Very nice beach. We have been there three summers in a row. This year july to August 2019, there was no seaweed and very clear water. It was the same in 2017, but 2018 there was a lot of seaweeds and high waves. It's not like the Caribbean breaches, but it's sure nice. There are a lot of restaurants, hotels and airbnb close to the beach, so it a "built out" area. They are building a lot down on the beach, sΓ₯ I am looking forward to see how it will look in a couple of year. Fort Lauderdale is know for having distances between hotels and restaurants. The overall best thing with the veas, was that we saw a manatee swimming by!

One of the better beaches in Florida. I love Ft Lauderdale. I love the Sebastian Street Beach. It's great. There is always a nice selection of beautiful woman roaming around in this area. I have a nice time every time I visit this area. The beach is a main reason for this.

Awesome part of the beach with a small playground. They are not too far from all the entertainment a few blocks down. Parking can be stressful since it's on the other side of the street going south. The parking is $4 an hour in the lot.

Beautiful beach right next to the main road - the fact that it's next to the road isn't that bad - put on headphones or just read something then it's not that noticeable - the water is wonderful and refreshing ☺️ - parking is also quite good - The price was okay at $4 an hour - there wasn't much going on during the week

Lovely beach with lots of space to sun bath and swim. Recommend going. A lot of things to do around the area if you wish. Or great to throw a towel down and relax. Very clean. Lifeguards always seemed to be on duty. Great spot.

Super nice gay beach. Sebastian Street Beach is a small area of Fort Lauderdale Beaches. It's a friendly place to tan, meet people, take pictures, go swimming, or walk along the beach.

Nice beach! Right next to restaurants and bars which is very convenient. I went during the early evening hours and wasn't crowded. This beach gives a good impression of Fort Lauderdale!

Nice beach but right on the main street with the big blocks behind it. As others have already written, these cast their shadows over the beach relatively early...

The day was ok. Hot and humid but a good beach. The seas was rough and seaweed along the shoreline but that was due to the rain in the area. However we did had fun at #flockfest with oir company being a sponsor.

Great beach. Not super crowded, great views and very accessible. There’s a good amount of restaurants nearby if you’re hungry and parking as well.

Nice, clean beach good for families and couples... even for peeps like me who travel solo. Not that close to a public restroom but there are stations where you can wash the sand off yourself. Bring a towel with you unless you're fine with paying for the recliners and umbrella rental. Beach towels are $20-25 from nearby shops. A little bit too expensive for me.
