Really nice hotel! Room was clean and spacious. Loved how modern the hotel and room look like. Breakfast was really good too, loved the breakfast options and coffee. ⭐️ great hotel overall! Staff were all friendly. I highly recommend this hotel. I’ll be staying here again!

This hotel has the best staff! We had to stay here due to our AC breaking down in our home. It is very easy to get to. The breakfast was always clean and lots of choices. The carpets could have been a little cleaner, but overall everything was excellent. This is now our go to hotel in our area.

Newly remodeled. Light color scheme felt fresh, clean and happy. Front desk staff friendly. Beds were amazingly comfortable and I usually don't like the plusher hotel beds. Size of room was large for adults to keep from running into each other. Continental breakfast is fresh but it looked like pancake machine was gone...? But I don't eat them anyway. They had plenty of fruit and cereal for my son and he quickly forgot about the pancakes. Good selection of teas and coffee. Fruit was fresh. This place was clean and quiet!

Pros: lobby area is very nice and clean even though the lady who checked us in sucked. Great breakfast and the Venezuela lady who managed it was so helpful and kept it cleaned and organized. Cons: the rooms were horrendous. We got a room on level 5. The smell of mold hits you when you exit the elevator. Thankfully our room didn't smell but a family member did and they had to change rooms. The AC unit is a floor unit that takes so much space and is outdated. If you get 2 queen beds, you will freeze if you get the bed next to the unit. If you get the bed farther from the unit you will be feeling muggy.

The service, rooms, and hospitality in general was great here. The staff were super friendly. Will highly recommend this location to anyone that wants to stay in the Fort Lauderdale area.

The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays with a fun pumpkin contest for guests to vote. The staff was very kind and friendly. Overall the hotel is wonderful, but my room had way too much moisture in it. The sheets constantly felt wet, and the smell of the moisture was a little intense.

I stayed here a few weeks ago. The staff here is amazing! Always friendly, courteous and helpful front desk team.This was my first time staying here. Very close to the highway and shopping and food areas. Very clean hotel. Good size room and nice bathrooms. Would stay here again!

This was probably one of my favorite stays yet. Every single interaction I had with the ladies at the front desk was phenomenal. Everyone here is absolutely amazing and so understanding. My sister and I are both battling homelessness while running our own business so we hop from hotel to hotel to stay places and during one of the hardest few weeks we decided to stay at the Holiday inn… They were so understanding of our situation and did whatever they could to help, they were extremely patient with us and allowed us to accumulate the money while waiting in the lobby. They made a very difficult situation so much easier. I highly recommend it here! Really grateful to have interacted with such beautiful people inside and out! It’s so festive in there and they keep the spirits really high! 5/5 service hands down!

Can't go wrong staying here... it's close to 75 and Sheridan takes you into Miami. Rooms clean and beds comfortable plus I had forgotten toothbrush and paste so like midnight I called front desk and they helped me out.. friendly staff all around and breakfast was just enough to get day started. Will stay again for sure and great price for the amenities you get...

Elizabeth at the front desk was amazing! She made sure everything was perfect. She made sure everything was extremely convenient and smooth for us and was very helpful. She was very friendly and welcoming to me and my 3 children. The room was very clean and the bathroom was as well. Tv works so great and internet. Very spacious rooms. Really happy and excited to come back!!!

Our car battery went dead in the drive way of the hotel upon our arrival. Rachel and her team (Alberto & Yardiris) jumped into action. Brought a car around and jumper cables and got us back up and running in no time. It’s people and the team work they showed they make a difference in this world we live in. Thank you! Thank you! The Manager needs training how to communicate with Guest. IHG should help him do it. The GM was extremely rude while communicating. He refused to talk to me over the phone. Basic communication skills should be well learned by a GM of a IHG hotel. Rudeness & avoiding to talk to a guest gives a Terrible reputation of the brand you are representing. When a person represents a reputable brand like IHG he should take care of his behavior as this would disgrace the entire IHG brand I really request IHG to INSPECT THIS HOTEL IMMEDIATELY.

We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was nice and clean. The rooms were decent. Only issue is the tvs are old and don't connect to the internet to use ur own firestick. The pool was super cold. They don't clean the room or change the bedding if you stay for more then 1 Night.

Should be zero stars. I attempted to make a reservation with your hotel today using 4 phone numbers, and on your official site. Phone numbers either never rang, or rang twice then…nothing. Website took me around in circles beginning with entering the dates I needed and the location only to bring me back to..picking the hotel chain and starting all over. I called the front desk where I got more phone numbers and…same as others. Called front desk again. Explained what happened. I was asked several questions about what site I was on, what phone numbers I called, etc. I asked if he could make the reservation. He refused and said it’s too busy to help those on the phone. The room was nice and everything was going well until I asked for your late check out. I'm in diamond elite member which is the top tier for IHG. I was told that the best they can do is 12:00 p.m. . I understand that 2:00 is pushing it but 1:00 would have been fine. I travel a lot 5 days a week in hotels, I think it's time to switch brands if they do not hold up today obligations. I'm very angry at all the money I spend with this brand to be treated like trash. There's hardly anyone in the hotel so I don't see why late check out would have been a problem.

From the second I walked in the door it was a great experience. The front desk works so smooth and makes everyone feel like they are the only person there. Really clean hotel even those spots that get missed. Great showers plus love the shower caddy with soap, conditioner and shampoo. Breakfast was good. Always refilling everything. I will definitely be back here my next visit.

This is property exceeded my expectations. Check-in was seamless - Team members were efficient and professional. Recently updated, the room was super clean, the temperature was easily adjusted and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this property if you need a place to stay in the area.
