Nice Beach. Lots of Seaweed. Slim amount of shells compared to others. Eco Friendly Baskets to pick up trash. Nice Place to watch the sunrise. The Pier cost $3 to walk down. Paid Parking. Overall a decent beach.

Very close paid parking with bathrooms (needs tlc). Stunning turquoise water and soft sand but no trees. Great fishing pier close to parking lot and bathrooms. A recommended beach to visit!

Awesome beach. Arrived at 10 am and there was still plenty of parking lots available. The water is clear and mostly calm with small waves here and there. It was not very crowded. Definitely we will be back. $5 per hour cost of parking

Perry Street named after me is great. Always ample parking. A working fresh water shower. Beautiful water clean beach no piles of sargassum. I watched men swim out and dive and come back with fish to eat. So few people that you can go kite surfing and fishing and not bother anyone. The perfect beach if you want to be alone and meditate or spend an afternoon with friends and not have to fight traffic, parking, or to find a nice shady spot under a palm tree. It's definitely one of my favorite places so much, I am about to head there now for a swim.

The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is beach the beach strip is not as wide as other places near by. Besides that, even when it’s quiet busy in the middle of the week everything else is great. Parking is is probably the best thing in this beach, very affordable & accessible.

I am giving this 4 stars and not 5 just because there is only one place to eat at the pier. The beach is beautiful. It’s really easy to walk on and it’s not hilly. Also, the water is pretty crystal clear and when I went it wasn’t rough. The parking situation isn’t awful. You have to pay for parking by the hour which isn’t so expensive. It was $4.15 for 2 hours when I went on a Saturday. I would recommend going a bit earlier to try and get a parking spot although you can probably wait and get a spot. It’s a quieter place for families and it’s not like Miami Beach with a party scene. I’d recommend going here.

This 4th of July was the clearest I've seen the beach in a long time. The beach was beautiful early in the morning. No crowds, just nice quiet and relaxing.

I always visit on a Monday and it's always peaceful, calm and uncrowded. You can sit at the waters edge if you wish and get washed by the waves. Small fee for parking and few cars. I like watching the jet skiers and boaters and just enjoying the water. Enjoy these pics from the ⛱️

Great beach, maybe because of the season but it was not crowded when I was there, warm water, white sand, life guards on duty, showers and parking lot!!! perfect to chill & relax!

A nice clean beach with plenty of parking near by. As mentioned in other reviews. It is a little sea weedy, but you can't go to the seaside and complain about sea weed. There aren't many shops close to the beach. There's a restaurant on the pier and an ice cream van on the road near the pier. It's just a basic beach but great for the family and not too busy.

Absolutely beautiful beach that’s fairly busy. There is a pier to the north that has a pretty decent restaurant that you’ll probably have to wait to get a table at. Oh big FYI, don’t forget to pay for parking, they WILL ticket you, and you’ll have to pay 40 bucks. Would have loved our afternoon there even more had my husband not managed to lose his wedding ring in the ocean, but shout out to the awesome people who helped us look for it. Someone’s going to find a pretty cool wedding ring eventually…

Just went to see where the beach was and took a quick walk on the fishing pier. We arrived just in time to see a man struggle with a huge long skinny shinny fish trying to reel it in. The pier is an awesome place to fish. Loved seeing the ships way out at sea.

Lovely beach, ample parking right off there off the loop. Don't forget to pay for parking either online or with a meter or you will receive a citation

Great beach, clean and easily accessible with a large car park, beach is clean and with several lifeguards huts. There is a playground (limited shade area) nearby

My recent trip to Fort Lauderdale took an unexpected turn when I had the opportunity to attend a full moon sound bath on Dania Beach, hosted by Omtree. Let me tell you, it was an experience like no other. As I arrived at Dania Beach, I was immediately struck by its natural beauty. Unlike some of the more crowded tourist spots, Dania Beach offered a serene and tranquil setting, with just the right amount of people to create a sense of community without feeling overcrowded. As the full moon began to rise in the sky, casting its ethereal glow over the beach, the sound bath experience began. With the sound of crystal singing bowls filling the air and the gentle lapping of the ocean waves against the shore, I felt completely immersed in the moment. It was a truly magical experience that awakened all of my senses and left me feeling rejuvenated and at peace. One of the highlights of the evening was the breathtaking view of the full moon rising above the horizon. The sight was nothing short of spectacular, and being able to witness it in such a serene and unspoiled environment made it all the more special. Overall, my experience at Dania Beach was nothing short of phenomenal. From the tranquil atmosphere to the awe-inspiring view of the full moon rising, it was a night I will never forget. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a unique and immersive experience like the full moon sound bath, Dania Beach has something to offer for everyone.

Dania Beach is one of my favorite places I have visited. This is a great place to go beach diving, fishing, beach running, walking, swimming, and other outdoor activities. I made a couple videos of this location and I highly recommend visiting if you are in the area.

What a beautiful beach and it wasn't overly packed. There is a pier right near by so you can fish while the ladies lay out in the sun. Quarterdeck Restaurant is right on the pier too so food is right near by. The wings are to die for.

The beach itself was nice, and my kids found lots of shells and even a few fossils. I’m giving 3 stars due to the tiny 11x17 signs that are easily missable and found sporadically in the parking lot that say you have to pay for parking and cannot back in to a parking spot. Being from out of town (AND THE FACT THE CAR NEXT TO US WAS BACKED IN) I backed in to our spot and the family and I spent about 1.5 hours at the beach. When we came back to our rented vehicle it was surprising to see we had been ticketed $42 for backing in to our spot and for not paying to park. PUT A BIG SIGN AT THE ENTRANCE LETTING PEOPLE KNOW THESE RIDICULOUS RULES.

Long ago the use of a tent and grilli was allowed. Today my family got kick out for having both tent and grill (grill was not on yet). The irony of this is the charcoal around the are due to fires at night. Not coming back.

My favorite beach in South Florida, we lived 10 minutes away, and that's where we went as a family, no crowds, just park and beautiful beach. Now, when I visit, I bring my grandkids here.

Dania Beach is phenomenal especially when it's not to hot outside and there's a gentle breeze! If you're looking for a great beach to explore and enjoy make it a point to stop here and have fun!

Great beach for watching the sunrise. Recommend it for a morning visit. Can get crowded on weekend afternoons like all things South Florida.

Visited Dania Beach the day after Hurricane Ian made a direct hit to Fort Myers and surrounding areas. 🔎Notice the potted plant 🪴(minus the planter) rolling up from the waves. Never seen anything like this before. There were already so many of these plants washed up on Dania Beach and were continuing to come in throughout the day. I wonder if Hurricane Ian did this?

Perfect best kept secret hideaway in Florida. Not overly crowded, clear water (when the seaweed isn’t interfering). Definitely a must-try for beach goer’s visiting the state.

This Beach is Absolutely spectacular there is the restaurant on pier or should I first add the fact that they do have a fishing pier I think it's pretty much open 24 hours a day they have a restaurant which is very good very good I believe the name of the restaurant is The Quarterdeck... the restaurant has inside as well as outside seating the outside seating is Fantastic and has a clear view of the ocean with Beach Views or should I say it gives you a panoramic view it allows you to see as far south as you can as far north as you can up and down the coast

It was amazing! Water was cool, people were friendly. We sat near the dog area and met a new furry friend, a curious beauty by the name of Bailey.

Getting here in the morning before sunrise is a slice of heaven. Really peaceful. Parking is right next to the beach. There is a couple food places next to the beach. They have outdoor showers here too.

Very nice afternoon, despite the wind, it was enjoyable amd clean. I wish there was a shower closer to where we stayed (there's one by the pier, but we were more south and with small children, I didn't feel like walking carrying sandy babies and toddlers)
