Sweetgems is nothing short of a gem. A true testament to their name. Jessica is so polite, the customer service is always top tier. To say these cupcakes (and everything else) is amazing simply does them no justice. My favourite dessert shop to date and will most likely be for life. It’s not a good week unless I’ve had at least one thing from Sweetgems <3. Cupcakes in photo were a birthday request which was executed perfectly. Thank you Jessica, always a pleasure.

My goodness words cannot describe how delicious our wedding cake was! Our guest were obsessed with the beauty of it! Jessica helped my new husband and I to have the cake of our dreams. A one of a kind design! Beauty and the Beast was created with such a classy yet elegant design. The top and middle tier were vanilla and our last tier was Dulce De Leche and when I say we barely have any cake left we almost didn't leave with our top lol. Thank you again Jessica! The cupcakes I bought were pretty disappointing to my surprise. We thought they resembled in taste and texture a cheap cupcake from the grocery store. My response to the owner: The cupcakes were bad, but your attitude is worse. I left an honest and to the point review earlier, but you took a personal issue to that. You don’t even deserve the 2 stars, so now I’m giving only 1/5 for being petty. Your cupcakes were subpar and I will make sure no one I know personally shops here. I am a paying costumer and am entitled to my opinion, if you can’t take criticism then just say that! I paid $15 for 4 cupcakes and didn’t like them. Deal with it

The owner, Jessica, is amazing! I live out of town and wanted to deliver cupcakes to a friend for her birthday. Jessica went out of her way to personally ensure my friend's goodies were delivered with care and on time. Great customer service is rare these days and I'm glad to acknowledge when I receive it!

Went here last Thursday and the cupcakes were absolutely amazing! I've passed by this gem of a place and never noticed it until I was looking for the best cupcake places in Miramar. You will not be disappointed! The guava, dulce and cookies & cream are my favorite!

I ordered a vanilla cake for my son and let me tell u guys, i did not want the cake to finish. It was awsomeeeee. Authentic, moist, tasty. It definitely did not taste like box cake nor was it filled with syrup to keep it moist. The cake was not too sweet and guess wat! She made the cake just as i want it. Everywhere i went they were charging an arm and a leg just for a simple cake. Sweetgems cakes are reasonably priced and u wont regret. Thank you so much for exceeeding my expectations and helping my son enjoy his birthday cake. He loved it alot. And my husband also ordered guava cupcakes for my birthday, and woossshhh the filling inside is just too good to be true. I am a very happy customer and thats the only place i buy cakes from. Cant wait to order for my daughters birthday. I dont usually wait for an occasion to buy cakes. At least once a month i buy cupcakes on a saturday. The different flavours are to die for. As an island girl i know wat real taste is and i can definitely say sweetgems cakes got it. Please try the guava. U wont regret.

I would give SweetGem 10 stars if I could! SweetGem catered the desserts for my 1/15/21 wedding and WOW! Everything was beyond delicious and beautifully created. I wanted a cinnamon bun cake instead of a traditional wedding cake and it was absolutely perfect! The cookies were soft and delicious, the custom designs were impeccable and most importantly, Jessica was amazing to work with. She was kind, inquisitive about my requests to make sure she understood me perfectly and went above and beyond! Cannot wait to come back for years to come to indulge!

Amazingly delicious cupcakes!!! Super cute ambiance. You can tell the owner & boss babe Jessica cares a lot about quality and creates a beautiful atmosphere to enjoy her amazing desserts, coffee and other creations. I had the dulce leche cupcake and could not help up say OMG out loud from the first bite. So so soooo yummy!!!!

This place truly is a sweet gem once you find the place it’s like a little peace of heaven! They have everything sweet you can imagine and the owner is wonderful. Everything I have ordered so far has tasted delicious and they have been very accommodating with pickups and even curbside during covid.

Sweet Gem came through on a last minute order for my baby girls first birthday AND had me pick it up on a Sunday while being closed. I’ve been using her for years as well for my kids birthday parties and we are NEVER disappointed. I’d recommend Sweet Gem time and time again. Thank you for always coming through.
