I went to Dr. Malo because I needed some teeth pulled and new dentures. He was so pleasant and so was his staff. He explained everything and I was happy with him. I had the teeth pulled and had a new denture on top and a snap on denture for the bottom. I wore a temporary denture on bottom for about 2 months and then had the new one put in. Everything was fine until there was a problem and I complained about the new denture. I let him know from the start they did not feel right. I went back 25-30 times for adjustment. I felt nothing but discomfort, pain, they were too big, pressure, had headaches almost everyday, as soon as I came home from work I had to take them off. I was miserable for almost 1 1/2 years. Dr. Malo kept trying to do something for me but nothing worked. He made the mold and if he couldn't fix the problem he should have just made a new denture at no cost. He did offer to make a new one if I pay half which is not acceptable. I finally went to another specialist who made a new snap on denture. He and his staff are super nice, friendly. They made me feel like family. What a big difference. They are smaller, so much more comfortable, no problem what so ever. Hardly any food gets under the denture like the other one did. I really feel bad I had to go elsewhere. But Dr. Malo could not work with me or fix the problem. I am posting the pictures of my new denture. On the left is my new denture such a huge difference. The employees at Malo r so professional kind and very helpful. I felt like we have been friends forever. They have a very nice and clean office. They treated me like a human being and not a number. I would recommend them to everyone that needs help with orthodontics. Im looking forward to visiting again. Shout out to my Melissa she’s great. She has so much empathy its attractive. Since the moment you enter this office, you are greeted as if you were visiting your family..All his staff are truly professional and knowledgeable. Dr Malo is very thorough and experienced. I have never gone to a dental office and be treated the way I was treated yesterday. They are all loving people so down to earth. Very knowledgeable of their individual roles. The most important thing is they treat you like family. The doctor comes in the room with a great smile. He is the kind of doctor that does not feel he is high and mighty. He has a humble spirit. He explains everything vey well. I am going to get my work done with them.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Malo’s for approximately six years. I was searching for a new dentist when my dentist retired. Dr Malo was recommended to me and I am so grateful to the person that gave me this recommendation! He is an incredible dentist and his staff is excellent. I always feel well taken care of and well informed regarding all of my dental needs. If you’re looking for an excellent and kind dentist Dr. Malo is the best. A special shout out to the rest of the staff, especially Melissa, who have gone above and beyond to meet my needs. I would give more than five stars if an option.

Dr. Malo has been my dentist for several years and I can say that I have been truly satisfied with the work, crowns and bridges, that were needed on my teeth. I would not hesitate to recommend him. This past week I had called Dr. Malo due to an abscess in my gums. Dr. Malo called me to come in to his office that day even though his office was closed due to vacation for himself and his staff. He took his time to properly treat the infection and called me to come in for a follow up visit, which I did. Dr. Malo and his staff are very professional, compassionate, and friendly. I have never been pressured to have further unneeded extensive work done or to buy certain products (one of the reasons I changed to Dr. Malo). Another thing I would like to say is what I have noticed about Dr. Malo, it is his courteous manner and appreciation to his staff which makes a happy atmosphere.

I wanted to let everyone know how grateful I am to have found Dr. Mauricio Malo and his office staff. On my fist visit as soon as I came in I was greeted by a friendly and well-educate staff. Once you meet him, right away you can tell that he is fully vested in your care and treatment and in making this experience one of a kind. He patiently listened to what I had to say, then explained the plan of care and the procedure and what he can do while answering all my questions and concerns. He is humble, courteous and professional which gave me a great sense of trust and always put me at ease. On the day of the surgery, I was very nervous yet Sury, his surgical assistant and with Dr Malo's confidence and personal reassurance it allowed me to relax. One of the things I noticed during the entire surgery was that every time his assistant will hand him anything he asked, instantly he will reply with a "thank you." This shows how humble, educated and respectful he is with everyone but specially his own team. For the next few days after my surgery, I received a follow up call from his office staff and from the doctor himself. (including the weekend) to check on my status. The team at Dr. Malo's office is one of the most caring and compassionate people I have been in contact with in a very long time. Leslie, Melissa, Sury, his wife Tatiana, and Dr. Malo definitely have that human quality, touch and knowledge that makes a big difference. What a great Team led by Dr Mauricio Malo. If you’re looking for a dental office that makes you feel like family this is the place for you. As someone who has anxiety about going to the dentist, the entire office staff will put those worries to rest. Dr. Malo is by far the most professional and gentle dentist I been to.
