HORRIBLE
STAY

VERY
UNSAFE!
Checked
in
for
2
nights
with
a
girl
friend
pre-cruise.
Was
given
a
room
on
the
ground
floor
with
a
patio.
After
unpacking,
I
happened
to
go
out
on
the
patio
to
look
around
and
when
going
back
in
to
the
room,
realized
the
sliding
glass
door
to
the
outside,
ground
level
patio
DID
NOT
LOCK.
NO
WAY
to
lock
the
door
to
your
room
from
anyone
entering
off
the
street.
Contacted
the
front
desk
and
was
told
they
would
"see"
if
they
had
any
other
rooms
available
to
move
us
to,
otherwise
maintenance
would
'try'
to
fix
the
lock
in
the
morning.
Uh,
HELL
NO!!!
NOT
sleeping
in
a
room
with
a
door
that
does
not
lock.
Contacted
customer
service
via
the
chat
function
on
the
app
(EVERYTHING
has
to
be
done
via
their
app
or
your
phone.
No
keys,
not
able
to
access
your
room
if
your
phone
happens
to
be
dead)
and
was
told
another
room
was
available,
and
would
be
ready
in
a
little
while.
Wasted
another
hour
and
a
half
packing
up
the
stuff
we
had
just
unpacked
and
waiting
for
a
new
room
code
to
move.
There
is
NO
WAY
housekeeping
or
the
hotel
itself
was
not
aware
the
patio
door
lock
was
completely
broken
and
not
lockable.
I
can
not
be
the
only
person
who
checked
in
to
that
room
and
checked
the
lock
on
the
ground
floor
slider.
This
was
a
very
scary
and
avoidable
situation
for
two
women
traveling
alone.
Would
not
recommend
this
hotel
at
all.
After
moving
rooms,
we
went
out
for
some
dinner
and
when
we
came
back
a
couple
hours
later,
the
clientele
in
the
hotel
itself
as
well
as
the
surrounding
neighborhood
looked
totally
sketch.
AVOID
THIS
PLACE.
