,
dozens
of
general
cleanings,
and
probably
other
work
that
I
can't
remember
offhand.
That
being
said,
I
feel
I
have
sampled
this
doctor's
offering
quite
a
bit
and
I
am
very
satisfied
with
my
experience.
Dr.
Berglass
has
been
my
family
dentist
for
two
years
or
so
at
this
point,
maybe
longer,
it's
hard
to
remember.
I've
always
been
pleased
with
his
work.
He
makes
it
a
point
to
stop
in
and
give
your
teeth
a
once
over,
even
after
cleanings.
He
gives
clear,
understandable
treatment
plans.
He
is
very
cost
conscious
as
well,
he
always
provides
a
near
costless
at
home
maintenance/preventive
option,
an
insurance
covered
option,
and
even
an
"ideal"
solution
(which
is
often
not
covered
by
insurance
and
the
staff
will
usually
laugh
with
me
when
I
make
a
comment
about
"no
coverage,
not
happening"
and
is
not
in
anyway
them
trying
to
upsell).
The
front
desk
staff
is
always
enthusiastic
and
pleasant.
I
honestly
am
kind
of
in
auto
pilot
when
I
go
to
the
dentist;
they
handle
everything
and
let
me
know
if
I
need
to
pay
or
will
get
me
on
the
calendar
for
follow
ups,
and
just
generally
guide
me
through
the
whole
thing.
I
like
to
think
of
it
as
a
little
spa
day
for
my
teeth!
You
can
also
tell
that
the
doctor
is
infusing
some
much
needed
modernizations
to
the
practice
as
well.
The
automated
appointment
reminders
were
a
great
addition.
If
I
were
to
be
critical
of
anything;
it's
the
decor.
The
waiting
room
looks
like
it's
from
how
the
people
in
the
60s
would
picture
the
1980's.
The
chairs
are
all
beaten
down
and
threadbare
with
an
atrocious
light
pink
coloring.
It's
also
poorly
laid
out
with
chairs
pointing
at
the
desk
and
not
a
TV
or
something.
That's
a
very
mild
issue
though,
I
don't
think
I've
ever
had
to
wait
for
then
a
few
minutes
at
most
before
being
called
back.
Everyone
at
the
practice
is
EXTREMELY
punctual.
The
little
time
spent
in
the
waiting
area
is
also
offset
by
whoever
is
working
the
front
desk;
they
are
normally
very
outgoing
and
have
great
memories!
They'll
often
start
asking
questions
about
things
you
said
last
visit
or
ask
how
family
members
are
doing.
They
make
it
seem
like
they
care
about
you
in
a
genuine
sense.
