The art gallery is neat, and many beautiful works of art, I like it. This is my fun experience.

Smaller than I expected but still a great museum. I loved the exhibition by Didier William and Leah Gordon. It was nice to see a gallery full of art of different styles, mediums and canvases.

The museum is fairly small. You can see everything in about 30 minutes or less. Admission for adults is $10. Sadly, they don't offer discounts for teachers. I was the only person in the gallery, and it seemed like all the security guards were constantly staring at me. It made me a little uncomfortable.

Sophie Bonet invited me to the VIP reception for the Art Basel Exhibition, and it was such an incredible display celebrating Haitian culture. It was incredible how much attention to detail was put into organizing the event. I am excited to visit MOCA for the next gallery exhibit.

We were looking for something else to do in North Miami after visiting the Spanish monastery and settled on this. This is a rather small museum but the entry fee was reasonable and the parking is free. Currently there is a Michael Richards exhibit on display. I was not familiar with the man or his work and found it extremely interesting. The information provided on the pieces explained the motivation behind some of the themes in his art. Knowing this gives you some insight into the artist himself. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Wonderful experience. There was a discount if you use BOA cards. A lot of collections that focus on florida local history, women power and black cultures. The sandstone sculpture collection intertwined with the global environment responsibility, music and personal memoir. Loves the texture of vintage quilts, the stories how the reflection on death and ocean inspired the artists.

I checked out the Maryan Exhibit due to a personal mix-up of plans with friend. What a great mistake! There was also photojournalism black history Exhibit. I had a wonderful time learning and living through the eyes of these artists.

A pleasant experience. A neat art gallery with a monthly live jazz show. In last night's case, we were treated to a performance from The C. L. Experience. We had a wonderful night doing something different from our usual routine. An overall positive experience and a great time out.

I have been attending The Moca for years . This Museum has always featured great Art and and talented Artist from all over the world . The displays are always well arranged and thought out . The Moca participates in community programs such as art classes for kids and adults . The last Friday of every month the MOCA features outdoor Jazz with some of the Stellar best from Florida and beyond . Always a great crowd ranging from ages 20 on up and Mixed in ethnicity. There are a few restaurants close by for food and further entertainment. Cafe Creme for me some great food and spirits plus well made desserts delivered with excellent service . The luna Star Cafe for Live Music ,food , beer and wine .

I’m a student so I got in for $5 and it’s def worth the $5! Very small though, we finished reading and thoroughly looking at everything within 15-20 mins🥲. It was empty on a Wednesday afternoon.

Just so so, space inside is so so, the collections are so so, the gift shop is below par, staff is so so. Someone needs to make this place have the wow factor. Even small spaces can grab you. The exhibit by the young man who died of lukemia is touching

This museum, as we were told will eventually be built underground, which we thought intriguing. We could already see construction work being done. The observation deck has all kinds of incredible views of Nice. We truly enjoyed our visit and would recommend.

I like the museum even though it’s nothing like the New York MOCA... I mean the collection is way more modest, but still very interesting... I love to come here on the last Friday of the month when they have a live JAZZ concert on the stage right by the museum entrance. This winter (2020) they have weaving workshops for hammock lovers 🥰

It had a few nice art pieces, but the museum is very bare, definitely not worth paying for, but it was free. The art seemed very woke like a skeleton that specifically stated it had no race of gender, I don't think anyone could tell or was thinking what race a skeleton is, its a human being body. They were overly strict on wearing face mask.

Very bad experience. Check the exhibits before going. The host indoctrinated the children with woke, racist, and satanic nonsense from beginning to end. I can't believe tax payer funds are being used this way. Instead of pushing satanic content, the city should promote family values and God. SMH.

It has become an Museum of Contemporary Art staple of sorts. Nice backdrop for pictures of course. You'll never find a time when it's completely free of visitors, but there's enough space there to make it your own. You should really check out the whole museum and the exhibits that it houses, it's not just Museum of Contemporary Art. Cool place tho.

There are good contemporary art museums, there are self-indulgent contemporary art museums and then there are those which leave little impression whatever - this is the latter. From the droning repetition of the first exhibit through the last, there's little here one wouldn't expect to find in a high school exhibition of people trying to make a 'statement' without a lot of maturity, or even wit. Not saying there weren't a few things worth viewing, but generally it's an easy walk off mag mile and a time filler.

Not worth the time. Two rooms with paintings and some kind of makeshift garden. If you’re traveling more than 30 minutes to come to this museum, it’s not worth it. Was hoping to see more local artists featured as it’s a small museum.

It’s a nice place, I went on the first weekend of march and I use my Bank of America card to get a free entry. (BofA has arrangements with some museums and they are free during the first weekend of every month). I think is more of a gallery than a museum, there are only two rooms for exhibitions, but they where interesting.

BEWARE RUDE, DISCRIMINATING AND KIDS' UNFRIENDLY VENUE We have visited this museum with 3 kids (6, 8 year olds and 6 month old) today. L2: Although we have stayed behind faded (almost invisible lines) and warned our children to stay behind the lines, staff member on L2 has suggested that we better off going to the next level as there is one artwork that can be touched by kids. Facial expression, tone and the message showed how unwelcome we were as ethnical minorities or parents with young children. L3: As we went up to the next level young lady has shouted at us to stay behind the line. I have informed her that as she can see we have not crossed the line (again the line was faded). She has ignored my feedback and as we continued to discuss the piece of artwork, she shouted at us again and again in front of other patrons that we should not cross the line. I have repeated to her that as she could see we have not crossed the line, however she continued treating us with utmost disrespect and called her manager. Her manager said that her staff member does not agree with our feedback about the staff member and hence he will disregard it. At the same time after shouting at us the first time the lady has kindly offered to provide background to the artwork to men with Caucasian appearance and was very kind and respectful with them. Management of the museum shall consider metrics to prevent staff discrimination of ethnic minorities and parents with young children. Feedback on the content of the museum: a) space is not well utilized, i.e. there are handful of exhibits and very few eye-catching ones. b) there is no background as to meaning of the artwork/ideas conveyed by the author. c) names of paintings are not clearly identifiable if present (due to staff attitude noted above we did not have a chance to read description until the end as we were rushed to leave each Level). d) some content may be interpreted as depicting extreme violence (murdered pregnant female). e) there are no activities for kids supporting their interest in arts unlike most of other museums. This further supports how unwelcome kids are in this museum.

Flew in from Salt Lake and was excited to explore a broad selection of art museums. We were charged $10 to enter and the museum was much smaller than expected. If you are traveling dont waste the time, but if you are a local or student the admission is only $3. That would be worth it.
