Service needs to be improved, but I got my sauces so I’m happy!

We have been to this McDonald's several times and every time there is always an issue. Missing food, wrong food, ask for no pickles yet sandwiches has pickles. But I guess we like the bad service or we just have not had enough but today was the last straw. I can not by any means have anything spicy not even a little spicy. I wanted a Mc Chicken tonight. I had one earlier in the week and I was craving another one. Since they are on the dollar menu I asked my husband to get me two. Once we gets home I start eating. As I am eating I feel my lips get numb and my tongue start to burn. I thought it was Strang so I get some mayo to add to the sandwiches and I noticed the chicken was red. And quickly realized that I got a spicy mc chicken not a regular mc chicken. I now have my mouth burning so bad that I am even coughing. I get milk to help. As I am in tears and coughing my husband calls the store. After some anger on my husband's part the manager did not seem to have a solution to this issue. Not even a sorry for the fact that I am in pain. At one point he told my husband he was not at fault. As a manager anything that goes wrong is the managers fault for not training the staff right. It is not hard to read a screen. Will be going to the store in the morning. I had to ordered uber eats to get a new sandwich and had to wait over 30 mins for my food. This is not right. NEVER WILL WE GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S AGAIN. (One photo is mc chicken alone and the other is with the new spicy chicken my husband ordered you can see the chickens are the same color. The third photo is the sandwiches that I had to order from uber eats which took an hour to get here.)

I ordered a large order and the entire thing came correct and hot. Inside dining facility is clean and orderly.

Terrible service. Ordered a shamrock shake in the drive through. First they gave the order to the wrong person and, once returned after realizing it wasn’t their drink, tried to give it to me (while we’re in a global pandemic??). Then, when requested to make a new one, they didn’t shake the mixture. I asked whether it was supposed to be an actual milkshake or just vanilla ice cream with green liquid at the bottom, and they said that’s how it’s supposed to look (not like the picture or any previous shamrock shake I’ve had). Had to go home and stir it up because it tasted exactly how you’d expect, a sip of straight up vanilla ice cream or a sip of straight up flavoring. Not a great time. If I could give ZERO stars I would .

If I could give 0 stars it would be more fitting. Ordered nuggets/fries Friday night 9-11pm. Fries & Nuggets were SUPER stale. I don't appreciate buying stale old food. I want a refund. I called left a msg asking for the manager to call me back. They didn't call me back. Maybe I will send an email to health department. If your letting food sit for hours / days, are you even sanitary? It tasted like it sat for 8-24 hours at least. It was gross. This is the 2nd time this happened to me. DON'T go to this location.

Had a real 👍 good Mc Breakfast. Everything was hot and fresh. Staff were efficient and friendly. Restaurant was clean and well kept. Will return in the future:)

I mobiled ordered a lot of custom food around 1 am like no salt on the fries, no onions, and no mustard and they got it correct. The customer service was great; they were very nice and the drive through was moving.

I was served burnt chicken nuggets and a RAW and UNCOOKED burger! This place needs to be shut down if workers aren’t going to be doing their jobs CORRECTLY!

Horrible experience I ask for a meal they just gimme what they want . The girl at the drive thru soooo mind I only hear saying fu’@&$ common what kind place it’s that. I hope they close soon. I ask for smoothies and they just say we don’t have anything only coke . Horrible horrible place. This is a joke right WHERE it’s the manager

I’m in line ordering at the drive through. Nothing the woman said to me remotely indicated they were out of something until she started yelling at me through the loudspeaker. Obviously, I exited the line. I don’t need to pay my money to have you yell at me. McDonald’s seems to consistently have rude staff. Sadly, I know from experience! It was raining hard and you were there. It seemed convenient. Well, that is not what I call convenient. That was most definitely RUDE! It makes me think it must be an awful place to work if you have so many miserable people working for you. This was going on way before the pandemic and staffing issues. McDonald’s I’m laying this at your doorstep! You are responsible for your rude staff. Step it up already. Now where is the closest Burger King? Wendy’s? Arby’s? Checker’s? So many alternatives! So much time!

The food was ok as any other McDonald’s, but I had to sit there for 10 mins wasting almost my whole lunch break just to get only a burger and my m&m McFlurry. I redeemed points for the large fries, but they never gave me my fries saying I never redeemed anything. I also got my m&m McFlurry and it looked like my ice cream was cut in half just because I ordered extra m&ms on it

A joke.... they can't man the drive thru properly... food was wrong. Just terrible. Update : I returned because apparently I enjoy being tortured. I ordered a cheeseburger and they didn't put meat in the burger. Old soggy fries that have been sitting there for it seems hours.

Very delicious food looked amazing the way it supposed to look. I told my husband the way the food looked it looks so fresh. By were we live it dosen't look that way and fresh. I want to thank the employees for a job well done keep up the good work you all get 5 and more stars from us. Sorry I didn't take a picture but we eat it all

First McDonald's that got my order complete and completely correct.... most of them miss a fry or a sandwich or forgets to do plain.... This place got it right and fast. I was happily surprised.

The food is okay, but the lines be crazy long and cold food is being served. Like literally COLD BURGERS, I literally had to make a U turn and join the line all over just to give back a cold burger to get a warm one even after I specifically asked for a (fresh warm burger) when I was giving my order.

Must say one of the most cleanest McDonald's I've ever seen. My visits there have always been pleasant. Everyone very nice and welcoming.

I was passing by and my little one was complaining she was hungry. Normally, I would have kept moving but i am glad i stopped. This Mcdonalds was a very nice experience. I was greeted quickly by an elderly lady and she was very polite. There were quite a few people ahead of me but the line moved quickly. The dining area was clean and so were the restrooms. There are no papertowels in the restroom only air dryers. The food was hot and fresh, the coffee was perfect. I was overall very happy with this visit. Definitly a good mc donalds to visit.

SUPER busy restaurant. Drive thru lines are extra long, and most times, only one of the two lanes are open/work. Inside is a mad house! You have to use order kiosks and stand around waiting for your order to be called up. They need more help and better structure in service.

Ordered in app, Food delivered fast and yes....it was perfect!! I haven't been able to say that in 10 years about any McDonalds. I will do it again soon!!

Ive been here mutiple times, some where good and otherz where bad. Just recently i had an issue, manager wasnt as good manner as one hopes and expects. Had to ask three times for a cold coke, not even third coke was cold. Not the worst mcdonalds, not the best.

Every time I come here at night I regret it. Drive through takes AT LEAST 30 minutes to get to the window. Then wait another 15 minutes because they don’t take your order until you get to the window. To make matters worst, they have an attitude problem like it’s the customers fault they have to work, and barely at that.

I usually go here since it’s my nearest Mccdondalds but they’ve gotten a new employee who was extremely unprofessional, for one she had on a BONNET and then had the nastiest attitude, I ordered something extra she looked the receipt and look me dead in the face my item wasn’t on there I checked it again and it was there IN BOLD , she had an attitude even bigger and i was still cordial said thank you twice and no response .HIRE BETTER ATTITUDES!

Extremely poor service, couldn’t remember our order and we had to restate our order at every window. The food was awful(even for McDonald’s). My fries were spilled everywhere in the bag and unsalted. The restaurant wasn’t even busy, 0 excuse for this type of service

Typical fast food place it’s hit or miss. The place was practically empty and service was still slow. The older lady that was cashier out front had a nice personality, but probably not the most efficient. Like they say you get what you pay for. The food and the coffee were hot, so I guess that’s good enough to get my morning started...

Don't go to this Macdonald unless you eat inside and see if your order was accurately filled. Again tonight, they didn't include chicken nugget dipping sauce with our takeout granddaughters' Happy Meals. Plus they didn't include the deluxe (lettuce & tomato) quarter pound cheeseburger I paid for. Unless you empty the Happy Meal boxes and sack of food they hand you (while other customers wait behind you), you don't know how bad their service was until you get home several miles away and discover their mistakes. I'll try mightily to resist the granddaughters' request next time and go elsewhere.

I'm typically not a Mc Donald's eater but happend to be hungry at the time and decided to grab something Fish Filet meal with fries. It was so so good definitely recommend and definitely will Revisit.

Literally have never gotten an order back correctly, I live across the street and have to actively avoid them bc it's a bigger waste of time to choose them. This has been an ongoing problem for YEARS. I swear I have simple orders. Dont get me started on their bug issues. Found one in my fries. I'll leave it at that.

I ordered a hot fudge sundae. McDonald's usually has tasty soft serve ice cream. Well I guess that was before the pandemic. This ice cream tasted terrible. The fudge didn't help make it better. Yuck!

Quick service, I got my order within 5 minutes for three people. The young man that helped me was very courteous. Our food was very fresh and the restaurant was spotless.

If you want what you ordered, forget this place! Even if you place your order on their new electronic flat panel order menu. Thing was, screen said, “we will deliver order to your table.” Fine with me I was using a cane. I waited. Had to walk back to the counter to ask for help (cane, purse, file folder and small shopping bag.) Ordered a Medium combo with a Dr. Pepper, got a SMALL Coke instead! I drank it but told who I thought was the Manager. He picked up a Medium Dr. Pepper, and offered it to me. I refused, suspecting it was the one from MY order, sitting on the counter, ice melting. No, thank you. If this guy is running things, good luck! Star is because it was clean.

I really wish they would take a little more pride in doing a good job. I understand it’s fast food but that don’t negate quality. This location has consistently gotten my orders wrong and when they do get it right, they’re sloppy at putting the sandwiches together or the fries are undercooked. If I was a franchise owner, I would make sure that my employees were held to higher standards. It’s not that hard to put a burger together where the condiments aren’t falling out the side or the cheese isn’t falling off the burger. Do better!!!
