I used to like this place but now the staff doesn't care about you and they are always out of stuff. I went 2 days craving boba tea and they didn't have any ice to make slush. if they have ice they are out of boba. if they have boba and ice the flavor you want is out. i just learned how to make my own at home and wont need this place anymore.

The experience my family and I had was awful. It took 20 minutes for them to get 3 drinks out and they didn’t even put in the 4th order. My drink was made incorrectly (I ordered oat milk because I’m severely allergic to dairy and they used 2%). All of the drinks were MUCH too sweet, and the service was generally lacking. I felt like they didn’t like that we were there and that every order was an inconvenience. Oh, they also didn’t have any toilet paper in the bathroom. :) I’m shocked that this place is surviving with the terrible quality of drinks and service. Edit in response to owner's response: I completely understand that stores get busy, and I have no problem waiting when employees are doing everything they can to get drinks out as quickly as possible. The gentlemen behind the counter were not rushed, as we were the only people in the line, and they didn't seem to have any sense of urgency in preparing our drinks. Hence, the 20 minutes wait after ordering and receiving only 3 out of 4 drinks. I will give credit where credit is due, but it's not due here.

Hi I’ve gone 4 times this week and they never seem to have ice for blended drinks. You guys are starting to become like McDonald’s and their broken ice cream machines. This used to be my favorite place. But as of recently you guys have made my experience awful. I even call in advance to see if you guys have ice and no one answers the phone. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I should buy a bag of ice so you guys have enough every time I go.

Have given this place several chances and they just keep messing up: 1. smoothies always come out flavorless due to so much ice being added there is enough left for another two drinks, the amount of crunch in every sip is indescribable 2. Flavored Teas come out with so much syrup you get instant diabetes. 3. Boba is never fresh and also flavorless. 4. Drove out here 35 minutes the other day to find out this place was closed when they were supposed to be open! 5. After having managed and worked at a tea shop myself, the solution is simple: FOLLOW THE RECIPE and close when you say you close. Won’t be returning..

Used to be my favorite place. They consistently never have black boba and i am done gambling every time I come here hoping they have it. Fix it please because this is literally your most ordered item

Dirty place, everything is always sticky. Drinks are too sweet. Customer service could be better. I give this place two stars because I like the inside. I went in today with my friends for the first time at 6PM and there was a long line. I get that the place is popular but this girl kept drawing on the cups and made the wait even longer. Did I mention the floors were really sticky 🤮?

The place was ok but I 10” percent recommend going to lichi delights the place is amazing my favorite boba from there is the peach green tea.Another reason I hate this place is they had no tapioca balls and if I wanted them it would take 20 minutes like bro I can understand it takes some time to make the boba but there’s nobody there they can make it when they open I bet they don’t have nobody there at like 6:00 am.2/10 would never come here again

This is the best spot to have a yummy drink. I don't waste time looking for any other bubble tea, shakes, or tea and coffee spot. There is none that are more local than this and with service so impeccable. The employees make your order with love they have dippin dots. No one has dippin dots. Anyways, this place is awesome. They never fail at making your heart smile because they make the best refreshing drinks with the yummiest flavors. I love this spot.

I love coming to AraVita! The boba tea is amazing but I always feel like only one person working is inconvenient. I know it’s not their fault but only one person working it gets slow at times.

I was really looking forward to my drink because it is one of the few boba places that offers black tea for their fruit teas. I ordered the mango black tea. It was more like watered-down mango juice and there was a piece of plastic in it. I will not be returning.

Waited 30 minutes in line and there was only 2 people in front of us. This place has gone downhill big time. There's much better places around especially for the price. Never again! The lady there today should be working instead of on her iPhone.

I love going here. It’s a relaxing vibe. My friends and I always pick this spot when we just want chill. My favorite boba spot for sure, I recommend the matcha with vanilla bean. The staff is always friendly and nice. I also recommend the cheese and ham crossaint, so good!

Love this place! The best Boba tea's I've had living in Miami. affordable & good quality. The employees are also super nice & fast service. You can go with a group of friend and make a night out of it - they have games and chill vibe for just sitting & talking.

Would 100% recommend this spot. Very friendly, open until late and great service! The new owners definitely taking it to the next level.. Varieties of drinks and tasty!

If I could give no stars I would but it's impossible to do that to write a review I gave no stars on food service in atmosphere had a lot of tension not to mention you order to marshmallow frappes that word liquid with no ice in it and she tried to alibi it to say that or it's because we poured hot coffee on it then proceeded to laugh in our face and not fix it. Worst customer service ever and I'm so appalled at how we were treated in this place I don't know if it's because of my skin color or heritage or what it could have been but it seems like the act in Miami is if you're not Spanish you got nothing coming we will never ever spend money in this place again worst experience ever Brittany the so-called baristo should be very ashamed of herself at how she treated us at the I WILL BE NOTIFYING MANAGEMENT ALSO. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE GO TO THIS PLACE. AND I'M GOING TO BE REQUESTING A FULL REFUND. There is also video of our not frappe's. Just disgusted with the whole act there

Quaint, comfy, little cafe with an owner with a heart of gold. The food menu is very limited but the latte I ordered was PERFECTION. Planning on visiting this sparkling clean jewel of a place soon and often!!! Skip Starsucks..this place is the real deal and the owner truly cares about satisfying the customer. They also offer Boba teas in an array of flavors... I'm trying one of those next time!!

This place used to be so good. Went by today for a coffee that was worse than any 2 star motel could serve. Tasted like old dirty coffee machine. Couldn’t get past the first sip. Unfortunately won’t be going back.

This used to be my favorite place. Fr they have my favorite drink but now I’m very disappointed. I took my time to drive over there 3 times this week but they literally never has ice and really it feels like is an excuse from the employees because it’s not possible that they always run out of ice when they have a gas station in the same plaza, they do this everyday after 9:30pm so it’s like they start closing and hour and a half before they’re closing time

Their bubble teas are good but they dont taste like actual milk tea they just taste like juice nd the boba isnt even sweet tapioca pearls are supposed to taste sweet and they have a specific taste the ones they sell are tasteless an overall the taste of the “milk tea” tasted like a melted vanilla smoothie and i wont be buying again

This place is so bad now. This is the 4th time i drive there & can’t get boba. Every time i walk in, the workers are on their phone &/or sitting at a table together just hanging out. Just now I arrived at 11:30pm (the hours on the door say open til 1am) along with someone else who walked in at the same time. The worker really told us “Honestly it’s pretty late guys… There’s not a lot of black boba left & im already starting to close ”. So you’re doing you’re closing process 1.5 hours early because you feel like it & not gonna make our drinks? we weren’t even getting black boba. This was just insane to me lol. The other 3 times i show up & the workers are hanging out & say there’s no ice so we can’t make anything. what?? there’s a gas station in the same plaza?? anyways, this place used to be the spot & now it’s just terrible. the drinks aren’t good enough to even make up for the bad customer service.

Got the iced coconut milk tea and it was extremely flavorful, best coconut milk tea I’ve had from a dozen places. Nice, cold, and creamy. Also tried the blended mango fruit tea and that was also out of this world

This place was quite nice. I came at 11 p.m. and i walked in and a table full of teenagers was sitting and being very loud and the worker was nice enough to tell them to not be loud and i was thankful because I didn't like how loud they were but besides that the honeydew boba tea was amazing i will be coming next time when i have the chance.
