    This is the second time that I have attempted to use a coupon at this location only to be told that the coupon has already been used, even though I never used it. When I told the manager that I have not used the coupon she then proceeded to tell me that the coupon was not for their salon to which I then proceeded to point to her all the signs in the store that show that the name of the salon is in fact 'SmartStyle', the same as on the coupon. She then told me that the coupon was for 'armath...' and not for me, I explained to her that 'armath...' was my email address. At the end neither my $5 not my $2 discount coupon was accepted even though they both had never been used and were both still valid. At the end the manager told me that she would manually give me a $2 discount.

    Very dissatisfied with the employee named Sophia. She doesnt wash your hair first which most salons do to get the products off the hair like the mousse I had and make it easier to comb thru and cut. But nope she combed thru my thick curly hair which had mousse at the time. She was hurting me everytime she tried to untangle my hair dry. Then they try to charge u for shit u didnt even get done. Never going back there. Although the employee with red hair was very friendly with her client and very attentive. I got this stank as lady instead

    Third star is for customer service when I got there. I went about a month ago to just have my hair cut in layers. Since I have kinky curly hair, it's a bit tricky. I spoke to the woman who would be cutting my hair how it has to be done. I dont think she understood well what I told her, & when I asked her if she knew how to cut in layers she says she knew. I closed my eyes, clenched my teeth, and waited. Finally she cut my hair. I thought it was only the beginning, but, no, she was done with just one cut across. I yelled, excuse me ma'am, aren't you going to finish? She says no I'm done. I reply, how can you be done if you cut only once? She says, that's how layers are done. She brushed my hair to the front, every single strand of hair. She held it all together and then cut some off from that. Yes, she cut off all of my dead ends, but she also caused about 3-4 inches of my hair to be gone from the front. So it looks like a rectangle and a square put side by side. (Rectangle being the major part of my hair and square being the front part) I feel like I have bangs. And I dont. I can no longer part my hair to the side like I've always done for years. Now I must wait a couple of months to let that part grow a decent amount and I will be going back to the woman that I used to go to in opa locka that does an outstanding job on my hair. Please DO NOT feed into this salons bull. They are inexperienced. They do not know how to properly cut someone's hair. Save urself the headache and go to a professional salon away from Wal-Mart.

    Well I felt that she did okay with my hair but I was really pissed of when I was charged extra $25 for drying my hair at the end! My hair was all wet when the lady aksed me if I wanted to dry my hair and then I said yes! which salon ever leave their costumer all wet at the end!!! I just said yes to dry my hair!!!!!! I was not even informed that they would charge ma that big amount just for it!!!! Could not be more pissed off today!!!!!!

    There was no sign posted anywhere regarding sales being final. Therefore I had brand new bottle of shampoo unopened and was refused return stating there are no return policy- however notated nowhere on a sign. I spoke with manager and even owner I related it’s essential to let consumers know that all sales are final. I bought a two products and went back the week after and still refusal. Per Florida law it is illegal for merchants to refuse returns based on statute law if there was no prior notification or sign posted before consumer bought the goods. Especially it being unopened. Very disappointed and wasted my money. They definitely lost a potential customer.

    If I could give them 0 star I would! The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. The supervisor, Graciela, was extremely rude an unprofessional. I’ve been a loyal customer to this salon, not for their service but for the products(REGIS) but honestly today was the last time I shopped there. After the bad moment she made me go through,I asked for her name ( she wasn’t wearing her name tag) and she told me her name was Maria. But I ended up finding her real name and I called customer service to file a formal complaint. We all deserve respect, and she definitely needs to learn how to deal with customers.

    i been coming here for years and always been satisfied. I went two weeks ago to do an appointment and the lady that attendant me was very rude Her name is Luz she had me waiting in the front, Mean While she was talking to a customer rude stuff about another employee. when she finally attendant me she gave me attitude. Its very sad to know that people like that can ruin the way you see the company. I hope i can get better customer service the next time i go.
