I
had
procedure
done
at
the
out
patient
center
yesterday
and
I
was
very
nervous.
But
let
me
tell
you
what
an
amazing
staff
they
have,
the
receptionist
at
registrations
desk
and
the
lady
who
registered
me
was
very
friendly
(
can’t
remember
there
names
).
They
told
me
I
was
supposed
to
sit
in
the
waiting
area
and
a
nurse
will
come
and
get
me.
A
receptionist
dress
in
scrubs
came
there
to
get
me
she
was
very
friendly
too
and
explain
what
she
wanted
me
to
do.
She
took
me
to
Pre
op
where
I
met
Annette
the
PCA
who
did
my
vital
and
she
explained
everything
that
she
was
doing
to
me.
After
her
I
met
my
nurses
Karen
and
Luty,
not
sure
if
this
is
a
regular
thing
to
get
two
nurses,
but
I
sure
did
feel
special
having
two.
They
were
awesome,
Karen
explained
everything
to
me,
every
medication
she
gave
me
she
told
me
the
name
and
what
they
were
for.
She
did
a
great
job
on
the
IV
with
the
help
of
Luty
who
was
trying
to
distract
me
but
that
didn’t
work
lol.
The
anesthesiologist
who
came
to
room
explain
the
whole
process
of
how
general
anesthesia
work
which
really
help
me
because
I
was
so
nervous.
The
OR
Nurse
and
anesthesiologist
that
came
to
get
me.
They
were
super
friendly.
I
wish
i
remembered
the
OR
nurse
name
she
was
amazing.
After
the
surgery
in
post
op
that’s
where
I
met
Kelly
she
was
amazing
too,
I
was
having
some
pain
and
she
gave
me
some
meds
and
I
went
to
sleep.
When
I
got
up
she
gave
me
app
juice
and
crackers
and
I
got
discharged
after.
The
guy
that
wheeled
me
to
my
car
in
wheelchair
was
friendly
too.
You
can
tell
these
people
genuinely
love
their
jobs.
It
was
really
an
amazing
experience.
I
was
so
nervous
about
the
procedure
and
with
their
help
and
friendliness
it
was
breeze.
