I was looking for a new place to eat around the area and somehow this one came up. I base the places I try by the review and of course the menu. Both looked good so we went to try it out and it took us by surprise, it was in a chevron. That did not matter, this place should not be overlooked! We tried 3 different plates we were interested in and it was amazing! Food is definitely 5/5. The only reason for the 4 stars is they were working on something and it was very noisy and a lingering odor appeared.

I was surprised that a Chevron gas station would have a restaurant in it but this is not your normal gas station food. Staff was friendly and helpful in helping pick something. I am glad I went with the Sweet Plantain Boat with shredded chicken. Delicious! Arnold is an amazing cook!

I went to executive care wash today Next door to the diner. At the perro xpress all staff are amazing great menu The car wash I went to today was recommended by my mechanic from tires plus, this was my first time. The manager Charles stated my car would look like new, omg out standing job everyone was so nice if a had mark they fixed it made sure I was happy 😁 I'll definitely will be going back not only to have my car cleaned but also go back to perro xpress for a meal 🐱

I couldn’t believe! this restaurant is located inside of a chevron gas station on Flamingo rd and Taft street. We checked their menu and they have lots of delicious food choices on it, the chef is very friendly and knowledgeable, he cooks all the delicious dishes from the menu and also he takes time to come to the tables to make sure everything is ok. Customer service here is great! Food taste delicious! I didn’t give them 5 stars ⭐️ because I didn’t like the fact that they are located inside of a gas station and while we were eating, lots of random people walk by our table and it’s too busy with all these people going in and out doing quick shopping and I didn’t feel comfortable. But everyone is different and don’t let my review prevent you from checking this restaurant’s menu because it’s amazing!!! Or you can just go to their website and order to go with Uber eats or just drive to pick up! Highly recommended!!!

Chicken tacos were delicious and the tostones, oh my... I will be back! This place is a hidden gem!

The food was so fire .. went for a car wash decided to try some dishes but I don’t eat chicken or beef .. he had shrimp so i ordered shrimp plantain cup … and cheese empanada ….. omg he made them so good lord they didn’t make it home yummmmmmmmm

The food is consistently good here. You got to try the Cuban sandwich.

Super impressed with this cafe, I came here to wash my car and I thought the gas station would have typical gas station food. But they exceeded my expectations for sure. The presentation of the food is amazing and so it's the taste. Service was great, they even gave a hot chocolate on the house. If you are washing your car you can see everything they are doing to the car because they have Tv with cameras inside. I would recommend this place to everyone!!

I honestly had to talk myself into eating restaurant food at a gas station. It’s not something I grew up accustomed to. But it was so worth it. My hubby and I ordered the steak and churrasco plantain boats. We scraped them clean. It was so good. It’s like a loaded baked potato but with a plantain instead. The employees were very upbeat and friendly. The place was very clean. Next time we’re in the area we’ll definitely be returning.
