I stayed here with many family members in multiple different rooms and towers. We had a nice time together, but the rooms were incredibly overpriced and the service, especially at the checking in and check out counters was awful. All the food and drinks were very expensive and the gym had old and broken equipment. The place has so many private functions that they are constantly closing down areas to the guests so we had to walk way out of our way to get to the pool areas. I was staying in a room I had booked for several days and one of the days a guest walked in on me with their key. The front desk had put a new guest in my room while I still was staying there! Not only was it an invasion of my privacy, but they walked in on me undressed and could have stolen things out of my room. When I went to the front desk to complain, they didn’t even apologize and just said that they would move the other guest to a new room. The situation was not handled well and completely ruined my stay. One of my family members also had several issues with their room, including no hot water and one family in the suite said their microwave and washer/dryer didn’t work. In the regular rooms there are no mini fridges unless you pay money to open and close the fridge to the alcohol. In my opinion, there are probably so many other places you could stay with nicer, more affordable prices and with a more pleasant staff. I’m giving 2 stars because we did have an incredible meal at the Italian place the one night, and the men who worked at the pool who set up chairs and umbrellas were incredibly nice and helpful.

Unfortunately the Fontainebleau hotel has dropped in overall quality (but certainly not in price!). We stayed at the hotel 3 years ago and really enjoyed our experience there. It seems since covid, the hotel has really gone downhill. The prices are more insane than ever (food, drinks, room rates). Our room felt dirty and was rundown/shabby. The carpet was gross and the nightstands were covered in dust. They really need to renovate their rooms. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, I must note. We enjoyed the pools and the poolside service (the food and drinks are wildly expensive, though). Our balcony door was broken which made me feel uncomfortable the entire stay. Overall, I feel the iconic Fontainebleau has lost its former glory. We won’t be staying here again.

Too much overpriced for the poor service they offer! Upon our check in, the receptionist was rude enough to answering out questions about the property and our room. Took our key cards to find the room poorly cleaned specially the surfaces like night stands, tables, and patio door and glass. Surfaces had tiny fingerprints of what it seems a baby. We brought this to a receptionist attention, and she promised she will tame care of it. After dinner and a long night, we found the room still on the same condition. Don’t forget that this is happening in the crisis of COVID where hotel room suppose to be not only clean but sanitized. I used disinfectant wipes to clean at least the night stands and knobs around the room. We brought thee issue again to their attention and nothing changed until the third day of our arrival because another receptionist failed to address the issue and adding to this that they don’t offer room service every day, only every other day. Another issue is the biggest part of what you are suppose to enjoy at such hotel, the beach!!! You don’t get to enjoy the beach front unless you pay $400. You only get to set behind a bulky bed like seats that block the beach view from you. If you need an umbrella, you need to pay $25 for it. What’s the resort fee for if I need to pay for an umbrella? Such hotel that their rate may reach beyond $1000 a night, which what we paid for per night, should never have such poor quality. Overall it was an awful experience and a waste of money and our time out there.

My stay was less than pleasant. It is quite literally impossible to get a good nights sleep here. Our first night was not so bad, but we showed up to multiple dirt stains on the light switches, walls, and even stains under our bed sheets. The “jacuzzi” tub inside of our bathroom definitely needed replacing. Second night day we spent hearing room service knocking on the next hotel room overs door for possibly 15-25 minutes. Our door had the “I'm sleepy” sign on it and that seemed to not matter to the employees. The next day it seemed like those guests had checked out because the cleaners were inside of their room sitting down eating chips and having a conversation instead of cleaning and getting it prepped for the next guest. So needless to say with the vacuum and their chit chat going we also didn’t get sleep that we were trying to catch up on from the previous night. There is one door that opens up for 2 more doors. I don’t know if it’s for security reasons or safety but it remained open for about 2 days straight. I need to get in contact with someone from management but it seems impossible. Don’t get me started with all the “fees” included in the stay. Overall 0/5 experience. Food- 1/5 Customer service- 0/5 Cleanliness- 0/5 Overall Value- 0/5

Frustrated with the overall experience. The grounds are beautiful and full of energy but the service and prices are insane. I called to check on late check out and was told I had to call back in the morning of the day I check out..why? A 3 star hotel provides this service - no problem. You can’t have food delivered from any of the restaurants (which are overpriced) and the room service is terribly overpriced for back kitchen bar food. I called guest services to see if they could send up some complimentary water bottles. They transferred me to dining services who wanted to charge me $16 for a Fiji water or use the $10 waters in my mini bar. This is not 5 star service. A room with no bells and whistles costs $900 and there are absolutely no perks to paying $900. You’re far away from south beach night life and paying higher than south beach night life. This hotel is for the Rich and Dumb who care about appearances and not about luxuries. Will not be staying here again. Although, I may use their spa services if I feel like using their pool amenities during the day.

This is a really terrible hotel. I have no idea how it can charge the prices that it does for absolutely appalling service. The restaurants and cafes are all great - great service - lovely food - great wine. So none of this review is about that - just the hotel itself. An hour to get my bags delivered to my room from checking in. No tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms so no means of getting coffee until the cafes open (and then you can have one for $7). A friend’s laundry was lost, and the front desk literally could not have cared less. No late check out - a real pain when you’re travelling on business. The rooms are tired and old. The daily “cleaning” service is haphazard. You can see when reading the reviews on here the downward trend - so interesting to see if anything is done about it. There are so many better options on South Beach for the same price or less. Stay at the W.

We made the best of it! Definitely did not meet expectations and hype. Upgraded room which had spectacular view. Pool too crowded and packed together. Chairs are supposed to be held for 45 minutes but clearly people were paying off attendants because entire sections were “not available” after 2.5 hours of no one sitting in them! Sushi was excellent probably best of all the restaurants on site at least for us. Outdoor “rooftop” bar supposed to close by 10 had private party one night and other night was closed down by 9pm. Very disappointed. Also, a lot of locals and what appeared to be hustlers / hired women in bar at night.. definitely on trashy side and that was NOT expected. Would not return but it was an experience!

The pool is very nice. The lobby is very nice. The rooms are trash. Mold in showers, walls are busted, shower leaked. The customer service is lacking hard as well. No one cared when we complained. Our food at the pool took over two hours and all they offered was free cups of water for our troubles. Honestly, not worth the money. Spend your wonderful Miami trip elsewhere !

My teenage daughter and I booked an oceanfront room with a balcony in the main building and had a fabulous stay! Literally every staff member we interacted with from the front desk, concierge and luggage staff, to housekeeping, pool, restaurant, and beach staff was fantastic and seemed to care very much about customer service. The amenities on site were beautiful and the lively music and scene were fun for my daughter. She also loved the gym. It’s incredible and well outfitted. Our room was clean and very nice, and so was the facility. The only things that were tough for a four-day stay were the meal prices. My daughter eats easily, but I am a vegan. I found one item at each meal I could have, and in especially loved the offering at La Cote, but the prices for even the simplest foods were so high, that we spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on food that really was just ok and certainly didn’t warrant those prices with all the gratuities included. To have a refrigerator in the room to make breakfast or a quick snack easy would have been 25/day, which did t make sense for two people. The pools were also very, very warm, and there aren’t too too any umbrellas, so it was tough to lounge by the pools for as long as we would have liked, but we truly enjoyed it nonetheless. If breakfast had been included in our stay, or some of the options made simpler with more vegan options, I would have rated this 5 stars. Great stay, but I really felt we spent unnecessarily on all our simple meal and snack needs.

For the money one pays for a room here, you'd think the level of service would be spectacular. You would be mistaken. Honestly, the few none surly people were a refreshing change of pace. Also, how is it possible that I am writing this review from a cruise ship in the middle of the ocean with FAR better wifi than I had in my room?

The rooms are far from 4+ star quality. The service is absolutely HORRIBLE. The staff is rude, and disrespectful as if they are way above you. The outrageous fees are incredible! Be prepared to spend 10k if you plan to stay here for one week. I could have picked much nicer quality for much lower cost. Horrible food at high cost. Two cocktails retail for a bill of 75$. Rooms smelled moldy and were NOT clean. The only thing this hotel has going for them is the view. Such a disappointment!

This is a nice hotel but not 5 star. Certain things you expect automatically for a 5 star resort but here you must pay a huge premium after booking to experience anything close to 5 star. The most egregious example is the beach set up. You must pay 26 for an umbrella and if you want any view of the ocean you must pay 220 for one of the beach beds that are lined up blocking the majorities view. Beach chairs of awful. We also did not like all the security checks and searches when you come and go is not 5 star. The food and drinks are good but expensive. 28 bucks for 4 canned sodas. There’s more but won’t get into it. This is a nice 3 star resort

Hotel is nice - not 5 star though. At best it is 4 star. You are paying for the location, not quality or service. The rooms are nice. The beach is lovely. Lots of great nightlife. Hotel food including room service is at best average. Service staff is not very accommodating - from bell desk to the servers and the front desk. The employees are not providing 5 star service.

Enjoyed our day at the Bleau… everyone who assisted with the pool cabana and making sure we had good time is appreciated. Constantly checked on us, even switched us out when the TV was not working. Everyone made us feel welcome. The food was delicious too. The party never stopped with great music and great energy. Overall it’s the staff in the outside amenities that made it a perfect day… it got cloudy later on but the time shared was priceless.

This place is VERY fancy! Room service was very quick to please any requests we had (extra towels, extra shower sauces, that sort of thing), and the employees were very kind with any questions we had. I really liked the atmosphere from the people who work here, they did not make anything seem inaccesible or silly to ask about. The only "complaints" I would have is that the heating/cooling is VERY noisy in the room, with lots of little rattling. Think of the noises when your house is settling for the night, but like...constantly. The toilet also flushed like an absolute explosion, and didn't work every time (like it made the explosive noise, but no flushing). So don't flush when your roommates are sleeping! But other than those two things it was really fun. Loved the marble everywhere, and general air of the lobby! The rooms should have more 1950s decor for all the 'claim to fame' advertising, I think. I wish the food offered was a little more varied and had more friendly open times; it definitely seemed more expensive than it was worth (but that's just my cheapskate opinion). (I should say the only reason we stayed here was through a free get-away work reward trip; it's doubtful I would consider spending this kind of money on a place like this on my own, but it was a nice treat to experience.)

Beautiful views but my hotel room was extremely dusty. The tv remote was FILTHY. Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest either. There was water all over the countertop and toothpaste stains. It didn’t look like anything was cleaned or sanitized. The pool was REALLY nice but disappointed that everything outside closes at 6pm. It would have been so nice to sit by the pool, relax, and order some drinks to end the evening. Restaurants were very good and the servers were so nice!

Wanted to isolate the Fontainebleau pool here compared to the hotel because I for sure feel like the pool is 95% of the reason this hotel is so popular. It really is beautiful and the design is a must see. They have lots of little hot tubs and pools separated. Tons of seating areas as well. Plenty of cabanas that you can't rent out at all different prices. Would have rather stayed at the pool then my room 🤣

Gorgeous hotel with beautiful large pools overlooking an amazing beach with included lounge chairs. Everything was very well maintained and clean. Our room was very spacious and new, and the beds were very comfortable. We did find that the AC was extremely strong and it was quite cold, but this seems to be the case in most hotels. The hotel is very large, so you may have a 5 minute walk to your room from the reception. The decor was very classy and beautiful. Would absolutely return for our next stay!!

So.. love this place because you have everything you need right here. Pool is amazing. Beach is steps away. But.. we had our babysitter come over and she left at 4 in the morning and instead of calling the room they made me get out of bed to show them my ID. And the manager acted like he didn't care. So don't be back..

Sadly, FB is not the classy Miami icon it once was. Over the last several years the clientele has dropped. It went from chic and classic to trashy and flashy. If that’s your thing, then great. Many conferences are held here so I’ll come back a few times a year for work, but I would NEVER use my own money. :(

Not bad… but for the price, not worth it. It was actually pretty dirty, vomits in the entrance on the weekends, rooms are cleaned only every other days, sheets are not changed. All in all, won’t be coming back, but wasn’t bad for a first trip to Miami. Liked that there is a direct beach access. The hotel is too big for its own good.

LMAO is what I have to say about this joke of a hotel. The service is the worst I’ve ever seen for a “luxury” hotel. Way overpriced for what you get. I wish I read the recent reviews before booking as it sounds like it used to be decent but now is terrible. Felt like I was at a crowded cheap all inclusive. Hot tubs had 30 people in them at a time. Impossible to find seats anywhere and you have to pay extra for anything “nicer” at the pool and beach. Rooms were tiny and terrible - Moldy and moist, and really dirty and unsanitary. No housekeeping services during our stay. Booked here because I wanted to splurge for the weekend. Biggest regret ever. I don’t know why people still book here and what the hype is about. I always thought of this hotel as the four seasons of Miami. I would never use the two hotels in the same sentence ever again. How they get away with charging these rates is beyond me. Would never ever return

Run away...This hotel is poorly managed and under-staffed. When i checked in my room had body hair (that is as polite as I can be) on my comforter, bathroom floor and shower. [It is clear that the last people to stay in my room included a hairy male and a long-haired redhead]. Filthy. I politely called and called and called and asked for the room to be cleaned. After 7 calls and being bounced around among a number of employees, I was promised it would be cleaned. It took 24 hours for someone to get to my room to wash the floor and change the comforters. Not okay. I spent way to much time on the phone trying to get some basic help. When I explained the situation to the management team on my checkout, I was told that I should have used the text system rather than the phone system to get a better response. Really? Seriously? How about "I am truly sorry...We under-delivered." To be told that I made a mistake by using the phone system rather than the text system to complain about my filthy room and not get basic service is incredible. The hotel appropriately provided a credit for the room. The hotel has some redeeming features...fun bar, good food, and lively pool. But, not enough redeeming features to warrant me coming back.

The support after your hotel stay is horrible. The only way to contact them is via email, and they respond that your email is being forwarded to the correct department…which goes on for weeks. I had 2 billing issues upon checkout: 1) the cleaning lady knocked over a liquor bottle in the room and triggered the weight. I was told at checkout that this charge would be reversed on my account, and it never happened after 2 weeks of emails. 2) 2 weeks after my stay, I received another random charge for what I was told was mini bar snack charges, stuff we never used or touched, similar to the liquor bottle. I was told there was no way to dispute these charges, as they determined we used snacks and 2 weeks had passed…what can you do. After I received this second random charge, I gave up with the emailing and just shut my card down. I feel like I’m in a scam at this point with a 5 star hotel, very weird, but I don’t know what else to call it. The hotel is great, the service is great while you’re there, but be prepared to get some random charges after your stay is done, and be sure to check your card carefully even weeks after checkout. I didn’t expect this from a hotel of their rating, but it’s real; they’ll make you feel like your card information is in the wrong hands by the time that they’re done with you. Book at your own risk and be careful!

Despite the horror we saw with other guests’ experience with check-in, our stay was very enjoyable. The drinks, food, amenities, and above all- the staff at the hotel & pool were great. Oh yes, everything is pretty pricey, but you have to keep in mind you’re paying for service (that includes tip 9/10 times) and a beautiful location. Great for weekend getaway.

Beautiful hotel with Ocean front views. The staff were hospitable and very helpful. My room was a two-bed stateroom in the Versailles building with decent amenities, however the toilet flushing was like a hurricane at hit the room and very small counter space. It was a long walk to and from the front desk. The main bar had some amazing drinks. I would of provided 4-stars if the bathroom had not been such a small space and the toilet did not shake so much. The hotel is quite large, so expect to walk to the departures section of the hotel when expecting to get picked up.

Introduction: I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach, and I must say that it was far from the luxurious and enjoyable experience I had hoped for. From the moment I arrived, it became apparent that this renowned hotel had fallen short of its reputation. The lackluster service, unclean rooms, and outdated facilities left me thoroughly disappointed. Allow me to share the details of my stay, so you can make an informed decision before booking your own trip to Fontainebleau. Unsatisfactory Room Conditions: Upon entering my room, it was immediately evident that cleanliness was not a priority for the hotel staff. I discovered hair on the stove and dirty light switches, which was an unsettling sight. Additionally, the sliding glass door was inoperable, which made it difficult to enjoy the beautiful view outside. These issues only added to the growing list of disappointments during my stay. Incompetent and Unresponsive Service: The service at Fontainebleau Miami Beach was nothing short of abysmal. The most glaring example was when I requested a bed setup, which I waited for four hours, only to be left waiting indefinitely. The complete lack of follow-through and communication from the staff was frustrating and unprofessional. Moreover, when I brought my concerns to the front desk, I encountered an incompetent staff who seemed disinterested in resolving any issues. Outdated Facilities and Neglected Guest Comfort: The outdated state of the facilities further added to the overall disappointment. It was clear that the management's focus was on catering to the party scene rather than providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for their guests. The lack of attention to detail and maintenance was evident throughout the hotel. Everything from the furniture to the amenities seemed worn out and in dire need of an upgrade. Neglected Guest Accommodation: One of the most disheartening aspects of my stay was the hotel's apparent disregard for accommodating its guests. It felt as though they were more interested in capitalizing on the party scene than ensuring a pleasant and comfortable experience for those who came to relax and enjoy their stay. This lack of attention to guest needs left me feeling undervalued and unappreciated as a customer. Conclusion: Regrettably, my experience at Fontainebleau Miami Beach was anything but satisfactory. The unclean rooms, terrible service, and outdated facilities combined to create an overall disappointing stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable experience. It is my hope that the management takes these criticisms seriously and implements the necessary changes to restore the hotel to its former glory. Until then, I would advise considering alternative options when planning your stay in Miami.

We came by to step back in time as we enjoyed drinks in the retro art deco Blue Bar. Service was polite and the personalized drink menu was fun. The atmosphere was that relaxed Miami beach vibe with a classy style. After drinks we walked out past the pool and on out to the beach. Safe and relaxed along the boardwalk that runs most of the beach.

My experience at FB was good. The only disappoint was that the ocean view was largely a view of the roof of the bottom building connecting to the tower I was at. The hotel has a whole 360 from the weekend to the weekdays. The crowd was totally different. I loved how there were restaurants, pools, and the beach within a walking distance. The service is top and the hotel was nice. The hotel atmosphere is exquisite and the service from everyone was good.

Staff were rude, check in a very long time, and guest services does not answer the phone, and if they do, it’s because you’ve called several times. This is a 3 star hotel at best, do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel. Also, lock box in room was broken and when they tried to fix it created a mess in the room and was incredibly loud, not the ideal way to spend first day of vacation. After several hours, they could not fix it and I had to request a new room. To top it all off, I got an attitude from the staff because they had to actually do some work.

We paid a lot for the suite we were given. What we were not told was that room 460 would be directly over LIV nightclub. The roof went under our room. The DJ booth was directly below the living room. We weren’t able to sleep the entirety of the night because they didn’t stop dropping the base until 4:30-5am. We went for a special occasion and my friend, who was being celebrated and staying in the room, was pregnant. So the goal of the weekend was to spend it relaxing and that was not achieved. When I brought this up to management next to nothing was done. I’m from Miami, I live here. The next time I plan something local it will be at another location and far away from this place.

Beautiful hotel with great history. Poolside chairs get claimed early, so if you want a chair by the pool, without paying extra for a bed, get there early. Normally plenty of beach chairs available. There are several restaurant options on-site, and also a few in short walking distance. There are many chairs available for guests out on the beach, but similar to the pool, you'll want to get there early on busy days. The room was nice, updated, and clean. Room service is available. It's all a bit pricey, but you kinda have to expect that with a resort like the Fontainebleau.

Best hotel in South Beach. Staff at the front desk was amazing and provide us a beautiful room. Brionne was a sweetheart and really made my wife and I feel special. We are planning to make this an annual trip for mommy and daddy to get away for a few days without our child.

Overall it’s a great property. Guests should be aware that an automatic service charge applies to anything you buy from a can of soda to meals in the restaurants. The food in the restaurants is ok but definitely overpriced for what you get. The room cleanliness was not perfect but not bad either. Definitely missing attention to details in the cleaning and inspection process. One interesting thing was I ordered the burger in one of the restaurants and the bun was about half the size of the burger. I was told by the server they bake the buns in-house and that’s how they all came out that day. Interestingly, the table next to us ordered a burger and they got a normal side bun. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Overall excellent experience and atmosphere. It's like a resort with different restaurants, shopping, and attached buildings. Close to the beach and small bay area. The staff is friendly and professional but fun. We had a suite on this visit with a great ocean view. Upscale and remodeled but still had a classy old school feel.

We had a great time in Miami. I can not speak for the rooms in the hotel because we had a bad experience. They charged us to clean the room (we complained upon arrival because there was blood on the floor). They did not clean it until mid day on our 2nd day. We were told they took the charge off, only to get home and see that they never took the charge off our credit card. 😒 unfortunately, we misplaced the receipt... where it SHOWED that he removed it. We tried food at the restaurant that was combined with Blaze, and the breakfast was AMAZING.

I did not stay here but went to the bar for drinks. The property looks like a 5 star set up. Lobby and bar were really high class. Definitely stands out from the rest of hotels in the area. Impression of just the floor level was so impressive that I will try to stay here on my next visit to south beach.

This hotel is overpriced for what they offer. My room was a basic room with zero amenities, no fridge, cups or coffee maker. I listened to street traffic all night long, honking, peeling out and sirens. The noises coming from the other rooms and hallway is equally bad with loud toilet flushing, yelling and doors slamming. My shower wasn’t always hot and twice i took a lukewarm shower. The outlet in bathroom didn’t work for the blow dryer. We had at large group and two of the other ladies had soaking wet rugs for an unknown reason. Be prepared to walk, place is huge and a bit confusing. The beach was unimpressive and under construction (building a bar on the beach).. large excavator beeping for hours!!! For the most part staff was kind (housekeeping very nice) but others clearly didn’t want to be there. The air conditioning in the room is terrible. I bought a medium iced coffee and A can of soda at the cafe and it was $16.85. Front desk was a long wait. Not impressed, couldn’t wait to leave and I will never return.

Very nice resort with clean and comfortable rooms. For a larger resort everything was well marked which made everything easy to find. The entire staff was very friendly and all had smiles on their faces. Our room included a complimentary breakfast each morning which my girlfriend loved. You have your choice of ordering off the menu or the buffet. I was impressed with the variety, quality, and freshness of all their items and would recommend. Keep in mind there is a service charge of 18% automatically added to all bills and then there is a line that says "additional tip" at the bottom of receipts. This is for all restaurants and drink service poolside. There is beach access from this property and they provide towels on site outside for the pool and beach. It was nice to see they had multiple coolers filled with ice water and plenty of cups. One of the coolers actually had slices of fruit for a nice hint of flavor. The pool service was very prompt for drinks and food. Also a very good variety. My only knock at this property was that I did checkout prior to leaving and then when I went to get my car from valet I had to pay an additional $108? Any property I have stayed at previously they always add it to the hotel bill which I found odd. As a result I had to pull the hotel summary out of my luggage and review in order to make sure I was not paying twice. This was a really minor hiccup, but I did find it odd since I was a hotel guest. In all though a pleasant stay.

This hotel was awesome. Me and my husband stayed for four days and we loved it. The atmosphere was amazing. The staff was nice, the food and drinks were delicious and the location was great. The only complaints is the tv service was horrible and the food and drinks were very expensive.

Regardless of this place being a luxury hotel I’m honestly disappointed. The toilet screeches loudly every flush. The front desk people have the worst attitudes for even asking simple questions. Amenities for beach and pool closer early and it’s a charge for every little thing. We weren’t in the pool just lounging and they told us to get up And leave pool closes at 6. You’d think it would be all inclusive with how much is charged. The fact you can’t open refrigerator with out a surcharge??? Never again. We were told we could have a later check out but when we called they said 1100 the latest. I’ve been to super nice expensive hotels and this one I will not be coming back to. For a wrap and one drink at the pool my tab was $71. They added 20% gratuity to everything so no matter how slow or inattentive our server was they got their money. He had an attitude when we asked for anything. Time and money I can’t get back.

this Iconic hotel is just what you would expect including the pricing. Gorgeous new rooms, views of the water from many of the rooms, and lots of beautiful people. Be sure not to touch the Bar if you don't plan on using it as it is pressure sensitive. Elevators were slow as there were many nor working. Pool staff and restaurant was terrific!

I had a great experience at this hotel over the weekend. I just want to say a big thank you to the overnight manager LOVE for taking care of us and upgrading us to one of the best rooms. Ana at the steak house was very friendly. If you are looking to have a great time with your wife, girlfriend, or friends this is the place. They got everything in one spot. Pool, beach, restaurants, one of the best clubs, spas, ice cream shops, coffee shops, and bars. Customer service was amazing. Yes, everything is very expensive but it's simple if you can’t afford it don’t go. I love it and can’t wait to go back again.

High end hotel with a 1k average per night. It sports some of the best restaurants in the area with an average of 50 per person (dinner). Most good restaurants around are the same price. Valet is great and reception service is an A+. You will need the key to access the elevator and external doors. It’s well protected with security everywhere. The room refrigerator is not free , so try not to open their doors cause they are censored, you will get charged. Beautiful beaches and a great pool area. You will enjoy it here. Sometimes it feels like you are paying more for what you get, but here in Miami everything expensive. I would def recommend it.

From check in with an amazing concierge/receptionist who checked us in, to amazing rooms next to each other as requested. Beautiful place and amazing ambience

The service was excellent from the moment I pulled into the property. The valets were very professional. Once checked in the room was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. They have a fully stocked snack and drink bar in room. The restaurants and bars were very good. The bartenders at the outside bar by the pool were excellent. The check out process was simplified with a text from the resort and a link for mobile checkout. The entire staff here was very professional and helpful during the stay.

Good vibes, high energy, beautiful lobby. The pool/ beach staff was very friendly and accommodating . The restaurants were also very nice too, you will enjoy your stay here, please be prepared to spend$$$$. The hotel itself is beautiful, however the rooms need to be updated to match the price tag!! Bathroom definitely needs an update!! Overall, we have a good time!

I been here twice I like the location and LIV, last time the receptionists were not friendly; the room was not equipped with small details like pencils and notepad, the room was not freshly clean, the shower has poor water pressure. Everything outside was nice.

I absolutely love this hotel. Every staff member you interact with is super friendly and professional. Room and entire hotel is very clean. On this stay I was able to enjoy the spa ( a must), pool and beach which both have attendants and waiters, have a drink at the bar in the lobby, and eat at Hakkasan, Pizza & Burger, and both breakfast places. I cannot way to go back to try the other restaurants at the hotel and hopefully visit the nightclub.

I booked this hotel last minute within a week of me visiting. I wanted to be on the beach with pools, bars, restaurants, and entertainment. Well it did NOT disappoint. The bars were lit, Club LIV was lit, the pools were fun, the poolside bar was lit too. And the view from my room was lovely day and night the way it looked lit up. From the moment I arrive until left. I had wished I stayed an extra day. Definitely coming again.

Beautiful hotel, amazing accommodations. Polite employees, delicious food from its restaurants, best Miami vices from La Cote. Gym has wide array of diverse and functional equipment. Spa was relaxing and heavenly. Didn't mind the fact it was expensive but was surprised with around $600 in hotel fees on top of the original booking price. Overall, a great experience, lost a star because of unexpected hotel fees. Stayed for 7 days.

My favorite resort in Miami! You never have to leave the hotel everything is right there. Pools are beautiful, great scenery right on the beach! We love that there’s a nightclub in the resort no need to leave! Staff is absolutely amazing always taking care of you! I’ve celebrated bachelorette parties and birthdays here, love this place!

We stayed at the Royal palm but we partied and dined here two nights in a row! My hubby, 4yrs daughter and I were there from September 25-27th. The entire experience was phenomenal. Valentino made our anniversary trip a dream! We are definitely returning before the end of the year. Hopefully, we can stay on-site but if not, we are definitely dining and dancing at the Fontainebleau!
