These have been challenging times over the past two years when unfortunately we were not able to travel. We were grateful to have the opportunity to stay with you again. Your hotel was superb! All of your staff were incredible! The front desk staff were very kind and patient under some very demanding circumstances. Every area of the hotel was exceptionally clean and Anna and the cleaning staff were really amazing and helpful. We plan to come to Florida next December and also in 2023. We hope to see you again at that time.

I was here in the year of 2020 and the room was fantastic. So in 2021, I revisited again because it was the holidays and family lives near. It wasn't anything like last time. When we arrived to our rooms, mine had hair on the bathroom counter, I found a french frie on the floor, and had to buy something to clean the dirty bathtub. In my sister's room, it had a funky smell like dirty feet, and they ended up moving her because there were ants! Disgusting. Also, I was staying there for 5 days. On the fourth day, we left to go shopping, to come back to my room being locked with all my things in there! They thought we left, which I wouldn't mind being an honest mistake, however, when we were able to unlock it, there was a huge ball of used tissue on the toilet seat! It's a good thing I always bring cleaning products of my own. I don't think I'll be coming back to this hotel. I wish I could give them a zero. I am greatly disappointed with my visit.

Writing this at almost 1 am as I sit in my bed with my eyes wide open to see if I see more….. BED BUGS. I am in absolute DISGUST to have found over 10 bed bugs in my bed. My entire bed was infested. We have my 2 kids with us and let me tell you if it wasn’t for them being asleep already I would of checked out the second I saw them. I told front desk about my issue - he didn’t seem surprised by the looks of it. And I told him clearly that room was not cleaned thoroughly- those sheets most definitely couldn’t have been changed today because maaaaybe 1 or 2 would sneak in however there was over 10 freaking bugs. Some small some huge. He claimed they change every single bed…. That is indeed a lie. So whichever “cleaning lady” cleaned this room needs to be held accountable. I am in disbelief that I even have to go through this at the moment. Will never ever stay here at this location again. In fact- this was 1 night out of our supposed to be 4- and I am absolutely taking my family elsewhere!!! Pick a different hotel in this area !!!!!!!!!

Great location. Easy to get on and off the interstate. Beds were very comfortable and had extra pillows which was nice. Rooms have many built in storage features, besides being spacious. Breakfast had a nice variety. This hotel was very clean! I noticed that the staff in the dining area made it a point to greet people. Very good value and one of the nicest Hampton's I have stayed at.

There's really nothing within walking distance. The nearest gas station is a 10-15 minute walk. Rooms are amazing. Large television đź“ş very comfortable bed. Nice weight room n pool. The only flaw with the hotel I saw was that they do not provide anything later than 1pm to accommodate there guest that have late flights on the day of checkout. Rooms were affordable and reasonable, though.

Updated rooms, was very quiet during the night when I was here, the A/C unit has a digital wall thermostat and thankfully operates relatively quiet as well. Right at a I-75 exit, easy to access. Standard breakfast buffet. Good value for the money, definitely one of the better choices if you look for a place to stay in this area. Two EV chargers available in the hotel parking lot.

Me and my kids came down to visit family. The room was extremely nice, Comfortable beds, nice bathroom, and good breakfast. Everything you’d except for a 3 star hotel. The only thing I disliked about our stay was the general manager was EXTREMELY racist towards us (A black family). I have two younger bother under 13 and 2 older both 15, While we were at the pool the two younger kids wanted to get a snack from the “market” they have in the lobby so I told them to go ahead they came we ate no problem but as we were leaving the manager basically ran after my kids to our car. First red flag because why are you chasing a group of kids if you wanted their attention call out to them not chase them down like a weirdo. Once the kids were in the care and the man was standing at my window he explained to me that he caught my kids stealing, I did not believe him because my kids have never done anything like that before and my daughter explained VIVIDLY that she thought it came with the room and they could get whatever they wanted because the lady was standing at the window and she even payed for the snacks her and brother had gotten. He played back to video recording for me to watch and it did come off as my daughter thought they were free seeing she didn’t even go far back enough to see the sigh but my son knew what he was doing and he did steal because he huddled up and his what he had taken. I explained to my daughter that she needs to pay more attention because Miami locals are NOT friendly and are extremely racist. I made my son pay her back since he took quite a few things, The manger and I spoke for a while and the thought issue was resolved. You guys got y’all money and they learned their lesson but boy was I wrong. The next morning my oldest daughter went down to get breakfast and they refused to let her serve herself saying she had to pay (The breakfast was free) so she left it alone came back to the room and went to sleep. Around 1-2 o’clock we were heading out to go see my mother I realized I left my phone in the room and asked the women at the front desk if she fix our card because it wasn’t working she said no because the room wasn’t payed for and because if the incident that happened the day before. I told the lady that that’s fine and that I would pay for a few extra days because we hadn’t planned to leave until the upcoming Saturday she again said no I could no go get my phone I did not want to argue with her so I told her it’s okay we can find some where else to stay just let me and my kids get our stuff out the room so we can leave, the manger than proceeded come out and told me we needed to leave i again told him I need my phone if we were to leave after going back and forth with this man he finally let the five of us go get our things as as we were going up to the room the manger and the front desk lady begin to laugh I told my kids to go get there things and I went OFF and that’s not something I normally do. I’m a black young women who has my own business making well over 6 figures and I am very professional when it comes to things like this but this behavior was not okay especially KIDS!!!!!!

Remodeled, very fresh, very clean, nice property. Front desk staff were very accommodating. Nice jacuzzi and pool. The free breakfast is a "free breakfast" good for coffee and muffins or cereal. Bonus though, there's a Cracker Barrel right next door. If u need a place to stay in this area, this is it.

Needed a place to stay for the night cause my AC went out. Very accommodating and quick service. Only con is due to the proximity to the highway any straight piped/ loud cars are slightly audible.

I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who checked us in, because he was the best customer service person I have encountered in many, many years. I felt welcomed and appreciated from the moment I walked in the door. Room was spacious, the usual Hampton beds were comfy, breakfast was good. Loved the spa and pool which were very clean. No complaints about this location!

The hotel itself was great and it was quiet. I just really disliked the beds. They were super hard and I woke up multiple times throughout the night.

I’ve stayed at this location several times over the last few years. It’s all ways clean and the staff are extremely professional. My only issue is not with the hotel but the fact that the chain still does not have maid service 2 years after Covid. Hilton should provide a monetary discount or provide maid service. I have no idea why patrons are forced to pay full price for less service.

If your coming to Pembroke Pines this Hotel is highly recommended, Manager Gyanu and his staff will go out of their way to take care of you. Keep up the good work guys!

We were in Pembroke Pines for a memorial service. We stay at Hampton Inns a lot, we are Diamond members, exactly because we receive great service and a consistently clean and quiet room. Upon arrival, the wonderful manager made me feel at home and checked me right in. We chose an accessible room for ease of our wheelchair. The bath was a real hit: large and spacey, with both a walk in shower and a tub. The shower was lovely. We spent a very quiet and peaceful night before going to say goodbye to our friend. As a p.s.: there is a Cracker Barrel on the other side of the parking lot! We ate the very good complimentary Hampton breakfast, had Cracker Barrel take out for dinner last night.

Stayed at the Hampton Inn for F1 weekend. Was only about 20 minutes from Hard Rock, and hotel was new, clean and quiet. Free breakfast and parking included as well. Staff was friendly and able to check me in early too. Would stay here again.

This is a newer clean hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the blue and turquoise tones over the usual yellow and brown tones. The complimentary breakfast was tasty, but you need to get there early. The food was not restocked as quickly as it appeared. Other than that, it was quite a nice stay. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel met my expectations of Hampton Inn properties. It was clean, comfortable, and in a quiet area. It was accessible to highway, shopping, and eating areas. The front desk and hotel cleaning staff were all nice and personable. The breakfast offered was hot and well stocked.

Our stay was very pleasing. Great location, free parking, TV, accessibility to the pool, clean room, the iron and refrigerator were a plus. The reason for not giving it 5 stars was due to the consigliere (or anyone at the front desk) not being very friendly or knowledgeable of the area… she didn’t know restaurant recommendations or where I can find a charger for my electric vehicle (Googled and Yelped it). Also there was no breakfast options for vegans except bread and fruit. Otherwise, this hotel was fantastic and we would definitely consider it again for our next vacation.

We stayed 1 night travelling through to the keys. The hotel was clean, especially the bedrooms and bathroom. Nice linen, comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast with cereal, toast bagels and a hot choice. All was good and well stocked. We didn’t use the pool but it looked good, great for families with kids.

Our stay was great with the exception of some of our encounters with the front desk. They can stand to be a little more friendly and welcoming. The front desk crew changed often and we did have some great encounters with a few and I would be remiss to leave that part out. Outside of that the stay was great. Just needs a little tweaking with customer service skills with some of the staff. The grounds were well kept, breakfast was good just missing whipped cream and bacon…lol. I would recommend this hotel.

Was lied to upon check-in when selecting my own room I was told it was not cleaned yet at 3:00 p.m. come to find out the room I selected was given to another hotel guest. Also they had some type of child birthday party going on throughout the lobby and the pool area so was unable to use the pool at all as it was 15 children running around carrying on in that area for almost all day long. Creating pools and puddles of water inside the elevator and lobby area.

I will likely be back as we have family in the area very nearby. This Hampton was. very clean, with excellent staff, particularly the desk clerk Shemire (spelling or a name similar) who was lovely and welcoming. She was also there on check out and made sure to ask if we enjoyed our stay, and if there was anything else that could have been done to make our stay more enjoyable. There was nothing else we needed, and our stay was 100% excellent.[

Went for a Hurricanes football game and had a great stay. The room was clean but somewhat dated. The front desk was friendly and helpful

Gyanu Sthapit the general manager helped me so much and was so understanding when a problem came up. Everyone who works here is super nice and I always felt welcome and happy speaking to the front desk. The room was big and clean and perfect for what I needed. The pool at night lights up and is a super cool place to hang around throughout the day. But I have to say, what took me away and made me write a review was the service. The service was fantastic and I will 100% be coming back.
