The food was great and it was affordable. Their vanilla shake was delish! They have crispy waffle fries! The dine in area was clean, the employees were friendly and helpful. Should you not want to eat in, you can order your food through the drive thru. The chicken sandwich was savory, and approved by the kiddos. The spicy chicken sandwich was great, although it was not too spicy.

People Dedicated to Quality...aka PDQ. I can say I am dedicated to eating this chicken. I love the freshness. I enjoy the new loaded tots aka TOTCHOS like nachos...The staff is nice,some go out of their way to smile and make you feel at home. The outside sink is a plus when you’ve been eating and just need to wash your hands or just before you eat. Love that they are open on Sundays.

9/10 Omg! Everything was delicious! Seriously their fries is better than chicfil a Chicken is great! But they could do better on sauces. Food is fast and fresh and the price is very reasonable! The butter sandwich is soo good. The bun is sweet, there is no need to add any sauce.

I’ve gone here every once in a while for years with no problems for years but today was it for me. I went through the drive thru and was told by the young lady at the window if I could give her 1 minute. I said yes of course. After 10 minutes of watching her sit on her phone on the other side of the window, I honked to get her attention and asked her what we are waiting for when she rudely responds “food” I said, “I can’t place my order and at least have my drink while I wait for the food?” And she said “no if you want fresh food you have to wait.” And closed the window. I waited 5 more mins and eventually called the store. Asked to speak to the manager named “Stacey Anne” apparently. I explained to her that I am a customer sitting outside of the window and she interrupts me to not apologize for the inconvenience or provide good customer service but to tell me that they are backed up, short staffed and the girl at the window would not be taking my order until she told her to. I told her that both of them are very rude. If you don’t like your job, get a new one but if your job is in customer service at “people dedicated to quality” then maybe you should act like it. I’ll pass on chicken on Sundays and stick to Chick-fil-A where they know how to treat people that keep their lights on and their jobs secure.

This was my third visit at this location. "People Dedicated to Quality" earned my review. The staff is always polite. The food is better quality than most other fast food places. They are never Frozen and have no added hormones or steroids. The price is a little higher than other fast food places but you get what you pay for. On this visit I tried their totchos, which are loaded tater tots. They also have hand-spun milkshakes.

I love this place. We enjoy the good taste of the French fries but a lot of the fried zucchini. Delicious!!

Really good food, I would argue that it taste better than Chick Fil A. Sounds crazy but I love the fact that you can go wash your hands in the lobby. Thank you for the service guys!

First of all, where did they find these wonderful employees. The young lady on drive through at 4:30 on 10/30, SO SWEET! The young lady that was at the window on 10/17 @930pm, so patient and kind. I don’t just want my tenders and fries. Thank you for not making tenders and fries a transaction. You made it an experience! The food has never disappoints. The fries are crispy and flavorful. The tenders and nuggets remind me of home cooked fried chicken. Even the lemonade is on point

The inside was locked but there was other people inside. Had to knock on the door multiple times just to use the restroom. Prices are high for quality of food not to match. Mac and cheese is salty store brought from the box, not home made at all. Parmesan Broccoli, although good, is very salty. Fries and grilled chicken is good, but again for the price, should be more amount. The best thing was the specialty shakes and the cookies which is why it's 2 stars. They ask what sauce you want but don't give it to you.

I used to love PDQ, but this experience was the last time I will go. I see other reviews mention the food was cold. My grilled tenders were cold and dry! I was on lunch break so I didn't have time to ask for fresh ones. On top of that my fries were very hard, they scraped the roof of my mouth. For once I didn't want to eat my fries. Service was bad too. I was rushed at the register after waiting about a minute to get served. Later at my table, I saw the cashier walk away as a customer approached. I took my grandfather out for lunch too, he is 88 years old and walks with a cane. I told him to stay at the table while I got refills, then I was going to grab the trash and baskets. He must've not heard me and got up with the trash and baskets. As I was walking back I saw him struggling to walk, an employee approaches him and instead of grabbing the baskets from him points to a far away trash can out of his way! She didn't even have anything in her hand, she wasn't helping a customer, nothing. I couldn't believe it. I used to defend PDQ when my coworkers would say it was bad, now I completely understand them.

I went there today and got 2 piece and when I got my food it was regular fries and not the waffle fries. I don't know if they changed the fries but I prefer the waffle fries. Other than that, I enjoy the food.

I love PDQ! They have some of the best chicken tenders around. I was not a big fan of their waffle fries. But I noticed recently they have new fries which are amazing! Please stick with the new straight fries you have. Very good! Great place to take kids to eat.

Went last night ordered a honey butter chicken sandwich with no pickles .I received a chicken sandwich with butter all over the top of the bun . No lettece , no tomatoes, no condiments . The worst ever . My wife ordered a Mediterranean salad and the grilled chicken was grilled to the point that it was as hard as croutons . But wait, plus two cookies and guess how much that nasty meal cost .This place is the worst. I was going to buy sandwiches for the homeless but i wouldn’t give them food I wouldn’t eat ! Food is always hot. They have the best Oreo milkshake, try the PDQ sauce and I love to substitute in the garlic Parmesan broccoli. Go inside to order if you can-it's faster.

Simply delicious. It’s not a joke that this chain name is “People Dedicated to Quality (PDQ). The quality of the chicken sandwiches and chicken tenders here is simply the best. This should not even qualify as Fast Food. The only thing that they should try to correct is the “stickiness “ of the tables, don’t know if it’s the material or the product that they use to clean, but always the tables have some sort of sticky feel. Besides that everything is great, including the service provided by the employees.

I ordered my food under Leah Simone. First off Valerie Alegre is THE BEST!!!! This lady’s customer service is unmatched. Chic fa lay who? The dasher with doordash lied and cancelled my order because they didn’t want to wait 4 minutes for the ice cream machine, how unprofessional. Valerie helped me and I was able to feed me and my family. She’s the best and deserves a promotion. Anytime I’m in the restaurant I see her, although we never spoke she’s pleasant and nice to the customers. 5 star place because of the management, I don’t care what anyone says.

My drive thru order was missing two items. I went inside to get them, then I got home realized that they missed a third item. Also they forgot the pickles! You'd better check everything!

I recently ordered catering & was beyond pleased with the service I received from Sabrina. A few hours before my order pick up time she reached out to me (via phone then email when I didn't respond!) to notify me that there was a problem with the equipment and the location would need to be changed. She included the delivery and then when the delivery was delayed she was very responsive in getting a new order made and picked up. & this was past 8 p.m. on a Saturday! I was very lucky to have her as my point of contact that evening and because of her excellent work, I will absolutely be thinking of PDQ catering for future events.

I was skeptical at first When my son said we should eat there. But it was Delicious. It really was the best chicken sandwich I've had. The service was excellent. The lemonade was not too sweet not too tart just perfect. I will be eating there again. I had the spicy Chicken sandwich. Go ahead Enjoy one!!!!!.

Went thru the drive thru. First time getting this. Small portions and overpriced for what you get. Salad was super basic, tenders were super small. Sandwich was okay. The best part of the whole experience was the milkshakes. Yummy, but still overpriced.

Ordered 2 sets of grilled chicken nuggets and they were ridiculous. See pic. Don't really know what they were but super small pieces. Compare to size of plastic fork.

I came to eat with my mother here today and the customer service was to say the least garbage. I ordered our food, I asked the young lady if I could switch one of the side fries for a salad, she said yes for any down there for an up charge. No problem my mom didn’t want the fries and got a side salad. I paid and then requested the receipt. When I look at it I see they charged me full price for a side salad and the two fries. When I asked why she did that when I specifically asked for it to be replaced she said nothing and just stared at me. I asked to speak to the store manager which wasn’t much help either. They wanted me to pay yet again after they over charged me the first time. Meanwhile my food is literally just sitting there getting cold and they didn’t give it to me until I paid againnnnn. By the time they decide to charge me the second time and I sit down to eat with my mother our food was cold. The drink machine was out of stock of the most used drink “coke”. I didn’t even bother speaking to anyone because nothing was going to get done. When I told the manager this was a bad representation of the restaurant she said she fixed the problem what was the big deal. Not coming back here, cold food and cold nasty attitudes. Inattentive cashiers.

Very nice restaurant. We had the grilled chicken sandwich meal, which was very appetizing and the grilled tenders were very tasty. Variety of sauces for dipping, and we enjoyed the delicious Oreo shakes. All the customer service staff were courteous. Plenty of indoor seating.

This was my first eating here. Ordered tenders and a drink. Tenders were great. My wife ordered tenders and a Oreo shake. She loved the tenders and thought the shake was awesome. I drank some of the shake and I had to agree with her. Later that day, we went to our local PDQ for dinner and I got a salad and peanut butter shake. My wife got tenders, again, and a drink. My daughter got nuggets and a drink. Everything was good but the salad was small for the price. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This place used to be so good and consistent in quality, but over the past few months the quality of the food and service has declined tremendously. We ordered a medium crispy tenders family meal today and the breading was super dry, thick, grainy and salty, and it even looked different, as if another recipe had been used. My wife called them to find out if something had changed, and the person who spoke to her said the recipe was the same and didn't even apologize. I should also add, for the third time in a row now the workers at the drive-thru have either forgotten to include the sauces I asked for, or given me the wrong ones even after I specified. Needless to say, we will no longer be ordering from this PDQ location.

I ordered the Spicy Chicken Tenders because I am one of those special people who LOVE spicy. Be warned though as once you're done with all of the tenders, you'd be crying for water. I have also tried the sandwiches too and they are very good. I have tried all of their sauces and they never fail to disappoint! They can run out of drinks in the freestyle machine when you arrive, be aware of that.

Very good when they first opened. Lately the food and service have taken a dip. When you go through the drive thru even when it’s super slow and no one is there. They make you pull up to the spots so the timer can show they serving quicker than they do. Half of the time they forget I’m out there and have to go inside.
