Awesome time!! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Definitely book ahead of time they are very busy on the weekend but so worth it.

Had a lot of fun going to this game room. We were 6 adults and 2 kids so we picked Candy factory and we all enjoyed a lot the full hour we spent. We would love to go again soon to play another theme.

We have done ALL 5 of their rooms, and none have disappointed us! The Staff is so friendly, and the rooms are the perfectly set up. We have been to other Escape Rooms and this Escape Room makes you feel like family from the moment you walk in the door! We can't wait for them to open a new room so we can come back! I still may bring my friends back and let them believe I am super smart!!! Thanks guys for always being so welcoming!

Me and my fiancés experience was amazing here. The escape room no vacancy was the one we tried and it was creepy, and fun at the same time. The lady Karen made the explanation super clear and easy to understand, while not giving away anything. Definitely would recommend and we are definitely coming back!

What a fun experience!! This was my first time and did not really know what to expect… this exceeded my expectations! Besides the challenge and the experience, the staff was so welcoming, friendly and helpful (when feeling a little incapable)! Would recommend highly to anyone looking for something different and fun! West Palm Beach Escape Rooms is a great place to go for a little fun. My friends and I went for my birthday and It was super fun!!! We got a discount on a website called Groupon for like 150$ for 6 people. Overall an amazing experience but unfortunately we did not escape the haunted classroom. Btw, make sure you book early because they fill up fast and you can't reschedule or cancel so make sure you are 100% committed. 😁 ❤️

This was my first escape room and I loved it! I don’t like scary things and this place has a room for everyone from something scary to Something kid friendly! Highly recommend for families and friends.

We had such a great time! Took 3 girls, ages 11, 9 and 8 and went to the Candy Shop. They LOVED it!! Could not recommend this place enough. They wanted to do another room almost immediately! Super helpful and friendly staff. Nothing but great things to say. Room was challenging and so fun!

First time at West Palm Beach Escape Room and it was a blast! Went with a group of five who have all done escape rooms before and so we choose a room with a higher difficulty (can't recall the name but one with the zombie outbreak). The staff was very friendly and rules were explained to us clearly. The room was fun and clues were a challenge but in a good way. Only had to ask for a clue twice. All in all a fun time with friends as we were able to escape our room. Looking forward to coming back and trying the other rooms they have.

I did this escape room with my girlfriend and it was such a fun time! Karen was super helpful, and gave us the perfect amount of hints. The room was challenging but doable. Overall it was a great experience!

Today was my anniversary had I had an amazing time. They were so helpful. And the new room they have is so fun I really enjoyed myself and my boyfriend did too. Would most definitely recommend for others.

So much fun! It is hard to find ones that just allow 2 people to a room so we were excited to see something in this area that let us. We did asylum which was 3/4 and we escaped with a second left! Really well put together, great staff and so fun! We will be back for more!

My wife and I came down to Florida for our honeymoon and had full intentions to do escape rooms in the process. Ended up doing all 5 rooms here and at another location! Only heartbreak we took away was not being able to get a picture with Randi before we left to come back home. From the get go, Randi was super inviting and had that fun spirit and passion in her rooms that you need to feel to become one with the room and take in the full experience! The storyline, the decor, the immersive feeling of each room, and the challenges that awaited in every square inch of the rooms were so much fun and incredible to work. Her rooms aren't for the faint of heart. They require a great deal of thought process along with having a great partner that you can work well with as a TEAM to solve the puzzles she has created. But make no mistake that the challenge is second to the fun loving voice to come over and help with a nudge or clue if need be.. We've been gone for a day, are back to the cold, and are already wishing we were back at West Palm Beach to soak the whole experience in again. Thank you again for the great hospitality and really setting the bar EXTREMELY high for all future escape rooms that we attempt to tackle!

My boyfriend and I came to Florida for a quick vacation and we did the Classroom of Doom on a whim. We have done probably 14 or so escape rooms and we had a great time doing this one. Wonderful way to spend an afternoon! The woman who owns the place was so wonderful. Highly recommend!

We loved this place so much!!! Didn’t realize how hire it was but also so much fun though!!! Very stimulating( makes you think!!! It was surprise for my fiancé and I he was very surprised and so excited! It’s a family owned business and the owner are fantastic! Highly recommend for your next group event !

We did the candy room and it was so much fun. This was most of our first time doing something like this and we escaped with 8 min to spare. Would definitely recommend this for a group.

I loved the experience, it was my first time doing an escape room and I had so much fun and would totally go back and try different rooms.. The staff was very kind I had a problem with my car and they were very cooperative and help me push my reservation to a later Time so I would be able to make it. Overall a great experience and would recommend.

We did the Candy Factory room and had a blast! The puzzles were challenging, but doable. We escaped! I like that there were options for non-creepy themed rooms. I would go back to try another room!

I have played hundreds of escape rooms across the country and West Palm Beach Escape Rooms is by far some of the greatest games I have played. I would highly recommend visiting and playing their games whether you are a professional escapist or just a beginner! I have played all games here and have a fantastic time each time. Staff is friendly and time clues very well. If you were thinking about coming here for your next escape room, stop thinking and go!

Went here for my birthday with friends and my husband and it was great. The guide was very professional, nice and helpful. We did the classroom and although it was beginner level, it still was tricky, the room gave an eerie creepy vibe that we loved. The price isn’t bad either for an hour of the fun. Definitely going back for more!

Super cool escape room with fun puzzles! It was challenging, but we made it in the end. The school of magic room included some elements I had not seen in other escape rooms before. Lots of fun!

It was my group's first time doing an Escape room, and it was Awesome. We went to The Classroom(the bestseller), and my Initial reaction was that it wasn't that big, so it would be quick. I couldn't have been more wrong😅. We ended up not being able to complete it, but Definitely enjoyed it and want to come back. I recommend it to Everyone that wants to try something different and fun!😄

They offer a nice variety of options to choose from! I have been here twice and had a really fun time both experiences. That being said, two of my players could not show up & even with advanced notice - they offer no refunds...so it is something to keep in mind when booking!

OMG! Amazing experience. It was our first time in an escape room. We played The Classroom. When we first entered we thought ok, this is a small room, we could rock it! Weeell, noop! I cannot speak more highly of this place. The puzzles were excellent and challenging without being too hard. We just weren't that smart. Alyssa (I think that was her name) manned the front desk when we got there and she was very nice and very helpful when we were unable to figure things out. Thanks so much for making my mother-in-law's birthday outing so fun!

Randi is more of a friend at this point! Having completed all of her rooms, I would wholeheartedly recommend stopping by and giving her games a go! Her escape rooms are challenging and entertaining, and her hospitality makes you want to stay the whole night long.

It was my 8yr old son's first escape room so we did the classroom. He had such a fun time and it had plenty of different style puzzles that each of us were able to solve. We escaped with only seconds left on the timer. It was a fun.
