I enjoyed a nice breakfast with my mom, we both got an egg sandwich and coffee. Interaction with the staff was pleasant. The restaurant was clean and service was quick. If you're looking for a delicious and satisfying breakfast sandwich, I highly recommend the Einstein Bros. Bagels All-Nighter Egg Sandwich. It really hits the spot and fills you up.

Today I decided to try something new @ Einstein Bagels on Pines Blvd and 184 ave . A delicious breakfast. An ancients bagel with only white yolk. Tomate, avocado turkey bacon etc. I really love it!! l the fact that when I got here the staff welcome me with a friendly smile, great attitude. However, I enjoyed my latte and a cherry danish. I will definitely be back to try a different breakfast option.

Employees need to improve in how they greet and manage the orders for customers. They need to do a better job in keeping the dining area cleaner, tables in particular.

So funny how all these individuals, want us to “shop local” “support the community “ . These geniuses at this store can’t even give me the right order. When you call to complain, nobody knows nothing. Poor customer service, poor quality Food. But everyone will just keep eating it up

This is the worst Bagel Store I have been to in a very long time. There was a White Male behind the counter that claimed he was the owner and did not seem to care about the customer me. I did not feel welcomed at all. I go to bagel stores all over and this was the worst experience and worst tasting bagel as well. I am from New York , You want a good bagel come to New York. Also every bagel store is better set up and equipped and I wanted Snapple and they don't carry it . Also every bagel place I have been to gives a side of chips or Potato Salad or Cole Slaw with your order They do not. Just a bad experience all the way around!!!! Would not ever go there again

The lady behind the counter was rude and very short with people including me. My breakfast sandwich was crushed like some one smashed it. It also had egg shells on the sandwich as seen in the picture. This place is disgusting. Avoid it

Not the quality they used to be. Terrible and flavorless. The onion bagels had very little onion and no flavor. The bagels did not rise enough and had little flavor. The dough was a little chewy. I grew up in 1960s NYC and know a good bagel from the rest. Whole Foods makes decent bagels fresh, but no onion bagels. We used to have a couple of excellent bagel shops in Pembroke Pines, but no longer, so for now I'll stick with Whole Foods.

Place is horrible smells like mold. The AC is never working. Today they decided to stop taking orders at 11:30am. The reason was because they were backed up. Rude ladies making bagels. Stay away.

Just placed a curbside order and waited over thirty minutes outside. Called the store multiple times from my car and no answer. I finally walked inside only to find my order had been sitting on the counter, getting cold, and my frozen drink had completely melted. When I asked about it, they made a face and just handed it to me with no offer to remake the food, or at least remake the drink which was supposed to be a frozen blended beverage and had now watered down completely. Every time I come to this location something goes wrong. I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt as they might be understaffed and the place gets very busy in the mornings. HOWEVER, management should already know this and either hire additional staff for the morning rush on the weekends or figure out another way to handle the situation. I realized today that I'm trying to be kind and understanding when no one is kind and understanding to me, the paying customer who is now stuck with a watered down chocolate drink, a bagel with barely any cream cheese on it, and a freezing cold breakfast sandwich. Disappointing to say the least since I always support local restaurants in my area, but I doubt I'll return to this particular Einstein's location again.

It’s not even noon and they are almost out of bagels. Not the first time.

Sandwich couldve been made wayy better. When i got my food and opened the paper that holds the Sandwich the paper was covered in ingredients from other sandwiches as if the person making sandwiches got something on her gloves and proceeded to make my sandwich. I over looked it and went to pick up my sandwich and it literally falls apart. The tomato was too big for the sandwich the avocado was everywhere and pieces of my sandwich fell out on to my car floor. Only because i plan to give them a second chance why i gave 3 stars instead of 1 But tomorrow morning, my sandwich better be on point or i will be back

Had 2 great delicious bagels. The bagels were fresh. I received a senior discount too.

Bought the box of 13 bagels. They had run out of their first batch of poppy seed. The second batch didn't grow properly (maybe they were in a hurry) and were malformed and dense. Basically 7 out of the 13 bagels were useless. Question. Why not just throw the bagels away? Why sell them to a customer to have a bad experience?

I hate that this is the only bagel place nearby. The service is incredibly hit and miss - sometimes you get lovely service and sometimes it's the worst. But even more problematic is the fact that time and time again, they don't get basic orders correct. Today's example: a poppyseed bagel toasted with almond walnut shmear. After waiting, what did we get? A garlic bagel. I'm done trying with this location.

Fresh food. Awesome service. The manager was so nice we called him to our table to praise him for such great experience. Great job

Love this place! Whenever I visit family in Florida I always come to this location for breakfast. The food looks like it's straight out of a magazine and is always made to perfection. The inside is always very clean and inviting and staff is great! Will be back on my next trip to Florida. **Updated** Came back to FL and ate here literally every single day for breakfast. Always ordered the same thing: asiago bagel with turkey sausage on 2 eggs and cheese. Never disappointed!

Used to come here every week to eat, but stopped coming because the orders kept getting messed up. But today was the worst on Father’s Day, you can tell whoever supervising doesn’t even know what he’s doing because all the recent orders are being backed up. A bunch of people waited so long and if you want to get your order you have to ask the workers where’s your order. And they would do it. And plus the orders kept getting returned because they kept messing up the orders. When we got our order after 30 mins, we went in the car and the whole order was wrong, but whatever not coming here for awhile till they get their stuff back together.

We actually hadn't planned on going here, but thanks to a long delay from Amtrak, we had the chance to grab a quick bite as long as we stayed close. And this one is close to the Hollywood train station. We just wanted a bagel and coffee and I will say they seem to have a great variety of bagels as well as cream cheese though they don't have my favorite which is scallion. They have an onion and chives which is close but for me no cigar! The bagels themselves were soft and fresh though very lightly toasted. We got our usual ET bagels and though mine was OK, my wife found a particular taste that she didn't care for, but unlike most places, the toppings were only on one side so she enjoyed the bottom a it more. It seems to be popular with locals and you could tell there are some groups that meet there all of the time and I must admit some of the goodies inn the case looked good. They also have a variety of sandwiches, both breakfast and lunch and if you're a fan of the foofy flavored coffees and lattes, then they have a selection of those as well. I'll just stick to my boring hot and black medium roast! :-) So in fairness they deserve another chance to try other things but for our first visit, it was a bit underwhelming, But it is popular so worth a try if you like bagels.

This place always has fresh soft bagels. They even make some unique gourmet bagels with green chilies, cheesy hashbrowns, or spinach Florentine baked on top. Then they take those awesome bagels and stuff em with eggs, meat, and cheese. These bagel sandwiches are on another level. If you'd rather have cookies, croissant, or something a little sweeter they have that too. Don't forget to grab one or a giant box of coffee to go with your meal.

I placed a curbside order and waited 20 minutes in the car with my 3 year old. I had to leave and I tried calling this location 14 times since I left. No one answers. There's no way to get a refund for my order without talking to someone. I don't understand why you guys have a phone BUT NO ONE ANSWERS. Edit: I went back to the location in person about an hour or so later and explained that I never got my order. They remade it, I left, and it was the wrong sandwich. I'm sure this won't happen to everyone but this experience was the worst for me.

Only gave 3 stars so my review stays, I give this place 0 stars. I pay for extra cream cheese 2 times, and they always try to skimp me. Love your money but can’t get an order right
