I’ve been to a few other places for PT and not one can compare to this office. From the friendliest and nicest staff to Dr Morales and his assistants to the best physical therapists in town. I’m a working progress with my cervical issue but this has been the only therapy that has helped me alleviate my headaches and a little of the range of motion in the neck area. The cervical pain is still there but I have faith I’m in the right place and care. It’s a walk in office as well so if you have a sudden injury the doctors or assistants will see you and try their best to help you. I will never go anywhere else because the other 3 locations I went to before, made me realize this is the best of them all.

Waiting time is longer than an urgent care room (without an appointment), they charge more than a regular orthopedic, and did the MRI order first without going through the therapy part. Very odd and unprofessional (like if they don't know what they are doing) The doctors are dry and unfriendly. The only kudos here is for their assistants and support staff. Not planning to come here again, don't recommend it

It was the worst experience ever in the medicine field. I have an injury in my arm, and they refused to check my elbow and my shoulder. I can only check one part of my body at one time. So they recommended to come today to check my shoulder and come back another day to check my elbow. I got this news after a 90 min wait. Never coming back, what a disgrace.

Excellent all around. I walked in with a wrist injury and I was treated extremely well. A very professional and informed staff from the moment I walked in and dealt with the front desk, with the X-ray technician Ashley, the informative PA and his assistant, to the doctor, Michael Roselli, MD. Great patient service that I highly recommend. Not anything that you encounter often in this city of ours. Don't hesitate to go, and because it's an actual doctor's office my copayment was much less than it would have been at the ER or Urgent Care facility.

Always go here before the ER. My family and I have been seen here a couple of times for minor fractures and injuries. The doctors are amazing and caring. The physical therapy experts are really dedicated and supportive. The office is very well equipped with everything they need to treat you.

*BOOK AN APPOINTMENT* They advertise that you don’t need one and that they’re “faster than a hospital.” I requested an appt but never received a reply - so I walked in on a Monday at 11:15 a.m. I waited MORE THAN 2 hours to be seen. Every time they tell you “one person ahead of you” that magically becomes 2 and 3 and 4…. When you’re finally called in, you sit for another 30 mins (at least) for the doctor to actually see you.

I do not recommend this clinic to anyone because they do not do the job well or care about the patient, nor do they send the medicines and even less explain the treatment well. He only cares about payment and has no return. It is a disappointment to go to these clinics with very little experience

I went as soon as they opened since I was a walk-in. Got attended within 30 mins and was out in another 30. Very professional, informative, clear with diagnosis and treatment plan. I should have gone straight here instead of urgent care. Absolutely would recommend!

horrible experience my prescription was never sent to the pharmacy and waited one entire day for then to send . incompetent service . I was in pain .They wanted to get pay as soon as you saw the doctor. But never follow up . not going back there.

I've been going here for some years now, and they are THE BEST!!!!! All the way around.... THE ENTIRE STAFF!!!!!!! Dr. Michael Rosselli and Dr. Fabien Morales are two of the best Orthopedic doctors that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They are very caring and genuinely concerned about the health and welfare of their patients.
