Our visit to Cracker Barrel was, for lack for a better description, BITTER/SWEET, in that order lol. Soooo, being that it's a Sunday afternoon, we expected a wait, but we didn't know the wait would be an hour. Ok, no problem...we'll just enjoy the infamous rocking chairs, take in the outside scenery, browse through their store, and wait. **BITTER TIME** An hour or so later, or table is ready, or so we thought. We're seated at a table, but unbeknownst to us, the other diners that's seated as well, and apparently the host, these tables are closed. 15mins goes by, no server. Two surrounding tables starts to complain because they have been waiting for a server 20mins longer than us. Instantly, one of the tables request the manager. After another 10mins go by Manager Eric approaches the 20min wait table, apologetically explaining that the table was closed but he'll get someone over asap. Now, being that we're sitting "right next to" the 20min wait table we asked was our table closed as well and will the same server be helping us, Manager Eric's attitude instantly changed telling us that they were short staffed, busy, do not have enough servers, and that we just have to bare with them (mind you, he's saying all of this while his hands are up in the air as if he's frustrated with us questioning him). Now, I do not play the race card, but ummmm, Manager Eric's total attitude change from one table to the next, was quit obvious 🤔. **SWEET TIME** Our server, Anthony, who obviously was pulled from another section, came over and took our drink and lunch orders. Anthony was so patient, attentive, nice, and pleasant. And even though the place had diners coming in and out, Anthony did such a great job. THANKS ANTHONY, YOU WERE THE BEST!!!!! Oh, and the food was good as well.

This is a pretty good location it's not easy to find. You have to turn off of sheridan and follow the road around behind the car dealership. Then when you get to the end of the street it's on the polls sack the second turn you make a right to get to cracker barrel. When you enter the parking lot you can see I-75 from the lot. I usually call ahead and make a order for pickup however we used to eat there all the time. I would not try to go on a sunday morning it's usually very busy. The food is good and the service is good depending on who you get. The best part about cracker barrel is that the food is not expensive. If you like this review please give it a thumbs up and follow me for more food and bar reviews.

Came here for a late supper with the in-laws and their children. We arrived late but the staff were ever accommodating and tended to our every need. They were extremely understanding and professional, shout out to our server Vanessa! The food was what you would typically expect from a Cracker Barrel, (good). Several of the sides were out due to us being late, but as I said the staff was very accommodating and provide suitable options were possible. It was also the first time I have seen liquor served at a Cracker Barrel, which was very exciting for me as this was something I advocated for on one of my vista to a Cracker Barrel in PA. All in all it was a very relaxed and enjoyable experience.

Always one of the best places to eat at any time. Food is the best, service is great and the atmosphere is unique. Will always be back at any of its locations. This time, the sweet potato with brown sugar, walnuts and marshmallow was amazing! Biscuits with butter and jelly were fresh and warm.

I cant believe how disappointed I was. The food was extremely disgusting. I had to send the food back because it was cold. The customer service sucked and to make matters worst I had to wait 2 hours .

It was crowded, service was very slow. The waiter forgot to put my food in when we finally got to place our order about 2 hours after we arrived at the place. My companions had already finished their breakfast by the time I even got mine. I specifically ordered mine without onions, but it came with big chunks of onion. All in all it was an awful experience, it was dark and dingy, and the servers were rather incompetent. I couldn't even finish my food because it tasted like onion and that's all I could taste. I definitely wouldn't recommend unless they get their act in gear.

We are truck drivers that couldn’t make it home for thanksgiving so very grateful Cracker Barrel was open. Turkey dinner was good, it was just really loud because they were so busy. Thanks to all the staff that worked this crazy busy day!

Cracker Barrel is not what it used to be. Years ago you didn't have to ask for biscuits and cornbread or even water. They automatically brought it to your table. The quality of the food has gone down. We both ordered broccoli as a side dish and it had a strange seasoning/taste. Hoping we won't get sick later tonight. We ordered the peach cobbler to share. We were looking forward to the tasty treat to get the awful taste of broccoli out of our mouths. Again what a disappointment. The worst peach cobbler ever!!! It was as if they opened a can of Del Monte peaches in syrup, put it in a pot and heated it up on the stove. They put it in a tiny bowl which overflowed with each spoonful you got. On top of it was what I can only describe as a cracker with sugar on top and then a small serving of vanilla ice cream which was nothing out of this world. Cracker Barrel is off our list of go to places to eat. Goodbye Cracker Barrel. Rest in peace.

My last few visits here were not the best but today I was happy. My waiter Sincere was awesome. Communicative and always checked up on me and my kids unlike my last few visits with other waiters. Food was great as usual. Just glad I didn’t have to flag down my waiter during this visit. 👍👍

Love the store first all 😁 food and service are great. Nice portions as well. Update: 5/26/2023 Second time trying this location, still good service, portions, and food. Love their country style cornbread and warm fresh baked biscuits 😋 lemonade are delicious

Nothing fancy about this cute little place that seats only about 30 people. We had a table for 4 and got the egg burrito and the FL omelette and the Calif omelette and the hash. All were tasty and well prepared. The service was prompt and friendly. Prices reasonable, too. There are more elegant places for breakfast or brunch but you will enjoy this cozy setting and its good food.

Amazing service. Our server, Sincere, was phenomenal! He recommended the appetizers, which we devoured! He made sure we had refills even before we finished our drinks and he made sure our food came out timely even during the Saturday morning rush. The food was also really delicious!

Good Old Country American, I adore Cracker Barrel! I enjoy browsing the store while waiting to be seated. It takes some time to get a seat, but once there, you get to enjoy the fresh and tasty meals. The family absolutely loves this place. #Hashbrown Casserole grilled and topped with Colby Cheese, #Hand-rolled Buttermilk Biscuits, #Fried Apples seasoned in cinnamon

Everything about Cracker Barrel yelled out Good Old Country American! I really enjoyed my time here. They have a very, intricate, and entertaining store upfront. Which has all your favorite goodies. Plus. Some unimagined old folk gifts that you would love to explore while waiting to get seated. Once seated, we had the enjoyment of being served super soft, delicious biscuits that were followed by our entrees. Everything was fresh and delightful. I highly recommend this place for the experience.

Our server Cynthia was amazing! She took care of us well and brought out our food quicker than I thought. She would always check on us and was very pleased with her service. Food was also great and prices are also good. I always come here to eat.

I loved it missed the glass jam containers lol you just have to know what you like to eat. I loved my chicken sandwich my husband wasn't a fan of the country fried steak and both my 3 and 5 year old boys had the grill cheese sandwiches w steak fries. Every was great and these biscuits are just so yummy it was the perfect soul food for this rainy day. Our waitress Sharold K was a sweet heart. <3

Always love this chain! The food is consistently wonderful. Such a great variety of Comfort Food. We had Grandmas Special: nicely toasted Blueberry pancakes, two eggs, sausage/bacon and cheesy hash browns. Price $11.00. Service was great. Daily food & drink specials available.

It was a great experience! The food was absolutely delicious! I had the pancakes with cheesecake filling and strawberries. It wasn’t too sweet but just right, just heavenly. And, the strawberries were the best, so fresh! The bacon was cooked perfectly. My daughter had the pancake tacos and hash brown casserole. It was also delicious, and a very generous portion. Our server, Barbara, was amazing! She checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything, refilled our beverages, and just so nice and attentive! I love the country store and just perusing everything . I put my name on the online waiting list so the wait time was minimal, especially for a Sunday. We love Cracker Barrel !

Good traditional southern food with a great old school vibe. Unfortunately I drew a short staw with service, the other servers seemed very efficient and prompt. A great place for a good meal nonetheless.

Food - food is good and the portions are decent. Price - the meals here are really good price and the quality is good as well. So money well spent. Service - they need to work on their customer service. Felt very rush and the waitress took forever to bring me my drink. My food came snd bill was dropped at the same time. No option to order an additional item and this upset me very much.

Terrible service, must st be the location. Second time here, and the service was the same. The food was good, but our orders were incorrect and had to be corrected by another waiter who came to our table to complement my husband's hair. We didn't get our bread and the drinks came with the food. I chalked the first visit up to them being busy, but I can see it's a consistent thing for people like myself. Our server had no problem serving other tables around us as she avoided eye contact so I couldn't get her attention as she proceeded to avoid coming to our table. I didn't feel welcomed. Hope you have a better experience than me. My waitress name was Heather.

Our Family's first ever visit to Cracker Barrel and it was Spectacular!!! Lisa, our Cracker Barrel ambassador was absolutely incredible and just Awesome. She patiently explained the menu and seamlessly expedited our orders. Our meal was hot, delicious and very reasonably priced. This restaurant and Lisa are definitely 10/10

They were under staffed and we had to wait 30 minutes. The staff was very friendly, polite and courteous. The price was very good, not expensive at all. The food was actually very good. I wish I lived closer, because I would make cracker barrel a regular affair. My wife ended up buying a clutch from the gift shop.

Cracker Barrel is a go-to spot for comfort food and warm hospitality. The welcoming atmosphere and rustic decor make it a great place to unwind and enjoy a hearty meal. From the moment you step inside, the friendly staff will make you feel at home. The menu at Cracker Barrel offers a wide range of classic Southern dishes, including chicken fried steak, country fried chicken, and meatloaf. The portions are generous and the food is always cooked to perfection. The sides are just as delicious, with favorites like mac and cheese, green beans, and mashed potatoes. But Cracker Barrel is more than just a restaurant - it's also a country store. After you finish your meal, take a stroll through the store and browse the selection of unique gifts and souvenirs. From old-fashioned candy to rocking chairs, there's something for everyone. The prices at Cracker Barrel are reasonable and the service is always top-notch. The staff is attentive and accommodating, making sure that your dining experience is nothing short of excellent. Overall, Cracker Barrel is a great choice for anyone looking for classic Southern comfort food and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Whether you're there for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you're sure to leave satisfied and with a smile on your face.

We were here for a Pre- Father's Day breakfast on Saturday. Although it was busy, they knew how to move the crowd. We were able to join the line before arriving, which was also nice. Food selection is plentiful, the general manager walked the floor and mingled. She deserves every penny she's paid in my opinion.

Disappointing visit. Not sure if our waitress was ending her shift but she was forgetting things and it seemed we weren’t really given the same attentive service as in the past. When they brought out the bread, we were not provided any small plates to eat it, and no napkins. I had to ask for them. On my son’s order the waitress assumed we ordered the kid’s menu when we asked for the chicken fingers. We never mentioned kids menu. My son is almost 13 so he’s not really a kid’s portion anymore. So we had to ask for a second kids plate as a result. I had their meatloaf and it too seemed not as good as it used to be. I’d say overall it left me not really too keen on wanting to go back, unfortunately. In the past I’ve really enjoyed Cracker Barrel.

This location needs a new manager this lady is useless she is not managing anything just walking around wiping with a rag. Waited 50 minutes to be seated and 45 for the food. And only got half the order and the other half was not made to my request not sure how hard it is to cook meat medium what I got was well done. She is making the server go out and give excuses and then questioned I sure I don’t want my food. Of course I’m sure and I don’t want a substitute either at this point.

It is a very nice place they have more menu items than before totally worth a visit, the country store is also very nice a little bit on the expensive side but food was good service was ok to only bad thing was the wait but still good place to come and eat with family and friends

  • 1/5 Leonor G. 1 year ago on Google
Everything has changed, the menue is more expensive and less food, why if they raise the price they lower the size of food/plate, the place is very dirty. Only the service team is good. Please return to the service before and hire someone to clean the area all the time.
