I’ve
gone
here
every
once
in
a
while
for
years
with
no
problems
for
years
but
today
was
it
for
me.
I
went
through
the
drive
thru
and
was
told
by
the
young
lady
at
the
window
if
I
could
give
her
1
minute.
I
said
yes
of
course.
After
10
minutes
of
watching
her
sit
on
her
phone
on
the
other
side
of
the
window,
I
honked
to
get
her
attention
and
asked
her
what
we
are
waiting
for
when
she
rudely
responds
“food”
I
said,
“I
can’t
place
my
order
and
at
least
have
my
drink
while
I
wait
for
the
food?”
And
she
said
“no
if
you
want
fresh
food
you
have
to
wait.”
And
closed
the
window.
I
waited
5
more
mins
and
eventually
called
the
store.
Asked
to
speak
to
the
manager
named
“Stacey
Anne”
apparently.
I
explained
to
her
that
I
am
a
customer
sitting
outside
of
the
window
and
she
interrupts
me
to
not
apologize
for
the
inconvenience
or
provide
good
customer
service
but
to
tell
me
that
they
are
backed
up,
short
staffed
and
the
girl
at
the
window
would
not
be
taking
my
order
until
she
told
her
to.
I
told
her
that
both
of
them
are
very
rude.
If
you
don’t
like
your
job,
get
a
new
one
but
if
your
job
is
in
customer
service
at
“people
dedicated
to
quality”
then
maybe
you
should
act
like
it.
I’ll
pass
on
chicken
on
Sundays
and
stick
to
Chick-fil-A
where
they
know
how
to
treat
people
that
keep
their
lights
on
and
their
jobs
secure.
