I have been here a total of two times- and everytime has been such a pleasure. The food and service is amazing. The waitresses are so polite. The atmosphere is perfect. Love the guitarist that comes by.

I came to this restaurant for the first time today trying a new spot. What a great decision! I can honestly say my husband and I enjoyed our food. The service was fast and a great atmosphere. We will definitely be returning 🙂

Always a Great Choice for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner! We live in the neighborhood and decided to give El Balcón a try and keep going back. The food is fantastic, the services has been great and the place is clean. The crew working there never slow down and make sure the customers are taken care of. This restaurant is slightly cramped as it is much smaller than the other location I am familiar with in sunrise. The food is the same however. It is delicious. The service was quick but not rushed at all. Everyone there was very friendly. I would check and try to avoid peak hours here but definitely go and try anything on the menu. I love the steak and fish and my wife loves the pork.

Food is incredible. We ate the mojarra en salsa marinera. The Flan made in house was so tasty. Juan was a great server and made some great recommendations. Will definitely return.

Juan was our server on this night and this was our first time there. I am absolutely amazed by how GREAT his customer service was. He was so helpful when it came down to ordering the BEST things on the menu and everything he told us to get was SO TASTY! We will definitely be back. It’s very clean in there, the service is awesome, and the food will not let you down! You also don’t have to wait long for fresh and delicious food! The chimichurri and hot sauce was really good too.

I highly recommend El Balcon de las Americas . The food was amazing. My steak was cooked to perfection. The guacamole was the fresh and delicious. Our server, Juan Torres, went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. He was a very attentive server. He gave great menu suggestions, he brewed iced tea just for me, he let me practice my Spanish and he even let me show him pictures of my son when he visited Colombia! All in all, the food and service were stellar!

My wife and I just happen to walk into this restaurant looking for something to eat. I must say what a jewel this place is!! The food was great and the customer service is top notch. Pamela was our waitress and she’s awesome! In addition, the whole staff gave such good service that my wife and I will definitely return here to dine again.

I've always wanted to come to this place and to be honest...it exceeded my expectations! Great ambience, service excepcional. A grand variety of traditional dishes. We tried the Pollo en salsa de Perejil and the Bandeja Paisa. Delicious. We also tried the appetizer maduros con queso. And of course a pair of beers (Club Colombia and Poker). The restaurant is located in a nest shopping center. Definitely coming back to try some more of their unique cuisine. 💯👍🏼🇨🇴🇨🇴

Our server Jose was very professional and well acquainted with the menu. Valeria was a wonderful hostess. The food was the best I have had from this type of restaurant. The menu was very varied. Their customer service was the reason we will return.

This is a great Authenitc Colombian restaurant. The arepas with shredded cheese were amazing. The bandeja paisa was perfect. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The pargo and the Colombian churassco was also a great delight. This is really good for a family outing or a casual meet up. Portions are generous. Can not think of any negative about this place. I grew up on Colombian food and this is a great place for anyone who wants to taste a great Colombian meal!!!!

1st time coming to El Balcón De Las Americas and it was great. We had Mara as our server she was great and on top of everything. The food came out super fast and it was super yummy.

I have visited el balcon de las americas a while ago in their sawgrass location, first time i visited this location. It is very clean, and it has lots of decorations. The service was amazing, very attentive servers and staff. It was early so I we ordered from the breakfast menu, as expected the food came out quickly and although it was a simple meal to make, it was perfect. I will definitely go back during dinner and maybe order some cocktails. Great job!

The food was good, but I've been to better locations of the same chain. The rice was a bit hard and not well cooked. The pork rind could have been warmer. Overall not a bad experience, but not great.

Absolutely amazing Colombian food and coffee! The best Colombian breakfast I have had - after my mom's - "I'm not exagerating" fresh ingredients, fresh OJ, awesome single Origin Colombian coffee [their coffee is perfectly selected, directly from producers, so unique..] If you are in Miami area and are craving for Colombian food, just go to this restaurant..you will find a smile, kindness, all summarized into a truly delightful experience. Don't forget to ask for Parce Coffee .. freshly roasted :) I ordered the Calentado Paisa .. omg!

I went on 08/08 at around 2:30 pm. I was greeted by a million smiles the moment I walked in, made me feel right at home. The staff was excellent and exceedingly nice. I asked for a meat recommendation and was told the churrasco would be a great option. Turns out the waitress really new what she was talking about, the platter was spectacular with an abundance of food and the steak’s quality was second to none. Overall I was very happy with the experience and would recommend the restaurant not only for great food but also great service. - Sunrise Location

The food here is unbelievable! Amazing taste, large portions and will not put a dent in your pocket but even more important is the amazing service! The food was so good that we came for breakfast the next day and we were even more elated! If I could give more than five stars I would! I'm definitely going to be a regular!
