****Currently at the restaurant with a party of 10. John was our server. 3 people ordered all you can eat boneless wings and never got more than one round in an hour and a half. Why would I order something that I can't get?? Service is unacceptable. Check was supposed to be split. But wasn't. A bad experience all around. *****Well aware that Mother's Day would be crowded, we still decided on Applebees with a party of 8. Wait time was over 30 minutes but as busy as it was, there were empty tables, servers standing around, and it took four people to clean off a table for us. At 4:05, we were seated with Adam. We ordered alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and two classic samplers to start, knowing it may take awhile to receive our food. Our samplers came about 20 minutes later and we ordered entrees that did not arrive until after 5:30. Two entrees were cold and sent back (Quesadilla burger and BBQ Brisket Tacos) and the $1 Drink of the Month Margarita, even with strawberry added was not that good. Blue Hawaiian drink was beautiful and tasted ok. Frozen strawberry lemonade was delicious as well as the pomegranate tea. We were told there were no more baked potatoes and upon changing orders, saw potatoes come out. We ended up leaving at around 6:15. Entirely too long to just eat. Most of us ended up taking the food out since we had sat there for so long. Adam thankfully had two of the entrees removed that we were unhappy with but overall the experience was not a good one for the mothers or anyone else in our group.

Although I’ve visited other Applebee’s locations, today was my first time visiting this location. We had the honor of having Carol M. as our server. She is super attentive, friendly, and fast! Absolutely kind! Every time our food came out to the table, she passed by to ask us if everything was okay. She would also check in on us to make sure we are good on drinks. Carol gave us the best experience I have ever received at an Applebee’s. I understand the food industry is experiencing a worker shortage at the moment but that didn’t seem to get in the way of Carol nor the staff. I am very thankful for the service I received. I also want to add, the food was delicious. I had the Honey Pepper Chicken Tender Mac and Cheese while my fiancé had a burger. I forgot the name of the burger but he said it was tasty. I tried and loved their Halloween drinks. Definitely looking forward to dining here again!

Sunday May 21, me and my husband dine at applebee to have the 2 x 27 truly we were dissapointed, my steak I ask medium well it was dry n hard, wings I asked mild instead got hotbuffalo, couldnt eat it. Husband plate chicken was good but the rice he just taste it, I try to eat it but got too much Cumino we left it all and pico de gallo was not fresh. Server was barley around. Dont know if I will return or recommend this place. If you have further questions on my experience please call me let me know.

This is their Triple Chocolate Meltdown. A brownie with hot fudge inside and with a scoop of vanilla ice cream plus chocolate syrup drizzle. Before all this, I had a sweet and spicy chicken sandwich with coleslaw and French fries. Separately, I'm not a fan of Coleslaw. But with the sweet and spicy chicken in a sandwich is actually delicious

Writing this to thank our server for making our visit enjoyable, fun and easy. Idk his name but he is the outspoken outgoing funny one! He taught us the finger test to check the doneness of meat.

Great food and prices. You must have and enjoy one of their desserts, you can't go wrong.

Worst experience I’ve had in a while. Our server took forever just to bring our drinks (20 mins). Then our food took another 40. She never touched the table to see how the food was and took my drink for a refill and never brought it back. Needless to say this is a poorly managed location. Wont be back again or recommend to anyone.

Had not been in awhile. Happy hour stop and enjoyed it. Service was great. Waiter was very attentive and was very respectful. Looking to go back soon. Fast forward to last night enjoyed a great dinner and drinks. Loved the themed Halloween drinks. Surprised at the dinner and the food. Enjoyed the time and menu choices

This was the second time in my life I have been to Applebee's it was a great experience. The 2 for 25 (now with steak) was wallet friendly and the food was delicious. The service was much faster, polite and informative than I expected. The over all night was a big hit thanks to Applebee's. I will be going Again.

Food was good, service was great, they put hockey on for us on the television, and they always have festive holiday drinks!! Check out the pic of "tipsy cupid" ....they add gummy red lips on top of the drink!" ...what??? 💋You can always count on a nice meal and good service here.

My husband and I had the bourbon steak, it melted in our mouth its was the best steak we had. The cook did his thing on this, everything was so perfect. I love this place, the waiter Tawanna wad so sweet and professional, the cook he made everything so delicious his name is Gino....5 star from me and my husband actually a 10 star 5 from hubby and 5 star from me❤beautiful service ❤️

Decided to give Applebee's a try. Walked in and place looked clean and well maintained. Ordered some mixed non-alcoholic drinks that were very tasty. We ordered a couple of appetizers, and they looked great but were very bland, very disappointed.

Service was a little slow, but it seemed our server was taking care of half the restaurant. Alize was pleasant, sweet, remembered when we'd ask her for something, and did a great job. Food wise, awesome as usual, and the atmosphere is great. Drinks were tasty too! This location is my go-to!

We waited for over 10 minutes for them to clean the bar, they picked up some plates, but while they were cleaning our area, the rest of the bar was still full of plates. I don't know if they would be understaffed or if the administration is really bad. I don't think we'll go back.

I went there for the first time and on my birthday. My waitress had a whole attitude did not attend to us at all but she spent a lot of time attending to other customers and then when I informed her that was my birthday and I wanted the free bundt cake that was her opportunity to say happy birthday put a candle or people singing to me and I didn't get that experience at all. No stars in my opinion this is by far the worst experience I've ever had in my life at any restaurant on my special day I would not recommend this restaurant or go to Applebee's again 😔

While our visit to Applebee’s had its highs and lows, there were a few standout dishes worth noting. On the downside, we experienced slower than anticipated service, and an oversight led to a significant delay in serving my son’s meal. Additionally, while the tacos boasted a wonderful flavor and texture, they unfortunately arrived at our table cold. The pasta dish left something to be desired in terms of taste. However, a redeeming quality of our dining experience was the delectable Cajun chicken shrimp and mashed potatoes, which were both fresh and flavorful. All in all, there’s room for improvement, but certain dishes do shine here.

Tonight we were waited on by Christy. She gave suggestions that were on point. The food and drinks were delicious. You can tell Allen is a good manager. It was refreshing to see the teamwork displayed. Each staff helping each other to set up tables, carry out food. Allen jumping in to assist anywhere he can. It’s hard to get a group of people to work that way. Will definitely be coming back.

Zay was an amazing server. Very friendly and accommodating, and always with a genuine smile on his face. We were on vacation, and had only intended on eating here once. But after his remarkable service, we actually came back the next night (and brought friends!), before heading back home! Highly recommend!

Look. I'm no person who usually visits an Applebees Grill + Bar. While that might sound normal. My experience, was not. FIRST. My food came out in 2 minutes. 2 MINUTES. I was so upset because they didn't give me the time I need to wait for my food, to get EXCITED for my food. Dissatisfaction. Secondly. When I was speaking to the waiter of the microphone in my car, she was VERY mean. She told me that I couldn't leave without paying. Unacceptable. Meanwhile, the atmosphere did somewhat please me. I really liked how I could order from my car. I also really like the big M in the front. When I went before, I really had fun in the playground that was inside the restaurant. I will now show you the image of the restaurant.

Juliana the bartender was phenomenal. Good delicious and drinks and a great price for happy hour 2 for 1. Can't wait to go back. What a gem in Pines!

Applebees has always been our go to family style all around restaurant. Great food choices for just about everything. It all tastes good. Served fresh and hot. All beverages. Service friendly. Our neighborhood one was taken away so returning to one farther away was still worth it. Food prices fair. Adequate parking. Looking forward to a return visit.

Chicken breast was dried and tasted like freezer burn also the veggies had a freezer smell and stale taste,. Husband had stake and shrimp, stake tasted rubbery and dry. I also had a side salad and had to ask for 3 different dressing, and all 3 were water down and Horrible taste. Horrible experience. Never again.

Nice surprise, food is really good and feels healthy. Service is just amazing and the atmosphere is welcoming. A bit expensive compared to other places but for some bucks more it worth.

The food and the service was amazing the manager was awesome and had patience putting on the NHL hockey game for us. Very quiet and comfortable restaurant.

Beware! My Son and his Girlfriend had a dine in situation where his server Carol, was not attentive to his table. She brought out what was ordered, and didn't check back as she did the other surrounding tables. In the end after paying the bill, She stated (your not going to leave me a tip?), They stated you didn't even check on us (Poor Service), She then muttered profanity, "Yeah right B&!ch". Not been able to address this same day, As a Parent this is Unacceptable & should Not happen to anyone! and/or at Any place of dine in location...

Overall it was good. Food was tasty and well seasoned. Service was alright. The host could at least smile back to us when we said hi to her with a big smile! Working on customer service myself I know how important that is for the experience. Will maybe come back for the food, after all it's super close to home.

We order the 2 for $24 meal and the chicken and shrimp meal. Brownie bites and an additional side of mashed potatoes, on 5.24.22 at the Pembroke Pines store in Fl. All this was a pick up order. Well, the excitement of looking forward to my meal was a let down. Call and spoke to Alan/Allen. Don't really know the spelling of the name. He was extremely professional. Give us no hard time replace our entire meal perfect without any hesitation. That is what you call management. Thank you Alan

Great service, good food. Fresh chicken caesar salad with perfectly grilled chicken, cold and crunchy romaine, and a nice dressing that didn't overpower the flavor of the grilled chicken. If you're lucky, you'll be seated at one of Masseney's tables.

I came to Applebees with a large party & Isabella was our server. She was extremely patient and attentive to us as a group. She is a newer server but handled my group very well ! Pleased with the service ! Thanks Isabella , I will be back again !

I purchase 7 gift certificates for my family last Christmas time, and I got seven $10 bonus cards. I was never told they will expired in couple months and now I am stuck with three of them. Waitress told me I cant use them. Food and cold beers were good.
