This was an awesome restaurant it was compared to Applebee's, I'll have to say it's a step above Applebee's. Serve was great, food came out fast. Our order was accurate. I had the steak and chicken fajitas, my husband had the Ribeye steak dinner. Very good. Can't to try their Daytona Beach location.

Delicious food, good ambiance, lovely decor. Perfect music choice, very clean, they did take good care of us and pay attention to every little detail. Everything was delicious since I tasted from every plate. The lady suggested the creole sauce with mahi, delicious delicious to the Max, I see myself going there often for more varieties. One more think the garlic bread is so good next time I’ll order more and more Thank you for your time and service.

So fun! Im a big fan of Millers Ale House, but had never been to the Miami Lakes one. Service was great, lots of space, fun vibe, great happy hour crowd. Made the mistake of going to check out "Chelas" accross the street, but ran right back to Millers! I gotta say, it was nice to get so many premium options included in the spirit list for old fashionds, I was loving them with some Michters Rye! Our bartender was super nice and attentive, always on top of her game, great gal (Friday Happy Hour, outside patio) Even though I did not try the food this time (I have at other locations and love it), everything looked great.

Some of the yummiest burgers and food to be found from a bar. Our server Ranckdy was super amazing. A must visit franchise!

Miller Ale House in Miami Lakes Fl. It was a great experience, although the ambiance was a little overwhelming and busy, there was an adequate amount of staff that made everything run like clock-work. The server Tatiana was extremely welcoming & knowledgeable and made great recommendations. The kids loved her! FYI: Blue Long Island Pitcher were made to perfection.

First time trying this item on the menu. Havent been here in years...but these Fish tacos were amazing and so was the white Sangria.

They served up some very good meals while visiting there. It was delicious & the desert was outstanding!💯

Food was great but the service not so well. Went to lunch yesterday and it wasn't full at all, but the service was horrible, she took forever to bring our food, I asked for a coke and she forgot to bring it so I practically ate the whole thing without a drink. When we asked for the check we asked for to go boxes and never got them even though she kept passing to the table behind us. We had to ask the manager for some to go boxes.

Words cannot describe the exceptional service that Ivi has given to me at the bar. All of my drinks were delicious and she always made sure to ask if I needed another drink. She deserves a raise.

My coworker and I split appetizers. Amazing nachos and mozzarella sticks. Very grateful to have the waitress Angelica and the new hire Victoria! Very amazing and high quality company! Will definitely recommend getting to sit in their area, great hospitality!

When we came in we asked to sit by the bar as we saw empty seats but it was disgusting, food and drinks were still in the area so we couldn't sit there. We then requested to sit outside and someone rudely came to question the hostess as to why were being seated outside. That was a 5 minute conversation between whoever and the hostess so we were just standing there listening to them. Once we sat outside, the waiter was great and obviously working extra hard to get his tip. I wasn't even done with my beer when the waiter put his fingers in my pint to take it away. I told him I wasn't done so he promised he would bring me another one, well that never happened. The food was okay, too many damn options on that menu, shrink it down and maybe you'll get better quality food. The atmosphere was great, music was loud but enjoyable.

Is better than I thought it was going to be. I don't usually love the ale house but this one in Miami Lakes was very good. Good food and great customer service.

The other day I went to Millers for the first time not expecting much but it was actually super good! Bryana was very attentive and friendly I enjoyed our small interaction together, her smile was warming and giving and any questions or concerns that I had she addressed them properly without any hesitation whatsoever, from the moment that I walked in she greeted me with with a smile and when I left I was satisfied with my experience with her customer service and how quickly my order was taken and given to me. Thank you so much for that experience I will definitely be coming back!

A kind gesture by a manager just because. I placed a delivery order and never received my food ( my mistake- I entered my address incorrectly) Called the restaurant and Nick, the manager remade my food free of charge! No hassle, no questions- he just did it! Very thankful for that.

We are so fortunate to have this place just a few minutes drive away from home. Food is stunning and for their prices it's 100% worth it. We had fried calamari with cocktail sauce, BBQ baby back ribs w/ fried shrimp and lobster ravioli. Their strawberry Tito's margarita.. Wow. Love this place and will continue to visit. Atmosphere is chill and cool. Special thanks to Carlos who was also really friendly and attentive. The welcome, attention and willingness to please and make customers happy is possibly the best ever example of customer service I have ever experienced, you can tell making the customers happy is his main priority. Once again! Thank you Carlos.

This is a great location to enjoy lunch’s if your looking for a quick and enjoyable bite. I always go with Tina she’s by far the best server I’ve had at this location, she’s always fast, polite and knowledgeable to what’s on the menu. I recommend eating here any day of the week. (Shrimp Alfredo or mahi sandwich!)

For some time now, I’ve noticed the quality of food and portions go down in quality. I’ve been a long time customer at Millers, and I always give them a chance because the food and the people are so great sometimes. But this isn’t the first time I’ve received food like this. The entire zingers flatbread I ordered for take out came like this. Completely burnt.

Service is just ok, we sat out on the patio it was a nice day. Service was slow with just 3 tables of customers. But what i can't understand is the female bartender who consistently places cocktails, beers, glassware in her armpits to serve you, this needs to be addressed by management. Perhaps trays would be beneficial. I was in hospitality as a cocktail sever this would/should never happen. The drinks were just ok on this day. We returned the next day to the same bar it has good atmosphere, so we decided to try again. Very busy with World Baseball Classic , bad attitudes from bartenders , stuffed people in as much as they could. Bartenders really only wanted to serve beer and seemed off-putting if you wanted a cocktail or food..

I got the chicken and shrimp bowl and it was delicious. We also got Garlic Parmesan wings which were huge and the sauce was great. The cheese sticks were very mediocre and so was the calamari but overall the food was really good. We sat outside in the bar area and it was such a beautiful day. Have good service. Overall, zero complaints.

Came in at 7pm today. Reason for the 3 stars is due to treatment from the two host at the entrance. They do not have a any professionalism or attention to customer needs. You mentioned you need a table that you can put the baby woth stroller next to it. They don't listen and offer you a high stool table even after seeing the stroller. Then continue to chat within each other ignoring the questions or concerns. Finally they pay attention and tell us to wait for 15 minutes. (Horrible initial service with a toddler - not very family friendly). The server Lily and the food was good. Location needs to work on initial greeting personnel.

My "fajitas" were pretty much soup. The waiter was lost with the menu. 🙄

I was visiting my friend in Miami Lakes, and he took me to lunch here. It was my first time at this establishment. I had the most amazing time. The atmosphere was great but the best part was meeting Tina who was waiting on us at the bar I had trouble picking something off the menu and she took time to discover my needs and suggest the right meal for me. I had the most amazing pork lunch And as a sales trainer for retail, I can tell you that this particular staff member exceeded my expectations and I definitely will be coming back when she's on shift. As a trainer in high end luxury, I always see people going to establishments because of the staff there and not the building.

Honestly place was great until I went with some friends at 12:30am to order just an appetizer of 12 wings with like only 4 customers in the whole joint and we waited an hour after we got our order taken and nothing was brought to our table. I know they close at 2 am but it looked like the blonde waitress that we had on 08/03/2022 was lacking hard I may have not been sober but even I could’ve done a better job she legit waited till last minute to put our order in so we left before she can bring it to us at 1:48 not even 15 min before they close and more than an hour after we ordered it and we were bout to tip her good for the late night but I guess she prefers going home late with no money

Not only great food & ambiance at the restaurant, but AMAZING customer service. When there was an issue with our delivery order and the delivery, the manager, Shelly, went *above and beyond* to get us our order promptly delivered and ensure it was made properly. Seriously impressed and so happy with the service! 10/10 recommend

I used to love this place for nearly 10 years. My last 2 experience dinning just terrible. I used to love the music indoors. I asked manager rachel and 2 bartenders they said they never had music indoors and also said they had many complains from neighbors from the new building.those are two different stories. Plus they had load music outdoors very dishonest. The bar right next door was playing music both outside and indoors, the food was cold and had to return it. Watching how they served the plates I saw several plates never being send to the tables. This place has a real down grade problem. It used to be fun and awesome experience every time. NOT anymore. I would cone back if they fixed the issues. But they don't even know why people would go in the first place.

Place super clean but by the time we left around 9 pm super pack and not much space to walk and i felt uncomfortable but was leaving so no big deal. Glad to see restaurants getting back to semi normal. All staff wore masks. People taking customers to their tables could use some more training. A bit off and rude. Our server young man from Georgia with a long first name and i know ill get it wrong maybe Weinzman. Super good. Very attentive. Really took care of his tables. Food was good and fresh even though my zingers were a bit overcooked and burnt in spots. Fries fresh. The other thing of concern was the specials. First since it was 2 22.22 the margaritas were 50% Then the server said on tables only pitchers 50%. Then when the bill came he corrected himself again and said only single drinks were on special. I truly did not want to make a big deal over a $14.95 pitcher of margarita. But staff needs to be more up to date and not mislead customers. After spending more than $80 with a party of three.

Rocky gave us excellent service. One of the best salads we have had. Great service by all
