love
and
always
have
great
experiences
in
starbucks,
but
for
the
first
time
today
was
not
the
usual
and
I
have
been
in
so
many
different
starbucks
for
so
many
years.
Today
I
had
a
really
bad
experience
with
the
customer
service.
One
of
the
attendees
was
in
training
and
he
was
the
one
making
my
order
which
is
ok,
but
it
was
taking
too
long
(20
mins)
because
he
was
putting
attention
in
other
conversation
that
his
trainer
was
having
with
other
person,
actually
she
was
not
training
him
or
helping
him
instead
she
was
making
a
drink
for
her
and
having
conversation
with
other
people.
I
asked
her
when
my
orther
was
going
to
be
ready,
and
she
"the
trainer"
responded
"is
his
first
date
and
I
am
training
him"
Then
she
started
talking
with
other
coworkers
and
continue
with
her
drink,
but
she
never
stopped
to
help
the
new
person.
Before
I
left
i
told
the
new
guy
it
was
not
his
fault
and
that
he
was
doing
great,
but
that
his
trainer
was
supposed
to
be
helping
him,
plus
she
was
rude
and
disrespecfull.
Please
take
notes,
this
is
not
a
good
image
for
Starbucks.
