    "I have been a customer of The Home Depot for years, and I have always had an exceptional experience. This store is my go-to destination when I need home improvement supplies and DIY project materials. What stands out to me about The Home Depot is their wide selection of high-quality products and their focus on customer service. Every time I visit the store, I find a vast inventory of tools, building materials, appliances, gardening products, and more. The variety of brands and options available is impressive, allowing me to find exactly what I need for each project. Additionally, the staff is always willing to assist and provide expert advice, which is especially helpful when I have questions or need recommendations. Another advantage of The Home Depot is their efficiency in the purchasing process. I also appreciate their hassle-free return policy, which gives me peace of mind when making purchases. In addition to the in-store experience, The Home Depot also has a convenient online platform that allows me to browse their product catalog, make purchases, and either pick up in-store or have items delivered to my home.     We wanted a new fridge, a nice one. Our 10 year old original fridge keeled over into a messy leaky death all over our kitchen floor 2 weeks ago. That’s how this saga started, the quick version is the picture I included of how customer service concluded with Home Depot in our front driveway. Pro tip: don’t buy large appliances from Home Depot, go literally anywhere else. If you can SEE what you want in the store, hire a bunch of guys, have them put it in your house, hire a reliable hookup company (shout out to Bay Plumbing here) and don’t trust these third party parties Home Depot is farming out these delivery and installation jobs to. They’re not worth the hassle. Some Details: * original order for LG fridge AND a small magic chef mini fridge was placed 8/10 * mini fridge supposed to arrive that night 8/10 to salvage some groceries * wrong mini fridge was delivered by a 3rd party company “roadie” and we told Home Depot manager we wanted the right one delivered. Sent the wrong fridge back with delivery person. Home Depot canceled our order without our permission and emailed us that the cancelation reason was that either “there was a problem unloading the order or a person over 18 wasn’t able to sign.” Um WHAT? * LG fridge supposed to arrive 8/16 * HERE’s where it gets weird… * 8/15-8/16: Home Depot says they need to reschedule delivery. When I dig and make a LOT of calls to both LG and Home Depot I find out that LG says they delivered the fridge to the Home Depot delivery service and can provide proof, and the Home Depot delivery service DENIES IT. The manager initiates (I’m not making this up) a “dock search” to try and find my fridge in the warehouse. NO ONE CAN FIND IT…. * I’m then told that for faster service, I should cancel my entire order, and reorder the fridge. So I do this, because hope spring eternal in my mind. * I’m told the delivery will occur 8/22. And that this will include haul away of the old fridge and installation of the new fridge. * on 8/22 two third party delivery guys show up, do not engage with my husband AT ALL, refuse to haul away the old fridge, they damage part of our cabinet pulling out the old fridge, refuse to install the water line, push in the new fridge, don’t even bother to take off any plastic or EVEN SPEAK TO MY HUSBAND. And walk out of our house and drive away. And that my friends, has been our saga with our new fridge from Home Depot. @homedepot

    Love their very affordable prices on Christmas trees, helpful and friendly staff. They also sell accessories for the trees like preservatives and stands. It takes a little to find the right tree, some of them already lost some shape, but in general this is a great option to get the most important piece of decoration for the holidays. Thank you 😊

    The place is well stocked and clean. Prives are reasonable. But most of the staff has a very bad attitude. They are always busy, in a rush or clueless when you need to find something or ask for advice. Yet you find them on the aisles talking to each other.

    My favorite neighborhood hardware store. I purchased a door knob and washer...very pleased with hassle free quality of product delivery. Home Depot does what they say.

    I wish I could give this Home Depot more stars because they truly deserve it. This is the only store I like, customers are always helped in a timely manner and today was not the exception, from Alex I'm hardware who cut my yellow chain to Daniel in lumber who is always ready to lend a hand to the cashier who knew how to process my tax exempt, I love coming to this store and I hope the store manager knows how great his employees are.
