We went to Zumiez and Great Customer Service, plus the gentleman teach us how to buy a skateboard for our daughter. Great prices for Great brands. We are coming back for sure.

There’s a new arcade called Round1 Bowling & Amusement and I definitely can say it was a nice place to enjoy gaming with food and drinks.

Although it is very pretty what they have done to the mall a lot of the stores are just filled with very snobby people there are a lot of scams going on in women's clothing stores that people don't realize such as Steve Madden and express where they have a lot of Catch-22 if you have to make a return Steve Madden has shoes as soon as they hit the floor they will leave a scuff mark with the material they use then if you try to return it they will say it has been warm and I cannot put it back on the Shelf. Express is a whole other Beast they will find Every Witch Way not to take a return even if everything is legitimate they will even admit that you are in the right and they will still make up excuses not to take things a lot of very rude people in some of the department stores as well some of them are actually very nice I guess this mall is just what it is... A mall

I loved this Mall very much. It has an extensive assortment of brands in the store. Very clean. Very nice place to come shopping to have a snack with the family. Recommended.

Take a look at this. It's absolutely deplorable that there are no Christmas decorations to fill this mall as malls had once celebrated with the people in the past. This mall does not even have holiday music as you're walking through. Christmas is definitely not in the air at this place. There is an agenda with the corporations to *gradually whitewash this holiday in the United States. Don't let this happen. I have seen photos of malls around the world and other areas of the United States, cities and streets that have continued to go all out and it is just marvelous. Don't they understand that with Christmas in the air it makes it a delight to want to shop also for loved ones. I have contacted this Corporate Mall Office to no avail. ***Put your money someplace else. Before I forget there is a large Menorah at the end of an aisle.

So many stores and it's so peaceful before the stores open. You can walk in the calm and window shop or just get some exercise. It's very cool

Worst mall I have ever been in I was accused by the main security guard over being lost looking at signs where to go being accused by her for asking others for a dollars bill to ask to speak with the her boss to then be told I'm to be escorted off the premises when asking her boss to watch the cameras I've never even spoke to one person that place is trash watch yourself there.... I'd suggest dolphin or something more relaxing where you're not harrased by the security good luck!!

Went to menchie's ice cream on was good clean I saw the employees changing that tongs that the enemies for people to serve the toppings , they have different kind of yogurts ice cream and at least 40 to 50 toppings fresh fruit like blueberries I got even Nutella My sister birthday we have a great time

I do not want to be unfair at all but this is not acceptable. I was so happy with my wife coming to this mall and saw a sign that let customers know firearms are prohibited. I really understand the mall had in the past some issues with this matter but a sign does not stop a conduct. While I just decided to leave but while I left, saw two couples getting inside the mall with firearms. Reality, you’re not going to prevent at all firearms. If I do not have the opportunity to protect my family, The mall is not a good fit for me to buy.

Went to the movies at the AMC movie theatre. Saw Napoleon on IMAX! We went at 6pm. The place was very nice and clean. Friendly staff scanned my tickets and showed us where to go. Picked up my popcorn which was waiting for me at the Pick Up Station (ordered on the app too). Friendly people here too. Nice comfortable clean seats. A/C perfect temperature and wow big screen. Great experience all in all. Oh and lots of parking also ; )

So much has changed since I was last at this mall many many moons ago. Not as busy or popular as it used to be for sure. But it has many of the retail stores that are in the more popular malls without the crowds so that's a HUGE win. I just hope the mall itself can survive as there are many empty spaces months on end.

To the mall area I like to go during the week, morning to be specific. It’s a nice space but like many other locals it’s getting a little insecure, and that’s kind of stressful… The round 1 has plenty of activities, trampolines, rollerblades, soccer, baseball, basketball, tennis/paddle, billar, arcades, bowling, it’s very nice for the kids, youth and adults.

This is a really chill mall with many of your favorite stores. If you just want to tourist around and enjoy a day at the mall it is worth it to drive to Aventura, Sawgrass or Dolphin mall for a family trip but Pembroke Lakes is great if you're in a rush and just want to stop in to a specific store.

It was my first time in the mall in a LONG time. My wife and I had multiple needs to tackle. We were behind the 8-ball, but we were able to find some good options throughout a hectic Sunday.

I/we enjoyed ourselves. Went to see "Woman is King". The seats was very comfortable and the food is always good. Not to mention the long islands always get me right. This is the only movies I go to, and they always understand the assignment:-)

A little bit packed and the mall itself is a bit boring, but there's an AMC, Round 1, and Hot Topic for me so it all works out 🤗 Could do with a Pretzel Twister, though!!

I had not been to this mall in years. First mall that had most if not all the stores open. No "coming soon" like Sawgrass mall. Wife bought a few things. Nice atmosphere. Plenty of chairs to sit and wait for the wife.

Pembroke lakes Mall has changed a lot over the years, there are a lot of empty stores, but still enough that you will have an enjoyable shopping trip. They have a brand new arcade where Sears used to be and it's fun and exciting for the kids.

Horrible customer service while attempting to watch a movie. I was entering with a white guardian with my group of friends and we was asked invasive questions about my guardian and that we don’t share the same complexions as the person with us. The employees working 1/6/23 were not receptive to our guardian and us watching separate movies thus we were required to get a refund and while walking to get the refund one of the black women employees said a comment referring to “black and white”. The black male employee that was giving us the refund refused to take the tickets back unless we fully extend our efforts to reach his side to give him the tickets he refuse to meet us halfway and demanded we put it in his hand and that we will not receive our money back if we don’t put the tickets in his hand whilst he shows no effort. Get better employees!

The Good: people at the shops were super nice(the small drone store, Zumiez and Kids Foot Locker). The Bad: there were people with dogs. There were three parts of the mall with dog poop on the floor. A lady did step on the dog poop - while wearing sandals. I nearly threw up.

This evening while I was going to watch a movie with my friends 2 rude employees kicked us underaged kids out the movie while we were trying to buy tickets and while she was kicking us out she added a slick comment saying “she’ll help us see black and white” I found that very rude not only did she try to kick us out she proceeded to touch us and push us out the door after several minutes pasted we came back with guardians to be eligible to watch our movie but they kept constantly tryin to find reasons to not let us watch our movies and said that we couldn’t see a movie differ to our guardian then have our tickets back as I walked over to get my ticket refunded a male dude with straight hair said “they can’t buy no more tickets and told us to get out” as I’m infront of the cashier person he wouldn’t take my ticket bc I wouldn’t place the ticket in his hand. I found that disturbing he demanded me to place to ticket in his palm when he could’ve easily taken the ticket from my finger tips as I reached out to give him it. And after he said I won’t get my refund back, I won’t get my money back and told me to get out the store and never come back again. Get better employees

Menchie’s yogurt at Pembroke lakes strip mall is amazing. The best for the whole family.

I've literally never been inside though I drive by from time to time. But I will say from the outside it looks nice and a chill vibe. There are many stand-alone food spots on the outside of the mall. Go check it out. I hear the theatres have great reviews. The Target is very modern and clean as well.

This Mall is FANTASTIC. The Amount of Women here that are FINE is incredible. Also the Store Selection is Pretty Good. Also there is plenty of Food Options Such as Chick-fil-A, Mexican Lime Rice, Charley's Cheesteaks. The whole Mall including Facilities are pretty Clean and there's plenty of Parking.

I recently visited Pembroke Lakes Mall, and while my experience was okay, it wasn't anything special. The mall has a good mix of stores, and I was able to find what I was looking for. However, the mall could use some updating, as some areas looked a bit worn down. The staff were friendly, but I didn't find them to be particularly helpful or attentive. The food court was average, with a decent selection of options, but nothing stood out as exceptional. Overall, my visit to Pembroke Lakes Mall was average, but I wasn't blown away by anything in particular.

Kristian was very helpful and was able to accommodate me to the fullest when it came to my new phone. I recommend visiting this location if you want a quick and easy transactions with great customer service. While on the other hand Marta, his manager was very rude and completely unprofessional towards Kristian instead of speaking to him privately which ruined the experience however due to Kristian’s great customer service I’d come back!

The mall is thriving! So many entrepreneurs are taking up walking spaces like a marketplace which is awesome. Pembroke Pines Mall is thriving and open. Don't look at the parking lot, go inside and walk around and spend money!

My family loves to walk around. I ice cream, clothes store, food court and Movies. All in the same place.

Always a good mall to visit. There are a few stores that have closed but there are also a few new ones that are opening. The food court also has fewer open restaurants at this time. The variety of stores in the mall is good. The usual big box stores as well as a number of independent stores. Overall you should be able to find what you’re looking for here.

Was a very great place to stop eat, use the restroom, and gas up the car. This is why we like the turnpike so much when we travel to see family in south Florida. These fuel stations are located every 45 miles on the Florida Turnpike. 😊

Lots of stores and anchor clients. Food court is a biot small. A lot of independent retailer, and pop up stores. You could spend a day just walking around. Not a lot of well stablished brands, and some store fronts are closed. Overall a good place to kill time

As malls go, it's a good place to visit and spend money. Also to 'people watch'... However, it is like all other malls in that it caters mostly to women. Why there are so few MENS' stores in malls, I'll never know. But to spend time 'people watching' is as fun as anywhere else.

Visited two stores Macy's and Pandora. Macy's customer service was fast, friendly, and pleasurable as always. My purchases all comfortably and I love em. Going back tomorrow for shoes I saw. Pandora lacked good customer service today; very disappointing. I requested to speak to the manager who came out in fight mode rather than help mode. Pandora has great items for every occasion and since I haven't purchased a gift that was not loved, I'll continue purchasing great gifts which creates smiles and makes people feel good. Unfortunately, I'll have to find another Pandora location.

While most malls in America can't find attractive enough ways to entice new store openings or long term partnerships, Pembroke Lakes manages to handle a steady influx of change and longevity alike. Stores and restaurants to appeal to multiple generations keep this mall alive. The diversity amongst everyone is absolutely amazing. So whether people watching, or shopping for something, I definitely recommend perusing Pembroke Lakes.

The wait time is awful. Online orders should be prepared in a separate prep area as well as when items are being refilled, there should be a more efficient way implemented. Makes no sense to wait 40 minutes for a bowl. Chipotle corporate needs to go back to the drawing board to revamp there restaurant processes.

Quaint and relaxed. Nothing too noisy and crowded. Restaurants are very affordable and unique in a sense where you not going to find everyone and there mother there.

Security is the worst on this mall. A guy with hoodie and facemask entered a business we were shopping at, with all intention to commit a felony. Good luck the employee was very smart and brave ans confronted him. When we left the shopnthe guy was still there looking for victims and there was NOT a single security guard to alert and ask for support. I am never coming back to this unsafe place ever.

Went the food court at Suki hana. And the one taking orders, knowing they were shutting down for the night, let another older lady to cut in front of us withput our permission. So when it came time for us to order, they tell us they are out of almost everything. That was not fair and I do not recommend this place. I get that they seemed like buddies but not cool. We went somewhere else. Btw it's has not been our first issue with this place.

I love this mall because it is very clean, small but it has a lot of stores. Something for every member of the family. Great family bathrooms, even a movie theater to finish or start the day. Always find great specials, very secure location.

What can I say, it is close to home, it has all the stores that I want, always clean, and with AC. If I want to spend the day walking around, I would probably go to another shopping mall. If I need a couple of things from stores, I go there, shop, and leave.

So this mal was truly awesome. Unfortunately COVID-19 seems to have taken a toll on it because ever since then, busy seems to have died down significantly. I still enjoy going but some of the stores I really liked, are no longer there, including the teriyaki restaurant. Some Hispanics recently opened one up, where the original one was, but they don't even come close. The food isn't as good. Their prices are sooo high compared to the portions they serve. But that's not the mall's fault. I hope business picks up again at this mall because it really is a nice place to shop.
