This clinic is excellent! The entire staff from front desk, through every single person I’ve encountered, were so nice. The office is not only beautiful, but extremely clean and efficient! The ease of making an appointment, filling in paperwork online, being taken right in, and their follow-up is top notch. Should I need urgent care again while snowbirding, I will certainly return! Thank you all!

Beautiful location!! Have been seeing Kathy Verde for bio-identical hormones and also for a few urgent care visits. She …. And her staff are very warm and thorough. Her hours are longer than any other facility. Unique and wonderful place.

I rarely take the time to write reviews but this Clinic helped me out a lot recently with a variety of tests, which as a non resident I was finding it hard to identify a provider to support with. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, I love that they are open seven days a week and I cannot recommend it enough.

I went to the Physicians Regional ER on Pine Ridge on sunday. They performed a cat-scan gave me morphine and sent me home with painkillers, inflammation pills, and muscle relaxers. Once the pain pills wore off by Wednesday I was still in crippling pain and ended up at Naples walk-in clinic yesterday. The staff was absolutely fantastic and they ended up giving me a shot of Naproxen in the infected area as well as sending me home with a prescription. Last night was my 1st night in 2weeks without using my heating pad. ER just gave me pain killers and performed a cat scan which did nothing but mess my head and mind up.Thank nurse Kathy and Doc for everything.

I could not clear the build up of wax in one of my ears and had to resort to finding an urgent care facility to assist. I found Naples Clinic from a Google Search and I was so glad I did. They performed a professional cleaning in less than 20 minutes allowing me to hear properly again. Also, no one else in town could beat their price.

10 out of 10!! The doctor is so kind and compassionate and incredibly helpful. She is my go to! And the staff are accommodating and patient. Also, the office is just lovely! Don’t feel like an office but a cute, cozy home with a front desk!😉 I highly recommend this wonderful place!

Wonderful service from the moment I walked in. I was seen promptly, diagnosed quickly and meds delivered to my Pharmacy in seconds Dr. Kathy Verdes is amazing. So kind and friendly! Very professional and warm staff. The place was immaculate and beautiful. I was very impressed! I never have to wait. I am going back again and again.

The owner seemed nice but super weird vibes in the clinic. They do not take insurance so it’s $149 per visit regardless of what you’re there for. They also charge for any additional services and medications they provide. Hopefully it’s better as a spa than an urgent care.
