Customer service could be a lot better but they do make a good drink got to admit! Too many young people working at one time, the place could use a little cleaning also!

I love and always have great experiences in starbucks, but for the first time today was not the usual and I have been in so many different starbucks for so many years. Today I had a really bad experience with the customer service. One of the attendees was in training and he was the one making my order which is ok, but it was taking too long (20 mins) because he was putting attention in other conversation that his trainer was having with other person, actually she was not training him or helping him instead she was making a drink for her and having conversation with other people. I asked her when my orther was going to be ready, and she "the trainer" responded "is his first date and I am training him" Then she started talking with other coworkers and continue with her drink, but she never stopped to help the new person. Before I left i told the new guy it was not his fault and that he was doing great, but that his trainer was supposed to be helping him, plus she was rude and disrespecfull. Please take notes, this is not a good image for Starbucks.

Had a lovely experience at this location. Went in and wasn’t sure what I wanted. Luckily, Maur told me how great the chocolate cream cold brew was and since then, I am hooked!! He was extremely helpful and made my day. Thank you!

the staff all get along and do their jobs efficiently and curiously, very nice young lady “Noura” took care of my order, professionally with a smile! Appreciate what she did!

Associates at this location put my correct drink next to a another mobile order with a name similar to my own. So of course I thought it was the food I ordered. It wasnt. So I did the right thing I brought it back. Because 1 want my food. And 2 it's not mine. They actually had the audacity to get upset with me when they put my drink next to the wrong order. Clearly needs more training. And a reading class. Both girls. Ew

It was busy and overpriced as usual. Needed to wash my hands and the bathrooms apparently didn't work.

A newer, fairly modern Starbucks. Staff is very helpful; spacing of tables and decor makes the atmosphere somewhat sterile.

Google Maps directs you to behind the store & walk instead of parking out front 🤷‍♂️ This Starbucks is nice & the workers are as well!

I absolutely love going here. I'm in anywhere from 2-4 mornings a week and the staff always just make my day. So sweet and so friendly.

Its a nice place and workers, but as always when you are vegan yo have to pay extra for alternative milk or spread. Also in the morning should have more people to help.

Manager on Valentines day 02/14/22 with the horrible attitude ignoring me and avoiding eye contact. Besides the fact the drink tasted like burnt coffee, when I ask for an extra shot he kept me waiting for it helping clients they where after me. Slurring in front of clients talking about personal issues to top it off

I purchased the maple butter chicken sandwich and yesterday and felt like about an hour after eating it. I felt sick for the rest of the day and found out later that Starbucks administered a voluntary recall of the sandwiches due to it failing to meet "quality standards" a week prior to me purchasing the food in the store. I understand the recall was voluntary, but its frustrating to know that the person making decisions at this store didn't choose to pull this sub par product. The staff have been polite and quick when I have ordered there in the past, but I will not go again because management doesn't seem as concerned about quailty control.

They need to clean their bathrooms URGENTLY! They have orine odor and the floor are wet like someone did pipi out the toilet. Very disgusting

I’m a faithful customer who has visited your store every day for the past three months. During each of my visits I noticed that staff were wearing their mask. I’m curious to find out if the policy has changed? Today I noticed that some of your staff were not wearing their mask and talking over the food and drinks that was being prepared. Please respond for I’ll know if I should go else way.

As usual, employees here are fantastic. The cashier suggested I get a toasted white mocha and it was delicious.

Good luck with customer service if they're busy. I had the unfortunate experience of being served by Paul. I ordered bakery items and no drink. They were very busy so he gave me a few of my items and asked me to waiy for the rest. Meanwhile, another employee offers to help but gets yelled at by Paul. I wait on for the order and see others who were after me get their order. I go to inquire about my 2 items by the young barista who was yelled at and Paul comes and yells at me asking what do I want multiple times. I stopped and looked at him and then he caught his tone and rudeness. Half of my order was sitting their no longer warm and the offer half was taken out of the freezer and given to me after saying I was simply inquiring about my order. Never again.
