A true treasure!!! I love this place so much. It’s amazing. Must do!!! The mystery and mystical behind it is do fascinating but the wander and awe is in itself worth the visit. I went over 30 years ago when I was a little girl… it’s a true gem!!

A beautiful place with a romantic story. The site can only be visited with a guide. Before the tour starts you will see a video to give more background information about Coral Castle. Once you are inside the 'castle' you can walk around freely. Meanwhile, the guide tells the story behind the various objects. The 'castle' is a structure consisting of a large wall within which all kinds of carved coral stone objects can be found. The whole thing is in the open air.

Very cool place. I'm a nerd, and this is nerd heaven. It is amazing how one man built this is unbelievable. If you are in South Florida, try to make it to this destination. Get here early in the morning, opens at 9 am.

Wish I could have stayed and pondered longer! Wish they had all night tours! The tour guide used a microphone so he was easily heard. This place is fascinating. I would have been here daily as a child if I lived close enough for sure!

A spontaneous road trip led me here today. What a great place with a cool history and funky vibe. The grounds and gardens are gorgeous. The castle itself is a true marvel of engineering. The story that inspired the castle is a sad but beautiful tribute to love. However, the tour guide Andrea, made the tour. She was so funny and engaging. She had me laughing the entire time. Definitely worth checking out.

The castle was neat and it's interesting to see what the original builder was able to achieve by himself; however, the tours are extremely packed and rushed with barely time to take pictures much less actually enjoy anything. When we arrived and bought our tickets we were rushed into a group already departing where we were treated like toddlers for being "late". The next 30 minutes we rushed from "sight" to "sight" without an opportunity to go back inside. The site is much smaller than expected but it is superbly maintained and the surrounding grounds are beautiful.

A great story and site to explore! Tour guides are informative and leave you with plenty of time to walk around and take photos. Wild and fascinating! Expect to spend anywhere from 40-50min on average.

Pretty neat place to see if you know the background. I recommend looking op YouTube documentaries on it prior to visiting. The tour guide explains some things but not in great detail like the documentary videos. All in all pretty neat experience though.

I got impressed with the perfection of each sculpture, I couldn't seat in the chairs but looked ergonomic. It is amazing how a tiny man with 100 pounds could build that paradise with love, dedicated 28 years. He was a genius. Instead of his depression for the lost of his love, the power of his mind created this enigmatic place.

Our guide was awesome! She was very informative and you could tell she enjoyed her job. Not sure it was worth $18 apiece, but it was good.

It's a magical place that you should try. It has an interesting story and many details that are explained by the guide. They have a nice parking lot and overall the experience is amazing and the closest to Stonehedge in Florida.

It's a unique and curious oddity, and an impressive life's work by one man devoted to his lost love. It's more of a rock garden than a "castle." However, if ever your in Homestead with one hour to spare, then definitely go see it, if only to marvel how a small 5 ft man moved 3 ton rocks by himself.

The history was very interesting and our tour guide was amazing!! For the price it would have been nice to have a little more time to take pictures and look around.

It's interesting for sure but not as big as I thought it would be. The guide was friendly and very eccentric, although she really needed to stop shouting into the microphone. They give you a good history but I prefer to explore at my own pace. Some genuinely Interesting things but I don't feel it was worth the price. Very little shade, but they do sell (overpriced of course) drinks and snacks.

Really neat place to visit, but we would recommend going on a cooler day. It was extremely hot out there, even in April. The tour tended to be a bit long winded, so we left about halfway through. Still worth visiting just to see the neat sculptures and carvings.

Nice day although very hot they offer umbrellas to protect you from the sun. Our tour guide Andrea was energetic, informative and you can tell she loves what she does. Great history and wonders in this place that leaves you in awe. Wonderful experience with the family. Thank you Andrea, you made it fun. You were awesome. Recommend it is only an hour or two and is worth the money.

A very interesting and unique place that Ed built. He used hand tools that he made himself to carve out the limestone and create a castle wall, a living quarters, an Open Garden area with seating, a dinner table and a well for water. There is also a barbecue pit that he created out of a differential of a Model T. He did all this without the use of electricity and power tools. He also did it in the cover of night so nobody really knows how he actually accomplished all this as some of the blocks are incredibly heavy. It was also featured on Ancient Aliens as some believe he had extra help. When you walk in you're seated to watch a short film to prepare you for the guided tour. The tour guide is very enthusiastic children will also love this as an adult you really wonder how and why. You can go through and be done inside an hour so if you're looking for something in between to do I would recommend seeing this. Park to the left when entering lot as the right side is reserved and monitored by security. It was $59 for 3 of us. See my pictures below and note that you cannot video inside. This review helps you please give it a thumbs up

First, let me say this place is awesome! But the setup is not done well. You can't go tour on your own until the tour starts. But before all that, you watch a documentary about every single thing in the castle. And then the tour repeats the exact same thing. Once in ditch, the tour guide. Its a lot smaller than i thought. And you if it's your first time in Florida and wanting to drive there. The drive is painful. Red light after red light. There must be 30 red lights getting there along the Atlantic coast side. And the GPSsaid 26 miles. It took an hour to get there from our port. Its January, not a busy time of the year. I can't speak for the Westside approach. South Florida is a mess to drive through. Drivers cut you off and don't use blinkers. So, getting to Coral Castle is such a chore and painful. There isn't going to be a second visit from me. It was on my bucket list, so I trucked through it. Lastly, I wish I could get my time back. Cheers!

Went to this place last week while in the area. I had known about it before so I was interested in seeing it in person. The site was neat and the tour guide was informative. The place was not as big as I expected but the level of craftsmanship was amazing. Would have been neat to see it when it was in good working condition.

Our family showed up 30 minutes before close and joined in on a tour that had already began. The tour guide was AWESOME! She really took the time to show us around and explain and educate us about this unbelievable place! Amazing background story

It was a remarkable experience visiting a castle with such rich historical significance, especially for someone like my boyfriend who enjoys history so much Our tour guide has an impressive depth of knowledge and provided good information throughout the visit. It’s incredible to think that one man constructed the entire castle single-handedly, driven by love. The dedication and passion behind such a feat truly make it a must-visit destination for history enthusiasts.

It was well worth the price of admission. Our tour guide was very animated and made the experience that much better. It is one of those things you definitely should see if your in South Florida it was worth the hour drive. The neighborhood was very safe and directions were easy to follow to get there.

I watched an Ancient Alien episode about this place on the History Channel and was like🤯 The mystery about this place and why it’s important to find out "how" should be taught in school. What this guy built by himself is mind blowing and still a mystery. I can't even put together furniture from Ikea and it comes with instructions😆 The tour is for all ages, a must see. The tour guide provides a lot of info about the site too so if you don't know much she will explain.

Coral Castle was oddly intriguing. To wrap your head around how this guy (small in stature and build) was able to do what he did...mind blowing! You have to check this place out, seriously!

This has been on my bucket list for a long time, so the wife planned a trip to the FL Keys which included a stop here. Willy did a great job explaining much of the castle as well as dispelled a few of the myths I had heard regarding the site and Ed. Very unique place that is amazing to see in person.

This is a fascinating place and worth visiting. The tour is brief but informative; you'll learn more if you ask the guide a lot of questions. Kids will probably enjoy seeing all the lizards everywhere. Be sure to check out the books in their shop. I purchased several and I'm looking forward to reading more about this site and the man who built it.

Interesting place and story. Knew nothing about it before going, and I'll leave out any spoilers. It truly is a marvel Ed was able to build this. It's a little smaller than expected and a little higher priced than I was hoping. But, I'm glad it's been maintained and not demolished.

I just had the privilege of visiting this amazing, mysterious, adventure. I've wanted to come here for over 15 years at least. This is definitely one of the world's most unsolved mysteries, and deserves more recognition. I loved our tour guide! She was so passionate about explaining all the details of the museum in such a fun way! I have a friend who's grandpa had a coral bench made from Edward personally, and he unloaded the bench himself with no help without anyone seeing him. I guess he really did know the secrets of the Egyptians, and the mysteries of the building of the pyramids to build Coral Castle.

This is a true Magic place! I read before about it was but i was not able to get inside years back. This time it was opened for public. The guy who built the Coral Castle was a dreamer, inventor, a free mason and I think a magician. You can see an educational video about the Castle, purchase some books describing the Castle and it's history. The entrance fee is $18.

While the exhibit was quite impressive, the video was quite repetitive. The guide sat and just yelled (not rudely by any means) to let people know the next tour would begin at 12, instead of standing by the entrance to let people know. It was crazy hot. The kids were less than impressed.

We had a very engaging young lady Nadia that with passion and knowledge she described the entire place, thanks Nadia! This a must-see for the inquisitive mind. How did Ed move all these stones alone? 30 tonnes of stone, 1 man. Amazing. Bring your scientific mind to analyze this yourself.

What a MAGICAL place! We wanted to have our wedding ceremony here and Laura made our dreams come true! She worked directly with me on planning this special event and made everything happen seamlessly. She is kind, compassionate, and very patient. Any ceremony big or small can be stressful but she kept me calm and relaxed so that I could stop to actually enjoy our moment. Our children were involved and she even made them feel just as significant and a part of the union. Her team assisted throughout everything and gave such an amazing energy! They too took part in making this an unforgettable day. Thank you all for everything!

A interesting little place and worth the visit. The tour guides were awesome, however they were difficult to hear. Additionally it is kind of sad that a lot of the cool artwork doesn't function like it did decades ago. The 5 ton gate doesn't swing, the merry-go-round doesn't spin, most of the rocking chairs don't rock. While time does eventually get everything, it is just too bad that you have to watch 50 year old videos on YouTube to see the cool artwork do it's thing. No one's fault, just sad. However, go and see this amazing one-man accomplishment anyway, it is very cool.

As we sit here reflecting on our visit to the Coral Castle, my heart overflows with a warmth that only love can ignite. Walking hand in hand amidst the enchanting allure of Florida, we discovered a sanctuary where love itself seemed to sculpt the very air we breathed. In the presence of such magnificent beauty, I couldn’t help but be reminded of the timeless power of our own love—a love that, like the Coral Castle itself, stands as a testament to the boundless depths of our affection. Just as Ed loved Agnes he poured his hearts into each stone, shaping a legacy that echoes for eternity, so too do our souls intertwine to create a love story that transcends time. With each step we took, I felt our connection grow stronger, as if the very stones whispered secrets of our eternal bond. And as we gazed upon the marvels wrought by love’s hands, I knew in my heart that our love, too, would stand the test of time. Thank you for sharing this magical journey with me, my love. May our visit to the Coral Castle be but one chapter in the epic tale of our eternal love. Forever yours Cesar

Best part was our tour guide Andrea, she is great. The place is beautiful and the tour is very informative, great experience. Little advice cary water and a little fan if possible, they provide umbrellas but just in case you can bring your own too.

It was ok. I find the charge to enter ($20) is too expensive for the experience. We were expecting to see more (for that price). We were not allowed to take videos, only phots. I dont see any sign saying that tho. Dont climb on the rocks, you can only walk around, pay $20.

Fascinating exhibit about the eccentric life of Edward Leedskalnin and tour of his mysterious Rock Gate Park (Coral Castle). This structure is an engineering marvel, and an interesting place to spend a couple of hours. Took off one star because of the woman who runs the ticket counter. She gave a free pamphlet to some of the patrons, and not others. For $18 a ticket, everyone should get a free pamphlet.

Very interesting how and why was built. It was lovely. Just think that $18. A person was way too high for an hour experience.

Very interesting story about how and why was built. It was lovely, just think that $18.00 a person is a little too high for less than an hour experience.

This place is amazing! If you are visiting homestead this is a do NOT miss. Our tour guide was extremely funny and knowledgeable! How ED a tiny man was able to accomplish what he did was simply fantastic! Also this is a dog friendly location!

A very interesting place to visit. If you haven’t read about this place before I would suggest reading a bit of the history of Coral Castle before coming. They will tell you some of the history but it would be too much to remember from one day.
