I don't know what is happening ultimately with Chili's, they aren't like before. Now, they are lack of workers and the little they have are careless about clients, bad attitude, lack of professionalism. When I went to this place there were many dirty tables, I asked to clean the one that I wanted to be seated and had to wait more than 10 minutes for it. Finally, with bad humor, the waitress took my order, but still there were other tables still with plates and food remained....

I did an online order, this location gave me poor food. They didn’t even give me my fries and it was on my order! They gave me the wrong dipping sauce, and the cheese on the loaded potatoes were not even melted, it was a bit dry. And the chicken was over fried…. I went to another location a week prior and got the same exact thing & everything was beyond perfect. I was expecting the same great taste but apparently not! I’ll just stick to my usual location. I hate when I receive bad food that I put my money into.

Disgusting location, slow service. Waitress brung us to a filthy table and dirty seats. I requested a different clean booth. The appetizer which took forever came and was horrible Barely any bacon on the Texas cheese fries. The entrees was taking so long we left and requested refund, the manager who apologized and offered the entrees for free of charge, got them left and realized they was incorrect anyway. Sides we didn’t even order. Won’t be back

Host was great. Place looked great. Service was good. Speed of food delivery was soo bad and we still had a messed up order. All we ordered was an appetizer. It took 30 min.

So my waiter was very nice took our order even took she had other table she still same came and ask was everything good the server or runner that brought the food to the table was very kind kudos it was a guy did see his name the food was hot but the Broccoli so been cooked more and the drinks was FIE and the steak was amazing with the loaded mash potatoes and the salmon cooked well

Upon arriving to the restaurant, no one was there to greet us and we stood for more than 5 minutes before we were greeted. Our waitress was also working the bar. I understand they seemed to be understaffed on a Saturday night, but our waitress only checked on us once during the 1 hour we were there. The food took very long and my entree was cold. My order was also completely wrong after explicitly stating what I wanted. I had to take it off the bill since there were no servers around and no one checked on me to make sure everything was okay. Also, no one offered a refill for our drinks. Friendly staff but will not be returning to this location. On a Saturday night, all hands need to be on deck to ensure all customer needs. Service 2/10.

French fries burnt as hell, hard and cold, small portion, hamburger was ok but could have been much better

Taylor was amazing!!!! To say the least.. we were starving. We got drinks withing minutes and our appetizers came out fast as well. We had everything we needed and wanted and food was great too. It wasn't crowded and we didn't have to wait which was a plus for me and my family. Everyone was really nice and service was great! My drink was great too. I was surprise as how great my experience was here in the local chillis🌶 till next time.😎

You know what your getting with chilli's. No fuss no bus. You must not need a review to decide whether or not it's right for you. I've been to chilli's and I've been to chilli's when I was older and younger. I don't remember what I had then but what I had now was food. You'll get food at chilli's and that's about right. 4 stars

This was definitely the worst food I’ve ever had at Chili’s. I probably have submitted over 100 surveys because I love this restaurant. Today, all the food ordered with the exception of the enchilada soup, was horrible. All the chicken tenders looked like they were cooked 3 days ago and felt like my son and I were eating rubber. The corn on the cob looks like it was microwaved and nothing added to it. The mashed potatoes that my daughter and I ordered was soggy. The fries looked and tasted old. The amount served was not the typical amount that I have always received for the fries. If you look at my account, you will see many positive surveys from me, but today was not the experience I expected. Not sure what is happening at this location, but I do hope that you take a closer look at the food prep. I have pictures of the food and I’m sure you would agree that everything I described will not be appealing to anyone. All the food ended up in the garage.

Service was very amazing. Food came out quick and it was delicious. Drinks was strong and took my edge off. I only wish they had more seafood options. Other than that it was perfect!

You certainly get more bang for the buck with the 3 for me special. However, compared to other restaurants offering burgers, theirs could be better. First, the burger is big, but the bun falls apart. Second, the burger could stand to have more seasoning to make it more flavorful. The frys, however, are very tasty. Being senior citizens, we are very price conscious and this special does work for us.

I've never had a problem with Chili's. Our family is always eager to visit Chili's. The molten lava cake is also a favorite of ours. They have a nice menu with something for everyone in our family. When we come here to dine, we always get good service.

The service by Fernando was awesome! He was very attentive despite the fact that he mentioned it was his first day, He did an amazing job. I found the quality of the food has gotten better. And the manager was also very attentive and friendly.

I have just started back going to Chili’s and this is the one location that I will recommend and continue to come. Taylor hands down was the best server. Jamie and James you keep doing your thing. Staff is amazing 🤩

I went to Chilis Saturday right when they opened at the 300 N University Dr Pembroke Pines FL 33024! Ordered the 3 for me “Just bacon burger no mayo” “fried pickles” and the drink and salad that comes with the 3 for me menu option.. Received my food after waiting 30mins which wasn’t the problem went all the way home to find a “CLUMP OF HAIR” in my food after I bit into the burger which was VERY DISGUSTING !!! Went all the back to the location to get a refund informed the girl that was at the counter of my food order she looked at it and said “I’ll get my manager” manger comes out which is a guy doesn’t asks what’s the problem doesn’t offer any solution but says “you’ll get your money back in 5-7 business days”. VERY RUDE!!! Not apologetic or anything long story short I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THUS RESTAURANT THEY’RE DIRTY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE ALL AROUND ! (A few more details have been left out due to the nature of the situation) but the outcome was not good CHILIS DO BETTER ESPECIALLY AT THIS LOCATION 300 N University Dr Pembroke Pines FL 33024! AND I HAVE NOT GOTTEN A REFUND SINCE THIS TRANSPIRED!

Buffalo chicken salad was incredibly salty. I sent it back and settled for my second option, the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas. There were no cheese inside and all of the cheese was burnt around the edges. We could never find our server.

Went in with a party of eight and we’re seated immediately. Roughly 3-4pm. The servers and staff were not only attentive but executed our entire experience exceedingly well. Our server Tania, immediately took orders for drinks and promptly served all drinks minutes later. She then asked for the children’s entrees to get them in quickly and we followed with the adult entrees there after. The food was cooked to perfection. We had several items all around from Shrimp Tacos, Carne Asada, BBQ Rib Platter, Chicken Fajitas, Sliders, Pizza, and Grilled Chicken Kids Meals. All sides were plentiful but not overbearing. Compliments to the kitchen! We didn’t have to ask for refills or anything extra. There were some things I noted that could stand to improve but I don’t feel they marred the experience. Some utensils weren’t ultra clean but you could tell they were passed through a steam washer. This is again, nothing terrible, we had enough cleans utensils at the table to accommodate everyone. The facilities were also clean and accommodating for children. Overall a great experience and I would recommend this location under the current staff albeit understaffed to anyone looking for an inexpensive but quality meals where you can sit down and relax. Another thing of note is that they do have TVs to watch sports if that’s a factor.

Good family vibe, loved the 2 for 1 drink deals (mango was surprisingly better than the strawberry) with the build a meal off where you receive an appetizer and entree for a great price!

Ordered curbside pick-up. Received text that food was ready 10 minutes after estimated ready time. Another 10 minutes goes by after curbside check-in through the app and decided to enter restaurant to see what was going on and after 1 minute of waiting in line to talk to someone, they locate my food on the shelf and hand it over. I mentioned nothing of the time waiting and neither did they. The food was fine, however not hot and fresh. It was the top of the dinner rush between 7-7:30pm so it can be forgiven.

So the server we had was very good. The place was kinda loud but with good atmosphere. I ordered a burger..the burger was good..but nothing special. Personally I think Applebee's has a much better burger. I did also have the I believe it was called Lava Cake desert..which was phenomenal..warm chocolate type cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on it..was delicious .definitely get it if you want desert there. Overall it was good..there are other places I think would choose first but will definitely go again. 👍

The place was not crowded so our group could be properly distanced. Friendly, confident staff. Great teamwork; our waitress hadn't even completed the drink order and like magic it was right there. Food was delicious (as always). Servers and staff was wonderful. Have great service.

Very bad service, they did not have servers, we had a very bad experience today saturday sep 11, we wait 1 hour to be seated, the told us we had to wait until another party of 10 finish. After the left the tables on the picture were dirty for 30 more minutes, thanks to the hosstes that little by little clean the table We finally were seated and we had to wait 15 minutes more untill they find a server for the table, a bar tender came to the table saying that She will do us a favore placing the order,like we are eating for free... because they do not have a server. We had a very bad experience and do not recommend this location to nobody. Not even an apologize we received that day.

Amazing service and very nice staff wait time was great food was good kids love the food and also very clean.

The WORST service I have ever gotten. The bartender was super disrespectful for no reason. She made us not even want to sit in the restaurant anymore, I never been so appalled in my life. The disrespect was uncanny. It sucks because I work in the industry and to have one of our own disrespect us for no apparent reason is crazy to me. She came at us with sass and had an attitude when we ask an simple question. It doesn't makes any sense. I was with my family and for them to experience something like this at a "family and friendly restaurant" is terrible. This type of behavior shouldn't be tolerated.

After a long day of work, I ordered my lunch from Chili's online for curbside pickup. I ordered order the margarita of the month which was the Jack Apple Margarita. The flavor was strong with alcohol but the size of the cup was small compared to pandemic days. It was like a hotel coffee cup or a restaurant water cup for kids. I also ordered the skillet queso which came with chips and salsa. I was surprised by the taste of the queso and I used it to top my hot dogs 2 days later. My entree was the Big Mouth Bites and they were delicious especially the crumbles of bacon. The side of fries could have been hotter.

We were seated pretty quickly and our waitress was phenomenal - so personable and calming. The $5 Margarita was delicious and had a good amount of liquor. The food was hot, delicious and fairly quick. Also, initially they were out of corn so I ordered something else, but the waitress remembered my comment and later brought me a corn. I felt so special. Great visit!
