Really like the food in this place. One of my favorite Cuban food places. Service was great and fast.

Ordered a breaded steak that was inedible. Tough as bricks and had melted the styrofoam box into the breading. I called to let them know it was tough and impossible to eat. The manager (Francis I believe her name is) actually started yelling at me. Like actually yelling. Saying that I had to drive back the location and refusing to do anything. And telling me that’s how the steak should be. The MOST UNPROFESSIONAL experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant. If the owner reads this you seriously need to consider a management change. Bad food, and incredibly rude management. Go to LaCaretta.

Las Vegas is a delightful Cuban restaurant with a vibrant atmosphere and authentic cuisine. The flavors are rich and satisfying, capturing the essence of Cuban cuisine. The service is attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. While the lunch specials can be slightly expensive, the quality and portion sizes justify the cost. A great spot to indulge in delicious Cuban dishes!

I had my wedding dinner reception in the private room. I had an intimate reception of about 21 people with my closest family and friends. The staff there were so accommodating from the whole process from beginning to end. Our main server for the evening Rodrigo was excellent. He treated me and my husband as if we were family and made sure were well taken care of as the bride and groom. Excellent service, professionalism and drinks and food came out fast for our guests. I want to say thank you Rodrigo and the staff at Las Vegas cuisine for truly making our Day special and absolutely perfect! We'll be back again for our anniversary!

The food was okay for my taste buds. It was very light, I can barely taste the flavors of the meat. Also, the meats were on the dry side. I guess Cuban food isn't for me.

This place is amazing. Food is great and the service is good to. Makes me want to go to Cuba for a week and eat like a pig. I was on town for business and have eaten here everyday.

The service and kindness of the servers was just as good as the food we ate. We never have a problem with any of their food, and always have a great experience. I say we eat here once a week. But if you’re lucky enough to meet the owner, she is amazing. A very nice, hard-working woman who strives in pride for her restaurant. To my family and I this is for most the best Spanish food we have ever eaten. We call it authentic.

My wife and I dined at your Pembroke Pines restaurant last week. I give this a five star plus rating. The food was delicious and people who work there the best. Rodrigo was friendly, engaging and made us feel very important. The unique skill set he owns can not be taught anywhere so he must have inherited them from the Gods’. This is undoubtedly a Cuban restaurant but has a menu for everyone, in the considered opinion of this non Latino. We will certainly be back..

This restaurant never disappoints. When in the mood for authentic Cuban food in our neck of the woods, Las Vegas is always at the top of our list. We started with a large plate of mariquitas with garlic aioli as well as complimentary bread. The atmosphere was pleasant with music playing. I love to look around and see customers having a great time and hearing laughter! Mami got the grilled chicken with white rice, black beans and tostones. My sis got the chicken “vaca frita” and I got the original one with lots of grilled onions. Gotta say that although we ordered typical homemade Cuban food, everything was made just right with all of the right seasoning. The black beans were the best anywhere! So much so, that we took a container of it and of their red beans to freeze for meal-prep for the workweek! Our time together ended by sharing a homemade tres leches with a cafecito. It was an all-around wonderful visit!

Tried the Paella for 34.95. Not the lowest costing but definitely good enough to share with someone. The food was well prepared a flavors were fine but unfortunately the shrimp and lobster were overcooked and not too enjoyable. I do enjoy trying this dish whenever I try new locations for it and this one’s only ok for the price if you get the seafood cooked properly otherwise it’s not worth the cost. Maybe I’ll have Better luck next time

I went to have a simple celebratory dinner with my family. The restaurant's atmosphere is very inviting: it manages to retain aspects of Cuban culture while being classy. The staff is very friendly and provides excellent customer service. On this particular occasion we were serviced by Danay, she was very friendly and explained the menu, and specials very well. The food is fantastic, adequately priced, and with solid portion sizes. This restaurant is a solid pick for a nice and simple dinner.

Just want to say I have so many good memories here. I met my wife here a long time ago and we decided to have our wedding reception here. We were treated so well. It felt like family was taking care of us. I want to thank everyone that helped especially our server Rodrigo. He is such an amazing guy and was so involved with making sure we had an amazing time. So once again thank you good sir and if anyone wants to have great food and an amazing time make sure to come here they always take care of you like you're family!

Excellent location-restaurant. Colonial and picturesque decoration. Good variety in menu. The menus with a big piece of paper announcing Avocado salad but Runout in lunch time. Food with a lot of flavors. But too noisy restaurant. Fish was overcooked, 4 mini slices deformed of bread. Bathrooms need a fast renovation.

We celebrated our uncles 90th birthday tonight. Our server, Rodrigo, was magnificent. He served our 18 person party with excellence. He was amazing!! Our orders were perfect. He didn't skip a beat and made us feel like family. Thanks, Rodrigo. Tio's birthday was phenomenal because of you.

Good overall and fast. Something the meat needs a little more flavor but it’s still good. I’ve been going to to this location for years with my family.

One of the consistently outstanding locations of the Las Vegas Cuban Cuisine chain. Very efficient and friendly service, large quantities and value for money. Still one of the best made from scratch mojitos in Broward county.

Everything was so good! The menu is full of options, including vegetarian, chicken, Pork, and seafood. I have chicken empanadas as an appetizer and the chicken chimichuri for my entree. Both were amazing! The chicken is so well seasoned and grilled perfectly. Mojo yuca is also amazing! Our server was attentive and food came out Can’t wait to visit again!

The boiled yuca is great. I moved away and can only get fried yuca. I came back and tried the boiled yuca here and the flavor did not disappoint. The lechón asado needed a touch of salt, but when I added it … it was great. The black beans and rice was amazing. The bench chairs were not the best for my back and I had to move since they let some child play their iPad a full volume. So the atmosphere perhaps not the best but the food makes up for it 1000%
