    I am so sick and tired of this place. Every single time I order a wrap, they seem to screw it up every time. This time, I ordered two classic chicken wraps, with honey BBQ sauce, no tomatoes. I made sure to ask if they could also put ‘no ranch’ on the ticket, since they seem to always put it on, even though, this wrap does NOT come with ranch. It’s almost like they don’t know how to read because when my husband brought home my food, it had ranch on it. The first burrito appeared to be fine until I got to the end of the first half and took a big bite of, ranch! Are you serious? It specifically says no ranch on the ticket for both of them. I opened up the second wrap that I intended to take for lunch tomorrow, but again, it has ranch in it. This has got to be the worst place to follow through on what the customer wants. Usually, I am the one that picks it up, checks it, and always has to have it remade due to the incompetence of the person making my food, and I am tired of it. If I didn’t have to be in bed, I would have brought it back and demanded a refund. My husband has decided that we will no longer be going to this specific Buffalo Wild Wings since it is always the same thing. If you order something, please check your food, because they will probably get it wrong. I paid for this food, waited to eat it, and now I can’t. Thanks for screwing up yet another order. It won’t happen again.

    First time here and it was a mess it’s Friday after on around 3:30 and the place was not packed at all .. literally 3 people at bar and my friend and me and after sitting down not even a minute bartender came to take our order and we had just sat down so we said just water for now .. not 35 min later no one has come by we had to bother another waiter . It is now 5 pm and still no food at the table .. also this place is messy we are surrounded by messy tables that should be cleaned . Maybe not enough workers but please hire more people better pay so they can be happy to come to work and do it right. If it weren’t for my friend craving wings I would’ve gotten up and left . Never coming back .

    Horrible! I took out my family to dinner here tonight, September 12, and it would be an understatement to say it was a terrible experience. Keep in mind we arrived at 9:00pm and gave our order to our server a few minutes later, we were extremely respectful and kind and didn’t have a problem at first. She took 25 minutes to give us our drinks, and when we asked about why our appetizers were taking so long, especially since it was empty, she had an attitude and instead said they are making it right now and there are lots of orders backed up for dine in. Also at the same time, she tells us they can’t make one of our orders, thirty minutes after we ordered!!! Like 25 minutes later she comes back with empty chips and guacamole. We were so confused because we didn’t order that and we instead thought she forgot to put the chili and cheese on the nachos we ordered. We asked to see her and she came on over with attitude again and literally said what’s wrong in a harsh way while bringing nachos, with chicken on top, we didn’t order it with chicken. And when we said this isn’t what we ordered she tried to argue back saying we ordered chips with guac and we said no, we ordered nachos with guacamole and our nachos did not have chicken, it was supposed to be chili. At this point we were done and we just wanted to leave, we called the manager and we voiced our complains and our server literally was there at one point and when she heard the negative things, she walked away without a care. The manager did not seem to be concerned by it at all and it did not affect anything. As we left I could have sworn they said a curse word about the situation as we left. We were extremely disappointed by tonight’s service and my kids left hungry, at ten pm on a school night an hour after we arrived. Have to find something for them to eat now. Beware of this poor customer service and do better Buffalo Wild Wings!!!!

    Do NOT request the server Kitty at the Pembroke Pines, Fl location. I took my son after school and a guy approached us and asked if we wanted high/low top. I stated low and he directed us to follow him. As we sat at the table and reviewed the menu the server (unknown name) never introduced herself. I provide her with the drinks, appetizer and meal and also informed her we will be ordering more before we leave. Server brought out drinks which is off to a good start. Appetizers was brought out by a young lady with pink hair (not our server). At this point we have no silverware, no napkins, no additional plates. Server brings those items after the fact the appetizer was eaten. Common sense if you see the empty tray remove it off the table. The server did literally nothing other than bring drinks and receipt when we just took a first bite. The girl with pink hair brings our meal (not the server) . Server never came to table to check if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. My son finishes his drink and needs a refill, our server is no where in site. Not to say the restaurant was busy which would be understandable but it was absolutely not. I have to wave for server to come to the table because my son needs a refill and lord behold she brings the receipt. Seriously?????? We just got the meal. Server did not remember I was going to order more or even ask If we are reward member (which I am). Server was at the bar just chatting with two other patrons and I had to get up from my table to hand her the receipt. I should have walked out and left her tip less. On the receipt server name is Kitty, I was table 261/1. Kitty needs to be trained properly on customer service before she should be a waitress. Kitty is definitely an epic fail.

    My first visit and impression ..., the chicken wings were dry and tasteless, the hamburger was delicious, the place was clean although the waitresses who attended us were without a mask as a method of control against COVID (CDC Recommended) and we do not know if the tables they were disinfected. After my retirement As a chef, I dedicate myself to constructive criticism of the different restaurants and about this I can say what there are others of lesser recognition (Walmart, Hooters, Marcos Pizza and more) but with flavor, cooking, juicy and breaded. I do not return.

    This was the worst takeout experience I've ever had! This restaurant has little concerns for food preparation time or customer satisfaction. I was really unhappy when I receive stale, rewarm french fries and dry, rewarmed wings. The Garlic-Parmesan Wings were awful, and they were soaked in an unpleasant sauce. Strangely, the restaurant was nearly empty with patrons when I arrived at 3 p.m. I don't understand why my order took so long; it was over 30 minutes. I don't understand why the supposedly fresh french fries I had to re-order took another 15 minutes to prepare. As a result, I left feeling unhappy and reluctant to visit again!

    This employee I don't know what was his role, was named Mikey and he had a dreadlocks hairstyle. He kept staring at us with the waitress as well as making fun of us. It is incredibly disrespectful especially since we arrived polite as we always do. And we tipped as well. The food was fine, but the customer service is absolutely horrible and I plan to never come back. You have to train your people a bit better. Thank you.

    Waited 30 minutes to order, food was disgusting, a server named Karina completely forgot about me, waited forever for the check, finally after waiting forever for a lemonade to go because it was so good, I was given a water with old lemon in it, Guess Karina was mad I asked for a lemonade to go because she was busy, horrible server, I hope everybody sees this, please go to another restaurant. Why would you do that to good people. My first and last time ever going. My reviews get a lot of views. So I know it would reach and help alot of people to warn them. Also the Mac n cheese was horrible.

    I always order here and have never had any problems until today. I placed an order for 15 boneless for Bogo Thursdays and a house sampler. I attached a picture of the House Sampler they handed me, it looks like they dropped it before handing it to me. I brought it to the attention of the girl who served me the food, I didn’t catch Her name but she had bright red hair. She said it looked completely fine to her and saw no problems. She offered to remake it but I didn’t want to sit there another 15-20mins. She was nice but she should consider how the customer cares about their food. I told her I wanted a partial refund and she agreed to take care of it. After arriving home I noticed that I was missing the extra 15 boneless from the Thursday boneless bogo. After speaking with manager Mike, he was very rude and kept speaking over me. I politely asked him to listen to me but he kept interjecting mid sentence. I understand that I didn’t choose the bogo option when placing my order online, however, he just wanted to argue and blame me instead of fixing the issue. He didn’t want to listen to me and just focusing on blaming me instead of resolving my issue. As the customer, we need to be heard and taken care of. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years and this kind of behavior is very unprofessional and should not be tolerated. If this is the type of individual your company has to represent the managerial staff, then I want nothing to due with this location anymore. At the end I asked for a full refund and he agreed but was unnecessarily rude and hung up before I was done talking. Also, why do refunds take 15 days? This is unheard of!

    This restaurant sucks butt Walked in with my wife at 5 PM on a Tuesday barely anyone in the restaurant sat at the hostess counter for over five minutes. Nobody greeted us so we walked out, then called into the Restaurant to speak with a manager and let them know what the situation was. I was greeted by Julissa on the telephone told her I needed to speak to a manager. She rudely hung up on me. The restaurant was very dirty napkins on the floor and smelled like throw up. we will never be dining here ever again needs new management for sure

    9pm on a Saturday in P-Pines. College football on the screens and a few family units dining and enjoying the evening. Staff seems thin (our server was the only one) but he made it happen - Sebastian held his own and provided awesome service. Good wings, fries (that kind of taste like McD’s) and banging tater tots

    Visited the Pines location on a Tuesday late afternoon. It was almost completely empty; there were maybe 6 other tables occupied. We were greeted by Odell who was very nice and courteous. We started with an appetizer that came out a bit cold like it was just waiting. My youngest son that loves chips did not want it because there always a distinct taste to it. We were waiting a looong time for the food which I was confused by because at this time everyone was gone and only about two people at the bar. By the time we got the food, everything was again cold and stale. The onion rings were cold, the wings were cold and tough to bite into and the fries were soggy.. it was a shame because they had a deal where the wings were buy one order, get one free but we just couldn’t eat them.. we asked them to take back the food back, we paid our check for what we did eat, and left to pick up fast food.

    ok now I have gone to two of them so it is easier to compare. First the app is being removed. Not only was I not able to check in even after I rebooted my phone but since I wasn't going to pay for dinner was sort of rude to buzz over the food when I rather enjoy the company I am with so one less app on my phone is refreshing. We got to the place around 6:30 pm. The place in huge. Super clean . A few tables had people. We were seated right away. And in a short time our server came. We order our drinks. We had the passion fruit nojito (non alcoholic) and 15 piece boneless chicken wings ( chicken tenders). I was having a difficult time pronouncing one of the side dips and the server got annoyed with me instead of helping me and well that got me annoyed as well. I felt rush. Again the place was not packed. Maybe 7 tables were filled.n he didn't even ask if we wanted water. And there were no utensils or flatware on the table. About a few minutes later the guy comes with our drinks and food. Nice presentation. Food was hot. Drinks were pretty. Again did not ask if we wanted water. And brings our two dips and two more than he assumed but never asked if we wanted. When we advise them we did not care for them he annoying throw a uff and took them off the table and walk away. Again we had no way of eating these tenders. No plates. No utensils. Nothing. Ok wait about 10 more minutes for the guy to show up with our receipt ( we never ask for it) then I ask for the flatware. He made up some blame excuse and instead of putting them on the table. He piled it up and place it on the cover of my seating like since I had annoyed him I must be the one who wanted the flatware. And since the receipt was already on the corner again he did not bother to ask if we wanted anything else to eat. Or dessert or water or nothing. And left. Again the food was good. Really tender. Not over cooked. Then to pay we are about to get up and try to pay in the front of the place and he comes rushing to us to say we pay at the table. All the sudden he was to finally take care of the table. Again if I was to pay I would had never left a tip. But I wasn't and my friend did leave a tip for eh service. Personally I am going to stick with the one down south. I was treated way better than driving up to Pembroke pines for the same meal.

    THEY HAVE A STUPID RULE THAT YOU HAVE TO BE 12 & UNDER TO ORDER A ONE PATTY CHEESEBURGER . On the menu they offer an all American cheese burger with consist of 2 patties and all the fixings you can think of , I wanted a PLAIN SINGLE cheese burger which is on the kids menu ( and after stating this , the server jade mentions how she gets it but can’t give it to customers) and was refused because stated by black male manager (didn’t mention name) with little curly hair & feminine , that it’s on the kids meal so therefore it’s for kids . I will never be visiting here again lol , it’s money in their pocket & they refuse for a stupid rule , I’m calling corporate .

    Traditional & boneless wing combo to die for. I loved the again zing and hot wings. The pizzas are so sauced up and mostly bread but great to share. The service is the only not great notable thing.

    The food was great and came out quickly. The waitress was nice but it felt weird having a waitress with the shortest short shorts you could possibly find. I would of gone to hooters if I wanted to see that. It also sucked they were out of tequila as it was a rare occasion where I allow myself to drink. Southern chicken sandwich was fantastic.

    Placed an online order to pickup at Pembroke Pines location, paid using my credit card. Got to location and was advised that the online payment didn't go through and I needed to pay again. I was assured that the charge wouldn't show twice and of course I was charged a total of $95 dollars for 40 wings. Sorry, but the wings aren't that good to pay almost $100. They did make good and credit my account back, but I will not be ordering online anymore because I don't trust their system.

    It’s been a while since we’ve eaten at BDubs. The fries were not hot, the wings we mostly fresh. I don’t know, I wasn’t impressed, it was just something different. For $40 it fed us both with about 6 wings out of 20 left. Maybe we need to go at 12p instead of 130p.

    Nice!.. celebrate 🍾 a birthday 🎂 party there and we had a lots of fun with family, friends, and even with the waiters/servers. TVs was every where!, even the outside eating area.. There was a wait about 30 to 45min to be seated, but the overall experience was fun. Good food(chicken) and drink say less🤗🥳. Only thing that kinda mess things up was them hard rock boneless chicken. I don't know what happen in the kitchen but them boneless chicken was over cooked, burnt, and hard as a rock. I could break some windows with them boneless chicken 😩 lol. Hopefully that was a one night thing😑.

    Love the franchise but what is wrong with the salary here that they are so understaffed? Manager needs to make sure he retains personnel by providing them with what they need. Corporate help this manager out. Would hate to see this place si king and is getting there. Friday night and the bartender is everywhere trying hard to help so many customers. He is a true gem and should be compensated likewise. Hope he is. Kitchen is also understaffed but hey the food was great so that’s the heart of the operation. Cuados for them too.
