The food was not the best however the customer service did exceed my expectations! The broccoli was not steamed, the steak was seriously well done and the macaroni was cold! The soda was also flat! I was very disappointed with my experience, the customer service was great.

The reservation service. It's very bad, they don't meet the agreed time, and they end up serving you at the Bar because the restaurant tables are oversold. The food is very good, in all its dishes, but they need to improve more.

Last night we sat at the bar and had an amazing time. Service great as always and we enjoyed some adult beverages and great food. We had the fish dip appetizer which is delicious and I had a shrimp cobb salad and my wife had the swordfish. Everything including the sides were fantastic. The 2 ladies working behind the bar are amazing and focused on each guest at what was a full bar.

I love this place. The food is great; I love the rainbow trout. I also love the 🍹 drinks. The decor is nice as well and the server was attentive. I will be coming back more often.

Very nice ambiance and excellent service. The menu is small but with a good variety. Cocktails were well made. The servings are not too big but food is very good and flavorful. Prices are reasonable. Will be one of my go-to restaurants.

The food was delicious. The service is what suffered significantly. We were apparently seated during shift change and were forgotten. It wasn't until 15 minutes later when I walked over to the hostess' desk, where at least 2 waiters we're chatting, that I got their attention.

Service was over the top. Our server checked on us during our meal. Drinks came out promptly and complimentary bread too. Our food came out hot and tasty. The trout was delicious and so was the shrimp pasta dish. Definitely will return to our Weston Bonefish.

It's always a packed house at this establishment , but we always sit at the bar because there is little to no wait. I had the haddock this time /special.....wish I would have stuck to my go-to ( parmesan crusted rainbow trout). The bang-bang shrimp is always good. Relaxing ambience....good place to unwind and the wood burning smell transports me to up north❄️💙

I’m normally so happy with my take out order from this location. Unfortunately when I picked up on Good Friday, the food was not as good as it normally is. Although I was on time picking my food up it was too Temperature. Service is always good, but food was off this time.

The food was spectacular. Our server Lece was absolutely awesome. So attentive, kind and knowledgeable of every item on the menu. You guys were extremely busy tonight, but she was on top of game with each of her tables, delivering top notch Excellent Customer Service to all. She's a keeper and should be recognized for going above and beyond for her customers. The Brussel were fire and the Risotto was amazing. Everything was yummy.

I’m disappointed to be writing this review, but my last visit warrants me being vocal about this experience. My father made a 6:15 P.M. reservation for a party of 5 - the first time my entire family was back together for the holidays after a very rough year. We’ve been to this Bonefish location dozens of times over the years and usually have decent food with good service. I arrived separately around 6:03 P.M. and asked if I could be seated early so that I could order drinks ahead of their arrival. Keep in mind, the restaurant was at about 15% capacity - open tables in every direction you could look. The hostess, who didn’t even bother greeting, acknowledging or saying “hello”, told me that I needed to wait for them to clear a table. While it made no sense at all given I could see every table was bussed and prepped, I was early for the reservation, so I said “no problem” and sat down to wait. My family arrived at 6:15 P.M. on the dot, and once they approached the hostess, she took them directly to the table (one that was already bussed & prepped when I had initially arrived, essentially proving that me waiting was pointless). Considering the host & hostesses were all on their phones half the time, it was very obvious they had no intention of notifying me when the table was ready. Now here’s where the situation actually warrants a 1 star review: as I saw my family enter and begin walking to the table, I was trailing them by about 15 feet or so, and I heard the host - a tall, light skinned male with long hair up in a ponytail mock my father as he passed, saying, “that’s a whole man right there”. Being that my father is overweight, I was extremely offended that someone in public - especially an employee of the restaurant - would be so disrespectful to a patron. Fortunately, my father didn’t hear this scumbag’s comment, and as much as I wanted to make a scene, I decided to hold my tongue until he was seated at the table, so that I could sit back and ask to speak with a manager. I hoped that he would handle this appropriately, and given that it’s the holidays, I wanted to “be the bigger person”. The manager came out shortly after and I explained the situation to him. He seemed to be receptive to what I said, apologized to me for his choice words, and said that he would speak with the gentleman “later”. My seat was right near the host stand, and given that I was furious, I watched that same man who mocked my father the whole night sit on his phone, uninterrupted. Could the manager have spoken with him later in the night? Perhaps. But I didn’t see him approach him at all during my visit, and the manager didn’t even offer to comp an appetizer, the bill, etc. As someone who started out as a busboy in the restaurant industry, I couldn’t believe how poorly the situation was handled. The poorest customer service and even worse, piss poor handling of an already awful situation. Besides eating a dry steak with a subsided appetite at Bonefish, I made the mistake of not taking the situation into my own hands and putting good faith into management. Last time I’ll ever do that, and also the last time I’ll visit this location. Happy Holidays.

During my visit to Bonefish Grill, my companions and I had a variety of dishes. I opted for the parmesan crusted trout, accompanied by creamed spinach and french fries. The initial bread and Parmesan olive oil garlic dip were satisfactory, though not particularly noteworthy. However, the parmesan crusted trout was disappointing, lacking the expected seasoning and containing bones. Its skin was unfortunately soggy rather than crispy. Interestingly, four individuals at our table selected the Bonefish signature pasta with salmon. It was surprising to note that each of these four orders arrived with differing portions of salmon and pasta, leading to inconsistency among the dishes. To add to the confusion, another person in our party chose the 8 oz Atlantic salmon, which arrived significantly smaller than the salmon pasta dishes came with. Regrettably, the quality of service matched the unevenness of the food. Our assigned server seldom checked on us, prompting us to seek assistance from other servers whenever we needed something. We couldn't help but notice our server engaged in laughter and light-hearted conversations with colleagues, while our table went unattended. In summary, our experience at Bonefish Grill was marred by lackluster food quality and inconsistent service. The disparity in dish portions and the oversight in attention to our table left much to be desired, ultimately falling short of our expectations for an enjoyable dining outing.

Despite Bonefish Grill being a chain restaurant, it does have a local neighborhood feel to it. The prices are quite reasonable, the portions are a good size, the Ambiance is very nice, and service is very good. The regularly run specials for $49.50 for two meals two salads and a dessert.

Food was great, ate at bonefish grill the other day and had the best service I have had at a restaurant in a long time. Servers name was Josh. He was the best server I’ve had while eating out in the Weston area. Will definitely come back for the food and will absolutely recommend josh to friends and family.

Great service great food stiff drinks. A nice ambience. The only thing I saw changed was the presentation on the mashed potatoes with the small portion. Other than that very recommended. Sitting at the bar or high tops doesn’t require a reservation

Usually a worthwhile experience. not the most expensive but definitely not low costing either. Flavors are ok, some better then others. Chilean sea bass always my favorite an they’re one of the few restaurants that make it aside from P.F. Chang’s which i actually prefer but no complaints, everything was as should be and Restaraunt always clean and well run operation. I appreciate the efforts of the management to keep the ship running smooth and tight and I always recommend this location for good fresh well prepared seafood dishes but I never recommend the steaks. They used to have great cuts of meat but things have definitely changed after the….

We stopped in, didn't have a reservation. Took only 10 minutes and we were seated. Our waitress, Sara was the best we have ever had. She never rushed us, explained the specials and our food came out at the right time. She took the time....The house salad was excellent with Hearts of Palm and a light dressing. The Blackened Fish Tacos with coleslaw was tasty and filling. The lobster roll was packed with lobster in a mayo dressing but the bun was toasted and so hard you could not..The house salad was excellent with Hearts of Palm and a light dressing. We find the food to be consistently good and this was the case here. What was exceptional at this location was the service. Chris and David were our servers and certainly.

I usually don't review restaurant chains, but this a very good one for seafood. I had the seafood stuffed cod topped with mozzarella & parmesan (apparently a customer favorite) and it was great and a surprisingly large portion (sorry, was too hungry to snap foodie pics). The drinks were good (I had The Mule and others enjoyed their wine). Prices were about $30 per person (plus tip).

it was an okay experience. lighting was terrible, tablecloth was literally paper & the plates were old fashioned. service was great. the food was good, but not very appealing to the eye, could’ve been much easier. i really enjoyed the salmon, but my broccoli was overcooked ☹️

Stopped here for midweek dinner date. Normal wait time. Drink's were fantastic had the Old fashion. Dinner was so good we completely forgot to take pics. We managed to get a pic of the first app. Fish was delicious and tender perfectly prepared. Service was a plus as well. Would recommend this location. We will return.

Sunday was my first visit to Bonefish Grill ever and I must say that I will be returning. The food was delicious and service was great and pleasant. Happy hour had delicious margaritas ❤️🍹🍸

The service was mediocre. The bang bang shrimp and the Mango White Sangria drink were great. My dinner entree was ok..would have liked to have more seasoning/flavor on the grilled rainbow trout. The server said he would bring some out but it never arrived

Friendly service. Lounge and cozy atmosphere. The entree & appetizers were great. We had the fried calamari and bang bang shrimp; highly recommend ordering those again, fantastic. The beef & ginger potstickers were alright. For dinner we had the Mahi Mahi & Shrimp dish, special of the day Butterfish in lemon sauce, and the classic Fish & Chips. They we're all really good. The asparagus was al dente as listed in the menu but the creamy spinach was a bit sweet. Overall we had a great experience. The desserts were underwhelming; we had the Key lime cake and the brownies in a strawberry sauce. Cheers 👍
