This was THE BEST Spa I have ever been to. The staff is friendly and attentive. There were 5 of us in our group and the bride to be wanted a spa day with massage, sauna, steam room, relaxation room, showers, pool and lunch. We were all completely relaxed, rejuvenated and recharged. I absolutely love this place and will be back 100%

This was the most magical resort we've ever been to!!! I booked a deluxe oceanfront 2-bedroom suite, and it was beyond our wildest dreams. The guest services team is world class, and they put up 2 decorated Christmas trees, wrapped gifts for us (goodies from the spa), put candles everywhere, etc... it was the best Christmas vacation ever. You can tell that everyone who works there truly loves their job. This is a REAL 5-star resort. They exceeded our expectations in every way. Thank you for giving us the most amazing memories. Most of the people at The Acqualina are residents, and now we are looking into the condos. We absolutely love it there!!! ❤️

Best service hands down! You will not find better service and care for your needs hands down !! Especially Erika by the pool she is the best attendant, she will hook you up with WHATEVER you need and with the biggest smile ever!!! Being a group of four, Erika always went above and beyond to get us anything to make us happy and have a good time . She was so friendly and made our vacation so pleasant!! Regret coming here honestly, paid 5.5K for 3 nights and this was a massive overcharge. Starting with the vallet, the main guy at the front lied to to us multiple times when we asked about our car which took 15 minutes+. The restaurant are 50% occupied but the service took forever to eat. One restaurant we got there at 8:30 and the food didn’t come until 10:30. Awful service. The people towards the beach are nicer and better service especially the gentleman who bartender the pool he was great. This place may have been 5 starts 10 years ago but it is dated and needs a revamp.

So many hotels have gone downhill since COVID. This is not one of them. Even if you're accustomed to staying at five star hotels, you will be pleasantly surprised by the level of service offered at Acqualina. This will be my hotel of choice from now on, for stays in South Florida.

What an amazing experience. The service was unbelievable. Always a genuine smile from the staff and you can feel it. They all try to make your stay better by asking you what they can help with- like getting your family a fruit basket or extra towels and all with good energy. Would like to personally thank Fernando and Sebastián with their excellent service.

Nice resort, but many other choices with the same level of finishes and service. If you’re an Amex Platinum member using FHR to check-in early, don’t waste your time here. Two years in a row they’ve denied it and have us waiting. I don’t care for the room upgrade that they couldn’t accommodate either. Had I known, I could have come dressed for the beach instead of being dressed up. Yes, I know there is no guarantee in early check, but over 100 stays at hotels during our travels which include the Setai, 1 Hotel, W Hotel, and Ritz, we’ve never had issues like we do here. I would like to say Mike, the guard checking in guests for the pool and beach is just awesome. What a great friendly personality and asset. Maybe he deserves the opportunity at a front desk position given he is so welcoming and the gentlemen we had yesterday wasn’t.

We hosted our Corporate Holiday party at the resort this year. From event planning and execution, their professionalism is unmatched! I worked directly with Jessica and her many years of experience and dedication to Acqualina shines through the outcome of her work. As for the entire team at Acqualina. I have stayed and hosted events in many locations globally and I must say, the team here is one of the best. From the chefs to servers and bartenders, valet, and bellhop everyone was absolutely exceptional. Their attention to detail does not go unnoticed. This is a location I highly recommend.

If I could give this Resort more than 5 stars, I would. The most elegant, luxurious, well manicured Resort in Sunny Isles and surrounding area. Their staff strives for impeccable customer service and they make you feel at home and catered to!!! If you are looking for a Luxury Resort in Sunny Isles, look no further. The Acqualina Resort is one of a kind. We spent 4 days onsite for my son's birthday and it we enjoyed every minute of our short getaway

This was, by far, the most exceptional stay we’ve ever had for our family. The attention to detail at every moment was so amazing and they ability to both anticipate what you need and give little surprises along the way we’re unmatched. For example, we arrived to chocolate covered strawberries and a beautiful note in our room for our anniversary as well as chocolate chip cookies, and a sand pail and shovel for the kids. Our second day we came back after a day of pool and beach to the cutest teddy bears with Acqualina robes for the kids. The pool and beach were gorgeous with both kids and adults only pools that were pristinely clean, super comfortable chairs, and excellent food and drink service. The kids club was also so excellent with both kids asking to go back every day. The breakfast and Ke-Uh restaurant for dinner was beyond delicious. Every person we encountered throughout was so helpful from dining, valet, reception (Erica) to Alisa (manager) and Brandon (pool manager) to Christian at the concierge and so many many more! The spa is also magical and the steam room was just so beautiful. I could go on and on but if you want impressive service, gorgeous beaches and pools, and excellent dining, this is the way!

After a little disappointment that I have experienced upon arrival, I had a great surprise. The management of the hotel went above and beyond to make sure my stay is as pleasant and enjoyable as it has always been. Needless to say how apologetic and accommodating the management team was. They truly make this place a luxurious and upscale destination.

Not overrated by any means! The best spa experience is at this resort. Attention to detail is the key to Acqualina's being #1. The massage was phenomenal because they think of everything... your feet being oily after the manipulations so they clean them, placing a heated pad on your back for relaxation. Wishing I was back there again!

April 17-21/2023 I can't say enough good things about this Hotel. After arriving late on a delayed flight due to storms, the reception desk immediately offered me a cool drink and upgraded my room to oceanfront. This was FANTASTIC! The balcony view was incredible! From the Parking attendants to Bell staff to Room Service to Housekeeping, the Beach staff to Concierge and Management, everyone employed here is focused and genuinely looking to make your experience as pleasant as possible. I have worked in hotel management and can honestly say that this is the best service anywhere! Thank you all, ...and I look forward to my next visit!

I was here for four days with my family and some friends. What I can say about Acqualina? It is simply an incredible place. There is everything you need to relax and to enjoy your holiday. We appreciate a lot all the staff who has been always really available to listen and to satisfy our needs. All of us enjoy a lot both the beach and the pools. SPA services are well organized and well managed by the staff. We had a great welcome with an easy checkin procedure and immediately we start our holiday thank to the on boarding received by the Guest Experience manager. I really recommend you to come here to appreciate the place and to customize your stay as you wish.

Amazing service and super educated and friendly staff. We are so grateful to have found this resort and we will be back for sure. The service goes above and beyond. Incredible experience by every staff member we came in contact with. The guys/girls that work the pool and beach setup are incredible hard working people and still manage to stay so friendly in 90 degree weather walking on sand all day. Acqualina Resort is just plain amazing, the service was at a level above even the Ritz Carlton. They have the best people working with their guests and will make you feel special from the second you step into their hotel. I would strongly recommend staying at this hotel without hestiation and you too will feel you were transported into another dimension of service!!!

We just returned from our second trip to Acqualina and already we are discussing when we can go back! The resort is truly 5 star. The facility is stunning, the restaurants are incredible and more importantly the service is second to none. We just can't say enough great things about Acqualina. Simply outstanding.

The property is gorgeous. The staff was incredibly friendly, conscientious, and willing to do whatever it took to make our vacation amazing. I would like to single out Luis and Sacha at the front desk, Gus at the bell desk, and Victoria and Shania in guest relations. Each was outstanding at their job. The beach is pristine. The water is warm. And you are away from the hustle and bustle of south beach. The Acqualina Resort is a fantastic place to take a family for an amazing beach vacation.

The Acqualina Resort is the new standard for my family to stay in Miami. From the second you pull up to the valet, till the time you leave (unwillingly), everything at the resort is on point. The service is beyond exceptional. Breakfast at Il Mulino in the mornings overlooking the pool and Atlantic is the perfect way to start your day. The staff at the pool, Chanel and Tatiana to name a few, took care of everything we needed and even mentioned that, "I'm going to make sure your experience is amazing". This is after noticing I had broke my shoulder and was in a sling for the duration of our stay. After many trips to Miami and Key Biscayne, I cannot see myself staying anywhere else after the experience I had at this resort. Highly recommend this gem on Sunny Isles.

I wish I could leave more stars. From the concierge, pool/beach staff, and the receptionist everything was amazing all around. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. If your coming to Miami this is the only hotel you should stay at! P.S the food at Il Mulino was AMAZING and the restaurant staff went above customer service standards. Stay here. Don’t look at other resorts - just book it. We stayed with our twin 4 year olds in July and had an amazing time. The rooms are fantastic, the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming and the facilities are immaculate. There isn’t a detail left out. Need beach toys - they have them. Want a world class massage - they offer it. It’s well worth the price.

Hands down one of the best beach resorts that I have ever experienced! The entire stay was a breath of fresh air. The attentive staff made the stay easy and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back for my future trips to Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.

Celebrated our engagement at the Aqualina and was worth every dime. We did a couples retreat and it was incredible. The spa was clean and beautiful. The massage therapist was fantastic, she targeted my problem areas helped me with some stretching exercises and recommended CBD oil which helped with my inflammation. We had a cabana on the private Beach. Included umbrellas, lounge chairs, towels and personal service. Food was delicious, ordered the famous Aqua Burger. Champagne came chilled in a bucket. Our attendant was Sebastian and the supervisor Hector he was super kind and attentive. After some fun by the beach we had the staff move us over to the adult only pool, continued the poolside service there. I definitely recommend for families as we saw kids playing in the soccer field. Couples could also enjoy a nice private getaway as well. The location is perfect right in Sunny Isles plenty of shopping and restaurants of course you have the beach in walking distance.

The hotel was good for the price. The location was close to a lot of stores and restaurants. I'll say that the best part was the pool and sun deck, they were quite nice. The rooms were very well maintained and clean, but the exterior needs a little work. I would suggest this hotel if you're traveling solo or just passing through.

5 star experience with a 5 star price. Acqualina spares no expense, and neither will you. For the money, these are the best suites I've ever had. Staff is truly wonderful. And I can see why there are many permanent residents. Adult pool area is quiet with service prompt and pleasant.

This is without question the #1 resort in the US. Beautiful hotel and facilities, unquestionably the best service throughout the entire hotel. Restaurant is amazing, the rooms, beach, pools and spa are luxurious and immaculate. We visit them twice a year and are never disappointed. Treat yourself, this hotel is 5 Star PLUS!!!!

Absolutely Amazing!!! Paradise is the only word I can think of!!! Everyone here was an absolute pleasure!!! From sun up to sun down it truly was heaven on earth!!!! You honestly didn't need to leave because they have everything you can want in a vacation. Highly Highly Recommend. We spent our anniversary here and made it even more special. Too many names to remember BUT thank you to all!!!!

We like Acqualina because we can go straight from the airport to the beach and the concierge will hold our bags until the room is ready. We can maximize our fun in the sun and enjoy the water because they make it so convenient and easy. I don't think I will stay anywhere else when visiting Miami beach.

Staff, including management, have poor work ethics. They read your review and then try to invade your privacy by looking you up. Privacy is important but they don't care. You can tell management about issues and they do nothing about it. This place is overrated and the staff has serious behavioral and attitude problems. Be advised that cocky young staff will be abusing your vehicle repeatedly. Would not recommend this property to anyone.👎👎👎👎👎

Customer service at its finest. From Bianca showing us the property at check-in to Luis helping us load our luggage as we left the staff at Acqualina left nothing to chance to make sure we were happy and accommodated. Example no lounge chairs were available by the beach so Ion and Zeta uncovered some for us and set it up without any hesitancy and then had Natalie mix us her favorite mojito. They just did it and asked if there was anything else they could do? That is the attitude of all the workers at this resort. Another surprising thing they do is remember your name! By the 2nd day here it seems like the entire staff knows who you are, where you sit and say hi to you by name even if you are not in their area that day. They are proud of the service they provide and it shows. The hotel itself is wonderful with 4 pools and a great beach. No stone is left unturned here. This hotel is ranked #1 in the Continental US for a reason.

This hotel is THE DREAM, it felt as if I was in a fictional movie and their service was top notch. You were treated as if you were the most important person. They accommodate all of your needs and for all these factors I believe this hotel deserves not just 5 stars but beyond 10, the perfect hotel to stay at.

Beautiful hotel, perfect service and top accommodation! We spent a short vacation celebrating our anniversary and babies birth and the room was prepared with everything we could have wanted and needed for our baby twins as well as for us ❤️ the level of service is incredible, the room was gorgeous and big and everything was clean to the highest standard!! We can't wait to come back! Top notch hotel! 👌ooh! And the food in il Molino restaurant as well as the service is to die for!!! Loved it!

Beds were comfortable, and rooms are quiet. Several great places to eat in the area (20 minute Uber ride). The Pro Shop has a decent selection. The staff is extremely helpful.

The room (awesome size, decor & finishes), valet, and front desk staff was First-Class/Awesome. First impressions are hard to redo and theirs were "TOP-NOTCH"! The Dining/food overall was Amazing... The service was beyond excellent/amazing as well (Before, during and AFTER our stay). We will definitely go back. It is now #1 on our list every time we visit Miami/Ft Lauderdale area. It's now on our list to visit 2-3 times a year. The beach and pool staff was also SUPERB/AMAZING.... Also, overall, the people (from the housekeeping, concierge, front desk, bartender, etc), and first-rate service was GREAT/OUTSTANDING; we were well taken care of. Whatever issue arise before, during or even after your visit, rest assure Marco and Victoria will definitely take care of it. I've since referred two couple to the resort because like I, they enjoy the finer things and superlative service when they vacation. What's funny is I've been searching for another 5 star hotel for a visit in Oct but have yet to find one in Miami that has the level of service when it comes to the room (size), the price, the attention to detail throughout the facility and beach, etc.. . Great Resort!!
