I've been coming to the 19th Hole for a long time, years, and have seen staff come and go, and have seen the change of ownership/management. I can say without a doubt that Sam is the strongest and friendliest bartender here! She remembers names, she remembers drinks, she is easy going, she is no drama with customers, she does her best to keep up when often working solo... I mean, I don't really know what else to say. She really is the heart and soul of the bar, especially these days, and honestly she's why I come back. She's always fair, and smiles even when putting up with nonsense. I really hope this bar is taking care of her, because if they lost her as an asset it would be a slow death of the personal feel of this dive bar... again, this is just my opinion. Im sure other staff is nice, but I've never seen anyone else working with her. lol Id give the place 5 stars for what it is, except the entire room and decor could really use a wipe down and clean. It has the charm for a small dark little bar, but I'd advise the owners to do a strong dusting and wipe down of it all, would probably help the look, feel, and smell.

Had a great time shooting pool and having drinks. The Bartender Samantha was awesome. The other Bartender don't even remember her name was slow and not very attentive.

While I went to holiday bowl. I visited the bar. I loved the atmosphere. The chef is amazing and so funny. The bartender was good. We had played a couple of games of pool and had the best date night with my husband. All the staff was great. Bathrooms were clean. The bar is COVID clean..

If you want no frills bowling, cheap drinks, decent food, and a fun atmosphere - come here. Good selections of beers. Great bartenders. Lots of games too. It's not fancy, but who wants that? This place is great! The balls are quite scuffed up, but you're not coming to bowl a 300 w the house ball. Come and have a great time.

The staff is so friendly & attentive. Hard to find that in south Florida. The burgers are my favorite & best in south Florida. We go during the day or happy hour & made some nice friends & met a lot of good people.

A little wild from time to time! Good times always. Great place to have some food and drinks. Awesome to have a bowling alley connected!

The food was good but the service was real bad. The server made me feel uncomfortable with his negative attitude. Everytime we asked for something he would get bothered and say "i have other tables, too... wait a minute". Then when he brought the check he said "try and sort out how you'll pay quick...the sooner the better" that pissed me off...then he took forever to come and get the check so I went to him to give him the check and said to wait, I told him that I brought it to him since he was anxious for us to leave. If you don't like your job then don't do it and if the restaurant is running short on staff then hire more people. I haven't been here in a long time and I don't think I will be coming back after this experience. It's sad because I'm a local and I live close to here.

Ive been going here for years with my friends and we always get great service from Samantha. Now there's this new woman Sharron who has no idea even how to be a bartender! She is lazy as hell let's Samantha do all the work while she sits and drinks or plays pool. She will see me sitting at bar empty beer and ignore that I need a new one unless I say something.its ridiculous hire more people who actually wanna work like Samantha and know what they are doing.

Sharon the bartender has charged me twice for drinks I did not order. On top of that she doesn't know how to mix any kind of drink and is the laziest bartender I have ever dealt with. I suggest only going if Samantha the bartender is working. She is the only professional one there and always treats people the right way.

Went for a drink Friday night. With my friends my server Sharon was extremely awesome very nice. I was sitting in the bar for 15 minutes before Sharon came to me very nicely and helped me when the other lady didn’t put no mind to me at all. After Sharon serving me my drink I needed to order something else but the other lady looked like she was on drugs I ask if she could help me and she rolled her eyes and told me that I have to wait a minute very rudely and unprofessional. Sharon very pleasant and respectful to my needs 5 star to Sharon!!!

I’ve been to the bar often on for the past year and received great service from Sharon. I think some of the stuff I read is an embellishment of something personal. One thing I like about the place is the price and the slaves and Sharon in particular.

We enjoy this place in September the young lady Sharon is one of the best bartenders I've ever been served by very courteous very clean the place is on a smaller scale the bathrooms weren't clean had an order when you walk in we just thought it was the AC bathrooms stahl's they were dirty the food was good food was very good wings and fries is what we got service from the lady named Sharon and the other guy I think he was a DJ was outstanding great job you guys we enjoyed ourselves thank you for your wonderful service
