We ordered our Curbside Pick-up meal last weekend. We won’t be going back to this location any time soon. We have eaten here or ordered out more times than I can count, but the prices have gotten way out of hand for the quality and quantity. I just feel like the quality no longer warrants the cost for a meal here. I ALWAYS order the Full portion of Crab Alfredo for $20.99 and it now looks like the lunch portion. My husband ordered one of the Specials, salmon, fried shrimp, and scallops over rice, a $30 meal that looked pitiful at best. In the pictures you can see the empty basket which is where he had ordered extra Lobster Mashed potatoes which was an additional cost, which is why I didn’t include in the picture. So our Anniversary meal was beyond disappointing! I’m just tired of taking bad service and bad food! No excuses!

I just had Crab fest at Red lobster #0424 and it was delicious the lady that served me was Miss Rebecca.W at table # 1 He was very friendly and polite. I wanted the crab and she recommended those big jumbo crabs, they were so buttery and garlicky good. She came to check on me several times seen that I was eating alone and invited me back again. Service with a smile goes a long way. 😆👋😆⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🙏. I would definitely be back. Miss Rebecca thank you so much for your service.

I'm not a big fan of seafood but I do eat fried shrimp when I'm in the mood. I had the coconut shrimp and it was done really well. They were out of some of the sides I wanted so that was disappointing but the service was good and the food did taste good.

I had a new waitress don’t know her name but she was an older lady with Burgandy eyebrows she actually didn’t know what me or my wife ordered then had an attitude because I asked another waiter to bring me fresh biscuits because the biscuits she brought us was cold and she actually got an attitude with him and told him to be our waiter for the rest of the evening. The waiter Vonte was very helpful but after the situation with the lady me and my wife chose to leave because we didn’t feel comfortable with the ladies attitude towards us.

I went with my son. He had a steak and it was good, but i had two lobster tails with two sides. The sides were good, but the tails were horrible. You could not cut it with the steak knife. I had to pull it with my hands. Only ate one. I did not say anything, but i won't go back. I was so disappointed. I have no idea how they could mess the tails so badly.

I order 3 different meals, in which one was the the double fish sandwich and a baked potato. This is what I received!. To spend money and the food come out like this is terrible. Potato hard as a rock, uncut, unseasoned. And the fish tiny and curled up. They didn’t even put the sandwich together. They forgot the drink in my kids meal and the chicken for her meal was hard as a rock! Maybe you will recieve better experiences and food when dining in but I definitely don’t recommend anyone order curbside. Terrible!

Very unorganized, I waited 10 minutes after I got my food for a fork. The waiter was nice but very inexperienced. Seems the place was run by kids. The food was pushed to the side after one taste. The shrimp tasted like bread and had the same texture the pasta flavorless, I ended up just having the biscuits and a root beer for dinner.

I had the pleasure of being served by Gigi at Red Lobster, and I must say, her professionalism, kindness, and empathy truly stood out. Gigi's efficiency and warm demeanor brought a smile to my heart throughout the meal. The service she provided was impeccable, making my dining experience at Red Lobster truly enjoyable. Gigi's exceptional hospitality is a testament to the outstanding service provided at this restaurant.

The very worst service in any restaurant I have visited in my 62 yrs of dining experience. From the non greeting and rudeness in the front. No bread or water on the table, the drinks took 35 min. Every order was served at different times. Missing side orders that NEVER came. Even the food was not presentable. All the surrounding clients were complaining and leaving. Unreal.

My service was actually pretty good. I love when my waitress or waiter checks on me several times throughout my whole timeframe of being there. So basically what I’m saying is that I don’t like to look for my waitress. I love when I come back and check on me and this particular red lobster. The manager is doing a excellent job because I’m saying my experience was super good and I’m not big on seafood, but I definitely come to red lobster for the biscuit 🥖, chocolate 🍰cake and the drinks. 🍹

The salad tasted off (can't explain it in another way), and the rice was chewy. Other than that, the rest of the food was tasty and cooked properly.

The food was great. The service was excellent GIGI was the best server. We had six persons and we were all satisfied. She made the visit worth it. Originally we were about to leave but Gigi promised us we'd not regret staying and we were totally completely satisfied. First experience was great

I love seafood but let's face it: finding good seafood in this COASTAL state is like finding a unicorn. It's always overcooked and rubbery, like eating an old tire on a bed of regret. Enter Red Lobster, the reigning champ over TIRE-inspired cuisine. But, with their recent revival of Endless Shrimp, the hubbs and I decided to give them one more chance to prove us wrong. In the past, when we've gone there to indulge in their bottomless enticement of shrimp, they were always out of most varieties. This time, however, they utterly bounced back from the 7th ring of overcooked seafood h*ll. Their lobster mashed potatoes was the stuff of dreams. Creamy and tasty, but sadly, not much lobster and the little bit it did have was chopped so small it could have been mistaken for leftover crumbles. But the sauce on the potatoes was amazing, so I looked past the lobsterless promises of lobster. We also had the seafood stuffed mushrooms. WOW!!!! If you like...no, no, if you LOVE mushrooms, you have to try them. I mean, even if you don't, you HAVE to try them. Then there was the shrimp. One of my RED LOBSTER favs has always been their coconut shrimp, so when the server told me they were out, I almost left. But, I had her ask to be sure, and after a ten minute trek to the kitchen, she told us they'd just gotten a shipment of my favorite oceanic friends. Naturally, we ordered them, along with the the dragon shrimp and the tequila lime shrimp, which left us asking if they'd forgotten to add tequila, lime and salt. The coconut shrimp and the pina colada sauce were amazing! The sauce made me a little sad that the condiment cup was so small because honestly, the sauce so good, I wanted swim in it. The dragon shrimp was outstanding, a little spicy, sweet and outrageously incredible. Of course there was their cheddar bay biscuits, which need no description, only moans of joy and pangs of carby guilt. My one complaint was that the server, though nice, was so slow in getting to us for anything that I truly felt like we was being served by a sloth, which was frustrating because it was just after 2pm, and the place was nearly empty. That said, we loved the food so we will definitely be going back to the Pines location. On another, both the sauces were so incredible that the minute I got home, I looked up copycat recipes, AND FOUND THEM!!! YAY!

My friend and I had taken my dad there to celebrate his birthday. Red Lobster is one of his favorite eatery. He ate grill salmon, lobster and shrimp platter. The atmosphere was great. The people were very attendative to all our needs. They were polite, the love was there. The food was excellent and on point.

Went in with 10 people and Taletha served us, she was great and kept up with every request. She made what was a funeral dinner very enjoyable. Food was well cooked and delicious, no disappointments here. But Talethas caring service really made our night, thank you so much. It’s nice to have a hard working and attentive server.

It was the first time I tried the food, I loved it the food was delicious, the service was great, the only thing we waited a long time for a table.

Too many new modern seafood restaurants. The pasta was dry with sauce just put on top and stiff. The broccoli was presented like left overs on a plate. The restaurant tables were not clean. The shrimp was good. The famous biscuits was doughy but still had the tasty seasoning. This restaurant would not be my choice for dinner.

Food and services was pretty good, I wouldn’t recommend the lobster bisque and have to say the lobster tails are smaller than they look, but the taste was really good the shrimp made it for everything, the garlic butter that came with it, is good with all the the dishes. We also enjoy the crab legs. Only for the biscuits is worth it to come, and the other sides were very good as well. So, even tho I’m not a fan of typical American chains, I consider #redlobster a very good one and I completely recommend.

I took my children here on Tuesday evening. Celebrating my daughter graduating nursing school at age 17. The food was excellent. The service was great. The drinks were on point. My kids enjoyed the food and were happy we went to Red Lobster. We've come here a few times in the past, but this visit was the best. Thank you.

Ate a late lunch on Tuesday at Red Lobster. Rebecca was our server...she was awesome! Super friendly and very professional. Our order was perfect and delicious. We were seated at a booth next to a window very close to the front of the restaurant. Because I walk with a cane, the hostess was very helpful in seating us a short distance from the door. I'm sorry we were so stuffed we couldn't order dessert....key lime pie! Definitely next time!

The salads were good as well as the shrimps. The lobster was not all that good. However, great customer service.

I use to like Red Lobster very much but on Saturday March 19 I invited the family for my husband’s birthday and first of all bad attention, the food was very salty and I ordered the shrimp lobster pizza and I received what you could judge for yourself.”all tomatoes”😔 very disappointed. Won’t be going there again.

Fast Service, Excellent Food! 🦞 I've always loved coming here; I've always been treated so good here and for years I've always had a good experience. I went the other day with my fiancee and as always had a good experience. Our waitress was on point with the bread, our refills, and our meals were made to perfection. To top it all off, there was a deal going on where you can get a starter, meal, and salad for $15! We ate so much food and had such a good time, and we didn't have to spend an insane amount! Thank You Red Lobster!
