While the food was tasty the overall experience wasn’t great. We walked in at 8:10PM- there was a ton of staff standing around, I’m assuming getting ready to close at 9. They were out of half the menu. We had to wait about 15 minutes for a veggie side. One we finally sat down to eat which was around 8:35/8:40, we were being rush out to leave. I would most likely never go back.

We did take out and we were so pleased with our orders. The food was delicious and tasted fresh! Highly recommended!

This is the best place in Pembroke Pines for a healthy meal. The food is incredible and the staff Pau, Chris and Emma the manager are the is friendlest employees I've ever met. Stop by and enjoy, you won't regret it.

I ordered one and picked up to go and my food was ready when I got there. The food tasted great and fresh. They give you plenty of food. I pad $15 for a large bowl including tip.

The staff seem overwhelmed and unfriendly. I had to wait an additional 20 mins for salmon. One of the servers I had to ask to change his gloves because he had just come from working the register. The cashier was dry and rude. I pointed out to her their were no utensils in the restock area and she act as if I was burdening her by asking for one. The establishment was not in best shape and seemed unsanitary. Overall this is not the experience I've ever had at a bolay and will not return to this location.

This is the first time I have ordered from Bolay and IT WILL NOT be my last. Woooow the food was absolutely delicious and most of all loved the message they took the time to write. I think that shows how they take the time to do things with care. This is my new place to eat and healthy!!

So I gotta say.. Not Bad👏👍. Full of flavor with half the guilt trip😉😇. Had to get used to the Al Dente Noodles, otherwise great. Their Pineapple/Ginger fresh squeezed is one of best👍👍👍👍.

The food was great and reasonably priced. Staff was nice as well. My suggestion is that someone cleans the dining area and ordering counter top. It feels dirty and not clean. There wasn't a clean seat or table in the whole place.

I love how fresh everything is here. Each item they offer has its own unique delicious flavors. The cilantro noodles and their roasted vegetables are so good. They have shrimp, beef, chicken, pork, tuna, or tofu to top off your bowl. Then add sauces, tomatoes, or avocados. I have enjoyed everything I've had here.

Was my favorite lunch.... Price up quality down. No more Tuna and other popular options. Seems as if they are only selling items with a higher profit margin. Bring Tuna and sweet potatoe back

The teriyaki chicken is very tasty and the pesto noodle is firm and served cold like a pasta salad, which is delicious! The curbside was very fast!

My experience was awesome. My first time going to this location, the servers were very friendly, helpful and patient. The food area was clean, the dining area clean and inviting. Our Cashier Christian was extremely nice as was everyone else, I just didn’t get all their names. I was also very satisfied with the food portions and the video was great!

I work a mile west of 'MY' Bolay on Pines & Hiatus. I order online. Roll up to the curb, call inside and like magic a smiling associate brings me a consistency tasty and healthy meal. I like certain combinations of veggies and can get in a rut with a favorite blend; but I respect the chains 'seasonal offerings' so the menu changes. It has pleasantly broadened my pallet. The 'healthy thing' is a bonus, but the FOOD keeps me coming back. It just tastes so good!

We enjoyed the meal 1000% ! Fresh, flavorful and healthy. Every option was full of joyful flavor. Am I doing too much? We enjoyed it so much we forgot to take pictures. Lollll in today’s day and age that’s a big deal. The staff was very polite and helpful. I had to wait a little bit for my spicy shrimp and I got a free cookie for the wait! Ha! Don’t judge me but it’s the customer service for me. Loved it!

I ordered online a chia pudding. It was delivered to me. And I receive a super tiny portion of pudding, very different from what they advertise on their official page. I don’t think the portion of dessert I receive should cost $3.24.

Tried their Large Bowl With lemon chicken and teriyaki chicken as proteins Broccoli and beans as Veggies with white rice They were not disappointing with the quality of the food, freshness and quantity for the serving portion. It’s a great choice if you are looking for something healthy. Only drawback is the overall dish tasted somewhere between mild to no flavor.

Salad and bowls off of a menu or a la cart. Great place if you’re looking for a real healthy option on the go. Not many vegetarian options off the menu and might be daunting for some trying to create create their own bowl but if you know what you like you’ll be able have a great meal.

I ordered online through UberEats for pick-up in the restaurant, but I decided to dine-in to savor this lovely, delicious, and delightful dinner. I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken bowl - it was fire! And my guest had the Lemon Chicken with forbidden black rice bowl, and that was 10/10. Every meal is prepared using fresh and natural ingredients. I really like how the protein and side servings were exactly right. Thank you, Bolay...I'll be back!

Food was delicious, fresh, hot and portioned perfectly. However, this location needs to improve in keeping the dining area clean and tidy. The front counter and tables were sticky, food & napkins on the floor, simply not swept or wiped down after guests leave. Failing at restaurant cleanliness will surely steer away customers. Will try another location to see if it’s maintained better.

Prices keep going up but the quality and portions are not worth what they’re charging now. Portions are super skimpy and it’s hardly ever fresh. Online orders are not ready on time and today when I picked up the sweet potato noodles were undercooked and unseasoned, and my entire bowl was cold when it’s usually warm. I used to go here regularly but it’s not worth my money to pay for unflavored mediocre food.

Ordered a lemon chicken bowl with jasmine rice, sweet potato + brussel sprouts. I also paid $2 extra for avocado. The sweet potato was completely undercooked, the brussel sprouts were also undercooked and the avocado was not ripe at all. I usually have a great experience but this honestly was a waste of money. I spent $15 for a bowl that was basically undercooked. Pretty disappointing, especially because I waited about 7 minutes for the lemon chicken to be ready.

The food was great, good portions and amazing customer service from Jocelyn, communication was top tier and she was very friendly and welcoming 😁! First time here and definitely plan to go back. Do recommend!

I never really have a problem with this place good for and the staff is always nice. But recently just found something in my food, like a staple. Hope y’all do better in not making this mistake again. My partner almost choked when she was eating it.

I’m used to visit the Miami Lakes location where the service and experience is incredible, but honestly I’m VERY disappointed today at the Pembroke Pine’s one, not only the girl was like rushing (even when I was the only one ordering) but also the amount of food was literally like half of the usual, I felt so bad with this service that I don’t think I could ever come back or recommend this place. So sad.

I don’t think I can express in words how good this food was. I HIGHLY recommend!

I personally didn’t feel comfortable, felt as if I was being told to leave in so many different ways due to the service and the way questions were asked as we made our meal.. left the receipt for timing purposes.

Gooood, nice place, good salads

Unfortunately the quality has gone down tremendously since this place had opened about a few years ago. The taste and portions were not the same as it used to be. It is typical for a small franchise to try to maximize profits for the investors but I will be having lunch else where now. I used to eat here at least 3 times a week for work lunch.

Food was flavorful and presumably healthy. It's a fast food restaurant that's not extremely fast and possibly better for you. Food looked like it had been out for a while. Pork was gone with a 10 minute wait and steak was a $2 upcharge

No complaints from me. Just a solid casual fast food restaurant. Good number of options to choose from. Has a “healthy” label reputation to it. Fresh tasting flavorful food. Convenient location for me next to the house so always one of the first places that come to mind when eating out.

I’m obsessed with bolay. Pembroke Pines staff are welcoming and always in a good mood when I’m here. You have to try their gluten free bowls! Would recommend and have recommended to a lot of people.

They don't provide nutritional information (like calories per item.) Chipotle does it. Mostly Everyone else does it except bolay. Please provide the calories and/or macros per item. It would help for those trying to be healthy and watch calories. Thanks. I looked everywhere on the site and couldn't find it. I am a vegetarian, this place is heaven on earth when it come to eat fresh delicious food. The chocolate chip cookies are the best and gluten free ( amazing) the employees are always in a food mood and with an awesome attitude. Is my favorite place to eat in, order to pick up or delivery... also the manager most of the time is there if you need extra anything..great place to be... thanks !

During this troubled time, I came in for take-out as my first experience at Bolay. All of the staff was very attentive and all smiling bright. They were able to accommodate to all my wishes with no questions asked. The blonde young lady was also very helpful in creating my bowl to my liking. I'm very pleased by the experience and will visit again!

sharp decline in quality, selection and quantity over the past couple years. this place used to be great, and accordingly used to be packed with customers every time i came in. jan 2020 was when i came back after many months out of town. the place is often empty now. their small and “large” as far as i can tell is literally the same bowl. the 2 inch tall lid is a joke because what you get never even fills the bowl. base items missing, no more black rice, no more steak, toppings selection down to half of what it was when they opened. overall taste and flavor is simply down a notch or two.
