The fish part is beautiful , the reptile side is disgusting !!!icant believe they have savanah monitors looking so bad and sick! I'm not kidding, their reptiles look extremely sick ! I'm sure they can improve it but in the meantime I hope someone do something about it because 4 juvenile savanah monitors in a 20 g tank ,it's wrong , lookind like they havent eat in days no water , barely any beddding !its a disgrace to reptile community. Their price at Are fair but the conditions of the reptiles is sad !u guys can do better !

Update**** I called the phone number on the card. I tried to reach out several times and then called the store and left my name and number for someone to reach out to me. If an animal has a genetic issue it should be brought up to the customer before making the purchase, and the customer should be aware of the issue. An animal should be checked to make sure it is completely good health before being sold. NOT ONLY did it have a genetic defect, but it also has a very heavy bacterial infection that my vet and I are still in the process of taking care of. *** I purchased a panther chameleon from them at Repticon in Tampa, and since then I have had nothing but issues with him. The following day I realized that my chameleon was sick and I immediately took him to the vet. He has heavy amount of staphylococcal aureus in his eyes. The bacterial infections in his eyes has been very difficult to cure because according to my vet he may have a genetic defect where he is unable to close his eyes at night, so the eye is drying out. This is not from improper care because the issues happened since the first day that I had him. I have talked to several professionals who study chameleons in the wild and keep them as pets and they tell me that my care was not the issue. I tried to contact the store to talk to Ivan or Tomas but they seem to never be there. I have given my number for a call back and have never received a call. Do not purchase a panther chameleon from here. I have spent hundreds of dollars on vet bills for mine and he is still not completely recovered.

Never answer phone open when they want and never has crickets or worms anymore and they have become over priced. Their animals look stressed out and unhappy

Staff wont ask if you need help until you go talk to them, not many options on corals or fish. They dont even sell live rats for snakes, all frozen. And most importantly everything is over priced.

AVOID. Where do I start? I stupidly bought a hedgehog from them at Repticon. 3 weeks later, he died. He looked a little bit skinny but otherwise healthy when I took him home, but the vet found parasites and an eye infection 2 days later. It was around then I learned that their reptiles and small mammals are often in terrible health and this guy is infamous among veterinarians in my area. Not only that but he was incredibly unprofessional, and reading some of his responses to negative reviews here bolsters that.

Yes they have nice looking animals but they all looked stressed and all are all untamed and over priced and don't bother trying to call cause no one will answer the phone and don't go by their open times cause they open and close as they please and they same to be closed ALOT in the afternoon time and then reopen for a couple hours before closing early again. Most of the employess are rude except for a young heavy set guy thats there

Real happy I found this small store. Is been buying for many years at Allpet and now a friend told me there where a store not even a mile from my shop and I came the same day and meet the owners they let me in the store even that it was close around 8:30 in the morning and I spend good time talking Tomas and right away I could tell he was on top of tge game :-) I purshased a reactor and he set it up for me without me asking to doit. This is what a consider a real business owner who spend time bonding with a new customer. I came 2 more time and got a great deal on a fish and coral. Will keep coming back to this place not a doubt. Omg, actually I love this store, I have 2 reptiles that I ordered in this shop and they are beautiful, besides the sellers are very kind!!!!! Once, one of my reptiles got sick and they helped me in everything, I recommend them 100% ❤❤❤ I want to come back soon because my friend bought a chameleon there one year ago and ITS BEAUTIFUL!!! I think I'm addicted to reptiles :(

I've been here a couple of times and I'm always surprised with the critters in there. They have an amazing variety of reptiles, amphibians, corals fish and even hedgehogs. Every time I go I take the kids, the young guy there likes letting you handle some of the animals and it's amazing even to me how docile most of these animals are. Anyways, I highly recommend going by. I was do for this review.

As I walked into this store for the first time last week, I was greeted by a cute little girl sitting behind the counter playing on her tablet. Who I believed to be her mother immediately welcomed me and asked if I needed any help. This family run business not only provides their customers with a kind and friendly atmosphere but they also exceeded my expectations with their knowledge and didn't seem bothered at all by my son and I strolling around, gawking and admiring their stunning set ups for over twenty minutes. They let us ask a dozen questions and were extremely helpful. The variety of exotic fish, reptiles and small pets is amazing, not to mention extremely adorable. All of the animals I had seen appeared to be in excellent health and looked very happy in their habitats, which again were absolutely beautiful. They're products are very good quality and reasonably priced. I purchased some feeder bugs for my reptile and was impressed that they've actually survived more than a week as the ones I purchase from the local pet store chains tend to die off after a few days. This is most definitely my new go to store for all of my reptile and aquarium needs.

Excellent aquarium fish store for fish, corals, equipment, media, and food. Tomas and Eric are very knowledgeable and helped me with acquiring a Golden Angelfish. This is the only store I use to maintain my 75 gallon saltwater tank.

These guys are awesome ! I purchased a tank & called them to deliver supplies like live rocks, sand , water , lights & etc . They came and put everything together . Now my tank looks amazing .Prices are great . Now I just have to wait a few days and let my water cycle. After the cycle process I will be calling them back for all my fish , corals & supplies. The guys have their best interest for the fish & customers ... P.S - PLEASE EXCUSE MY GRAMMAR .. IM A MATH KINDA GUY LOL 😝

I bought the cutest little turtle for my nephew here and he loved it. The staff was super friendly and Ivan helped me find everything I needed for the turtle. It was supper healthy and sweet. Great experience definitely will be coming here again.

I love this store but this week I lived a bad experience in this store but not because it is a bad store it was because a man came to claim because his chameleon died I am a defender of animals and for that reason I visit this excellent store, you have to know that when you assumes the responsibility of buying a living being(any pet) is to take care of it and if you buy an animal, it's because u know the care that the animal need. You cant blame others for ur irresponsibility
