Alright guys, fist of all this is the worst Friday I have been to, corporate really needs to do something about this. The staff is nice but food quality is terrible, the place doesn’t seam clean at all, the staff needs training. This place needs something done ASAP. Or just close it down. Everything is all over the floor, the garbage, cables, the restrooms are unbelievably dirty. They don’t give you napkins, I understand the plastic silverware because of COVID, but nothing to do with TGIF. Even if I pay and tip the people I don’t blame them, I blame the manager for not giving them the proper training. I will not be back and I don’t recommend anyone this experience. The chicken fingers came out hard as rocks like something that has been sitting on the shelf for weeks, the burgers were not made properly. Corporate needs to do something about this. I’m never going back again

Came in on a Wednesday night, restaurant pretty calm and lots of seating… the host was respectfully and was seated immediately. Food was fresh, hot and quick!!!! Even when my meal that was delivered wasn’t up to my liking the General but manager Luz was very apologetic and made sure I was fully satisfied! Thank you soo much for this wonderful experience! And let’s not forget Veronica our waitress. ❤️💯 I will be back.

Great place to sit and enjoy a meal or make it a game night with friends and your favorite sports team. The staff is aways helpful and polite. If you have the Cajun shrimp and chicken pasta order extra sauce. The burgers are always a great choice too.

For a place that wasn't that busy. We had to wait to get a seat because there was nobody front there was patrons at the bar no bartender there is patrons at tables no waitresses moving around after a few minutes one waitress came out the back and then had to tell the hostess who came up and didn't greet us was wearing a mask which is fine I support that. If that's what she chooses to do but could not hear her couldn't hear anything she said. The music was way too loud you couldn't even talk to the people at your table without having to talk louder than a normal voice. I kept having to lean into the table there with my daughter was saying. Seem like we were more in a nightclub then we were at a restaurant for lunch. And we can see the hostess sitting in front of us two tables away the very first table when you walk in and go to the left of the door she's sitting there kind of dancing in her seat to the music and just basically not doing anything. And then when you have new customers come in that's when she chooses to refill the straws at one of the stations. I would say instead of dancing in a seat in front of customers you know other things that could be done but then again that's me. Our waitress was wonderful she was on point do anything is is I wish you would have taken like the empty cups when she brought us refills of unsweet tea and water. But I really didn't matter too much. like I said a place that isn't that busy 2 patrons at the bar and 2 other tables, whom were already eating. I don't know why it took over 15 minutes for the order to come out. A medium rare loaded fries cheeseburger which was overcooked at you could taste the grill on it. Everything else is deep fried. I guess the cook is like the hostess always on break. I do appreciate the waitress being honest with me when I asked about the onion rings. I asked her was I going to be disappointed with the quantity of onion rings? If I upgraded to onion rings instead of french fries and she told me probably. Which I can appreciate that. If I'm going to upgrade to something else, I need to be impressed. Especially if'n I'm giving you more money. Just very disappointed and everything except for the waitress. If it wasn't for her being polite smiling and doing her job to probably how she was trained they wouldn't be getting the two stars they got. I think the waitress probably could use more training and do a little more but I guess nowadays the bar is set below bare minimum when we teach people.

Our server Lacey was awesome. Attentive, friendly and efficient. Food was as always TGIF quality. It was our first date and she made it special. Highly recommend this establishment.

The min I walked in host I think his name is Roosevelt immediately greeted us with a nice smile and attitude. Kahri and Kalila gave me such phenomenal service . Both of these ladies had such a kind and sweet personality. The food came out fast and on point. I will definitely be coming back for those two.

Food was fine albeit we had to wait for it almost 45 minutes. It seems to me this venue is clearly understaffed

Went to Friday’s today and I have not been in a long time. Found out my favorite server who left came back! And I was ecstatic. And she was working! Even better! I called a few friends to tell them to come eat with me. So we all met up around 5pm and Kim took care of us! I have not been here in a long time and it seemed SOOO MUCH BETTER! A new menu, felt a different cooler vibe! All in all so much better. And to have Kim back was the icing on the cake! Ordered aps and ribs and everything was fresh and delicious. Drinks were great and food came out fast and fresh! It was just awesome. Kim was great and Friday’s is so lucky to have her back. I am back being a regular at Friday’s on Fridays! All new servers it seems like and Jay the Mgr came and checked on us! Never had that before either! A Mgr that cares about this restaurant. Great job Friday’s! Good management finds good employees! Equals good service + good food + good drinks = Happy and Satisfied Customers who will come back! A+!!!!

The weather was very bad that day. Lots of hard rain and it was very windy as well. I was invited to a luncheon with friends from another church that my church fellowship with. The establishment was very clean, staff very friendly. After we were sifted, our drink orders were taken and then our food orders. Our food came and we pigged out. Lol we even got to meet the manager that day. After we are, we sat and laughed for the longest time, we were not rushed to get out and we felt so good. Our waitress name was Kimberly and we plan on going back and we will be asking for her to rake care of us. If I remember correctly the manager's name was Andre. He was very nice to us up in age ladies.

I hate to have had to delete my previous review of this location. I work adjacent to this location. My coworker and I use to come to this location after work all the time. We had the best server, her name was Kim. My coworker transferred to texas two years ago and I haven’t been since. I wanted Buffalo wings today and my previous experience with TGI Fridays wings were always great. Not today. I spent 42 dollars on a 16 piece wings, an 8 piece and the new so called steakhouse meatballs. The wings were black on the inside as if they were over cooked or just old. As for the meatballs, I was given two little party size meatballs with chimi sauce just thrown around in the container. I am very disappointed and displeased with this visit as I have always had good experiences at this location in the past. I threw the chicken away, it did not look safe to eat. I would’ve took everything back but I love to far from the location. If this is the kind of food that this TGI Fridays is serving now then I will never return and I’ve been a loyal rewards member for many years now. I also do not like the new rewards program. Under the old program, reward points would appear almost instantaneously. I placed my order on the app today and there is no record of my order. The app logs me out all the time. I did not receive rewards points for this order. When I enter the code on my receipt, the app says that my purchase couldn’t be claimed. I want my reward points for this purchase.I am just completely dissatisfied and disappointed with TGI Fridays at this time, and I hope to hear from a district manager or someone regarding this matter.

Ordered 2 different drinks tasted like dirty water, chicken was dry with barely any sauce also ordered a full rack of ribs and it looked like they ran out of sauce. Server looked like she was irritated with the table the only good thing is the bread sticks. I will not be coming back.

I don't typically have any inaccuracies with my order. The pick-up service is quick, and I don't typically have to wait long, My order was actually ready before the estimated pick-up time. The day I ordered may be the difference with such quick service. It was on a Monday evening.

A great location the hostess who seated us was very nice our server could've been better. There were signs up for a special which expired that day (we didn't know that prior to ordering) we informed the server who really didn't care so we insisted to see the manager who after we pointed the signs out to him changed our bill (he took a long time to come to the table we watched him standing feet away doing nothing, at that time we didn't know he was the manager until he walked up to us) but overall it was an ok experience

I had an amazing experience at TGI Fridays thanks to Cindy. I ordered the Bucket of Bones, and I must say it was delicious. Cindy provided exceptional service, from her friendliness to her attention to detail. She made sure everything was perfect throughout the entire meal. I definitely recommend Cindy and her excellent service to anyone visiting TGI Fridays!"

The bartenders are amazing! So friendly and always give great service. We love sitting at the bar and ordering the Buffalo chicken wings and their cheeseburger - always hits the spot!

It was a pleasure to order our to go order by our Server Maggie Jean. She definitely made sure our food came out fast and fresh. The hospitality shown was outstanding. We also would like to thank the kitchen staff, they done a very good job. The ribs were falling off the bone, also the wings and fries were absolutely yummy.

On Tuesday i came in with a group of friends and Maggie was my server. Absolutely amazing service. 10/10. She is so sweet and patient. The food she recommended was also delicious. Highly recommend.

Our server Maggie was exceptional!! She greeted us with the most warming smile and energy. Throughout the night she was pleasant and readily available to meet our needs and she was fast. She was truly amazing!!!!

This Fridays is very lowkey, and i know it’s crazy but one of my favorite spots with a friendly staff and amazing set of bartenders, most of the week…. But I’m extremely bias and i prefer Tuesday and Wednesday nights with Brittany, she is simply amazing, very attentive and will meet your alcoholic needs depending on your day and mood.. trust me 🐝 got you… definitely my bartherapist….

My waitress was Hannah! She gave us exceptional service. Very friendly and could explain everything to me on the menu because there was so much to choose from!! She also gave me a recommendation of what she thought always best and I was very impressed!! This was our first time at this restaurant and now my husband and I will be coming back to see Hannah every week!! Thank you again Hannah for everything!

Food was great service was wonderful the only complaint was an item I ordered was substituted but no call advising of substitution. I did not find out until food was delivered. Also the item ordered was an up charge and they haven’t refunded or responded after I called to complain.

This place is always super chill and the quality and service speed is impressive..,our server was Dmitrius or Mitch for short, he was corteus and knowledgeable on the menu. Dmitrius would make sure we have a fresh beverage refills. The both seats were spacious and confortable, the restaurant very clean amd the music complemented the whole atmosphere. Overall a perfect spot to have a dinner date wt good food and excellent service

The staff are very nice and polite, but they always seem to be understaffed which makes service is slow. The food is good but both times I've gone here the apps are coming out with your entrees. Overall though good vibes and good food.

Kim was the manager and she was awesome. We were a party of 16 and she got us seated super fast & gave excellent service. Much appreciated and not really expected from a manager.

I just came for some drinks and order the fried green beans as an appetizer but I was very disappointed. It was more of the fried bread crumbs than actual green beans. It tasted like it was fried in old oil. Drinks were excellent and the bartender was very nice.

Went in for a regular dinner with my family and was very happy with our service. My server, Maggie, was amazing. She was down to earth and gave us wonderful recommendations. I will definitely come back.

Such a classic location! Defined have been going since I was in high school so hold a special place in my heart! Stop by for some good food and good drinks. Can’t wait for bar champs!

I honestly do not know where to begin. I grew up close to this location near the football stadium so I always visited this location. I moved away from the area some time ago and since I was in the neighborhood I decided to have dinner with some friends and colleagues at this location. This location for sometime now has been in dire need of remodeling / restoration but that’s okay as the food and service has always been decent. As we sat there waiting for our food a white gentlemen with visible tattoos all over his arms came out of nowhere greeting employees in the most disgusting manner I’ve ever witnessed anywhere. He would greet people constantly using the “ N “ word. “ hey n*gger what’s up “ to be exact, as well as “ yo dog or homie. I found his behavior inappropriate and appalling that he’d speak in such a manner in the middle of the dining area. I was shocked to find out that this man is the actual general manager of this location. First and foremost judging my his appearance and work attire you wouldn’t imagine him being even an employee, dressed like any other patron. We found out he was the GM through our server as he noticed our faces as we shook our heads staring at the man. The poor server had to apologize for the general managers actions as if he had done something wrong himself. I will not mention the servers name in order to protect him but he basically told us that few employees like him, especially the black employees as he thinks he is black. They just tolerate him is what we were told. Apparently he dates black women which is absolutely fine and naturally he couldn’t be racist. But as an African American myself I find using the “ N “ word even amongst my own friends and people is uncalled for and unnecessary, especially in a public setting. The table next to us heard our conversation with the server and they too weren’t happy at what they heard, in fact if it were not for us calming one gentleman down who was clearly on the “ hood side “ something bad would of escalated quickly. You could actually hear the general manager speaking from inside the kitchen area saying “ yo n*gger let’s go “ or something of that nature , which is when we decided to leave as you could see other diners getting upset and we didn’t want to be there in case something bad happened. Needless to say I and my friends will never step foot at that location while that vile individual is still there and we will make it a point to let the community know of what’s going on there. Unfortunately I cannot rate our experience any higher as the waiter did an exceptional job with not only our table but with the other tables whom were also visibly upset.

If I can give this restaurant 0 stars or -0 I would experience was awful and on top of that it was a very special occasion that was my mother's birthday and it sent horrible as you can see I ordered mashed potatoes that were hard as a rock the broccoli was over-salted and the food was overall my plate in my part was discussing terrible staff very rude would not be going that back there again and I recommend nobody goes to that location in Pembroke Pines T.G.I.Friday's used to be one of my favorite spots and that one restaurant messed it all up for me

I rate the food, staff & General manager 5 stars. I visited the restaurant two days in a row! Ordered buffalo wings and drinks Friday night, everything was great! The drinks were amazing and the wings were hot and flavorful. Saturday i ordered two grilled salmon meals to go.One for myself and one for my son. In addition to that order we had pina coladas. Non alcoholic for him and an adult pina colada for myself. Yet again everything was amazing!!! The grilled salmon has become one of my sons new favs. He normally orders the Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta. Thank you to the TGIF team including the Manager Jay who provided quick, efficient, friendly service. He made sure i was well taken care of and seen him provide the same service to the other customers in the building as well!

Erudite customer service. The reputation and standards is of high quality. There are many different seating available for customers to choose from also gravitational menu food choices.

I use to come to this TGF once a week. I got to say this located needs improvement. After 3 months I decided to visit with my family and was very surprised and disappointed upon my arrival. I felt like I was entering a hang out spot. The music was very loud and it was not appropriate for a restaurant. There was only 5 table occupied. So it wasn't bus at all. The food was ok and the waitress was nice, no complaints there. Having a dinner with family you expect to be able to have conversations. Unfortunately, all we could do was eat quickly and leave. I can't give a better rating in the conditions this location is in. I wish management would take control and do something about improving to keep there customers. For sure I will not be returning any time soon.

I ordered Uber eats from this place twice and both times was tremendously disgusting. I don’t know who’s back there cooking this food but it’s straight up terrible. I spent near $60 on delivery just for the food to be uncooked, presented sloppily; I had to heat up my own food, they gave me a half a gallon of sprite instead of strawberry lemonade, and the cheese in the mozerella sticks were past expiration. Someone needs to call OSHA for this location to be shut down. The reviews tell it all.

I had fried shrimp.... they were tough and rubbery. Just over cooked. The fries were seasoned well and hot. Our waitress Lacy had a great attitude.

We were there to celebrate a bday, but you know how difficult it is to get a group together. So instead of twenty it was less than ten, but I guess those that mattered the most were there! A few of us, ordered drinks n apps like the combo n spinach artichoke dip, it was fresh n plenty of variation for our hunger. We then ordered our main dishes, kept it simple w the 6oz sirloin which came w mashed potatoes n broccoli. This was everything since I haven't had a nice cut of meat in a while. The temp was perfect all the way through Medium, the veggies steamed to perfection and the steak was marinated or tenderized with a balance of flavors. Everyone else enjoyed there order of sweet glazed salmon w mango pico and veggies on the sides. Simone was our server, and she attended n anticipated our every need-thank you will return! HBD Ms B!!!

I ordered the salmon w/fries and a salad. Salmon was very fresh and perfectly cooked and seasoned.

We made an order for food through uber, the food arrived horrible, we ordered some meat fajitas and the order arrived without meat and full of water from the pico de gallo. I honestly threw it away, I don't recommend the food, this is the second time it has happened to us.

Todays Veterans day and I wanted to have dinner here and see what their specials were and the women I spoke to said the manager ended veterans day specials at 2pm today. What kind of nonsense is that. Definitely not dining.

TGIF was my favorite place to dine. Now with the dinner ware of plastic utensils, paper menus that has seem to drastically change, and over cooked appetizer and cold from freezer fries... It has become one on our Do Not Return List.

Service was horrible food was over cooked.. the girl behind the bar was super rude the manager did take off the stuff that was wrong on the bill but definitely won’t be coming back rather go somewhere else..

Amazing staff! Good food too. Had a mix up with an order, but as soon as it was brought to the staff's attention it was fixed. Also got dirty utensils, however, clean utensils were provided upon request. Enjoyed nonetheless 👍

Service and food was awesome, like always. Steven, our server, is one of the best servers you have. We come back just for him. Host was very attentive and we got sat right away. Food came out hot and quick. Can't get a better place to eat than here at TGI Fridays. The service was impeccable. The manager even came up to the table and made sure everything was good. Definitely coming back. This is now my "GO TO" Restaurant.

Yesterday I visited this location and the host Roosevelt was Awesome!!!! well presented, keeping track of tables, and remembering orders, He was focus and very professional! I also loved his personality i give him and this store 5 stars !! Fresh food, great customer service!!!! I will be returning! Keep up the good work !!!!

This Fridays is the best. Went in with some friends for lunch and were greeted immediately by Bev very nicely. We were seated immediately at a great table. The service was great never had to wait for anything. She even recommended a drink to us which was fantastic. Great lunch, great service the best food ever. Before leaving Bev thanked us for coming and even invited us back for another visit which we thought was great. We will be coming back and hope to see Bev again. Thanks Bev for being the best.
