A Late afternoon reservation and asking to be seated on there outside dock , is a must to truly appreciate the beautiful views of the waterway and the passing by Boats. And maybe luck out by getting a beautiful sunset as we did. Everything we ordered was nicely presented and delicious except for…. The grilled octopus not sure that peppers and potatoes go with the octopus ? A definite no for me! Sea bass was heaven, a dish to come back for ! All and all a Very relaxing afternoon, one to remember! The server was friendly and helpful.

We came here for date night and stumbled across a fantastic happy hour menu. We ordered a couple of drinks to start, the skinny margarita martini and the piña colada martini. Both were very refreshing and a great start. We then ordered the PEI muscles, octopus, truffle fries, tuna tostadas and street corn. This was plenty of food for the two of us and everything was perfect. The octopus was exceptionally tender and the muscles were a highlight. Our server, Brandi, did a fantastic job. She was attentive, nice and helpful with all of our questions. Overall the food was great, the service was amazing and the atmosphere was delightful. I would definitely recommend GG’s Waterfront, especially for happy hour!

GG’s waterfront did not delivered on providing a good experience. We were disappointed. My friends were visiting from abroad and we wanted to enjoy a dinner on the canal, there is a number of restaurants in the area so we knew we would find a table. We arrived at GG and were offered to wait 30 minutes to get an outside table. In the meantime we were offered to go to the bar to order drinks which we did. 🙅‍♂️Eventually our table was available and the hostess was leading us to it. On the way there we crossed path with another staff who said “no reservation, no seating outside”, she said that while passing us without stopping, no sign of empathy and saying this like we were kids denied candies because we misbehaved. So the hostess turned and showed us an inside table. With drinks in our hands, starving guests, and potentially having to wait for an undefined amount of time to find another restaurant with an outside table. We accepted. I would have appreciate a gesture at this point. Maybe offer a drink or something to compensate, but nothing. Our waiter promptly came. Food was overall good. We were disappointed in the oysters though. They lacked of flavor and at 4$ a pop, you would expect something good. 👎Our main dishes were served like we were eating at the school cafeteria. A waitress dropped the food in the middle of the table, did not dare removing our empty plates, leave alone giving silverware’s to one of my guests. The restaurant brands and price itself as fancy but the service is clearly not there. 🥶One of my guest became cold because of excessive AC and we had planned out outfit for outdoor temperatures. Unfortunately the restaurant does not carry blankets so it was a painful end of diner for him. ☹️We left disappointed. Review update: I reached out to their customer support by email as they invited me to do so. Did not get an answer just a waste of my time. Minus 1 star.

Great food great service. But if u are poor u better stay out of here. My bill was 750 buck for 3 people with no drinks..auto tip was 107 bucks 18 percent. I wonder what bill would have been if we drank a couple bottles. If u hate the poor u won't find them in here..

We gathered here with friends for a fun evening and it did not disappoint! Everyone was attentive and friendly. The drinks were delicious and the food was savory! I filled up on appetizers so I wasn’t that hungry, but ordered the Pow Pow Shrimp as an entrée. So good! It was crisp and fresh. Their drink selection was excellent as well and I loved their martinis. We’ll definitely be back whenever we’re in Hollywood!

Beautiful view if you’re seating outside. The decoration of the restaurant it’s gorgeous. Staff is super nice and everyone wears a mask, so it’s covid safe. Food was delicious. Everyone’s favorite: Brussels sprouts The banana bread pudding is to die for

Consistently amazing in every way!!! GG’s quickly became one of our favorite spots here in FL. We’ve became regulars as we come here every time we are visiting Sunny Isles Beach. We had dinners, dinner dates, brought friends and family members, had brunch several times and all I can say they are always good and never disappoints. We are lucky to have found this gem.

Love this place. Has great views of the intercostal waters, while boats pass by. It’s a touristy place but there are times when you can in the afternoon get a table without any problems. It’s a Italian and Mediterranean restaurant. Good size portions and great tasting food. The parking is a pain if you come in the mornings for breakfast. Definitely a great stop for food and a moment to enjoy the view

Amazing view during brunch, occasional million dollar yachts casually floating by. Our server I believe was Samira, very friendly lady with an awesome French accent. Great service all around. Get that reservation ahead of time so you can secure the best view outside.

This place is amazing. They asked us if we wanted to sit inside or outside, we chose to sit outside by the water. It was nice to see jet skis and yachts pass by. We ordered oysters and they were as fresh as they come. We had the Chilean sea bass and it delicious. The Prime bone in New York strip was cooked to a perfect medium rare and it was seasoned to perfection. Honestly one of the better steaks I've had and it didn't break the bank. The key lime pie was equally delicious and the drinks were perfect! Would definitely be back here.

Was expecting 5 star experience- unfortunately it was barely a 3 Star on our visit. We started with the calamari appetizer, which came out cold and calamari was tough and chewy- the best part was the field greens and dressing, we didn’t even bother finishing the calamari and the waiter never even bothered to ask why, as well the plate with uneaten calamari sat at our table the whole dining experience. I ordered the Seafood Primavera- I found 1 shrimp and 1 scallop - it was mostly filled with more rubbery~chewy calamari- yuck! My friend ordered the Chilean Sea bass, which was good- but a smaller portion than she expected. The dessert and bread were the best part of our experience here at this seafood restaurant. The bread was served with a nice hummus. The pumpkin pie dessert had a bonus of a small scoop of ice cream and pecans on the side. Not sure I’ll be back, very overpriced for the quality of food we received on this visit.

My gosh the food and service was great! My husband had short rib open grilled cheese with eggs, our daughter had eggs Benedict with crab meat...it comes with bacon but she don't eat pork...and I had awesome steak and eggs with potatoes!! The weather was perfect and the waterway was very nice. I highly recommend if you want great, flavorful food!

Wow, just wow! Everything was on point. The service was great and friendly. The crab & avocado toast was loaded with crab. The kids meals were ample portions. Each of us enjoyed our meal and there was plenty to share amongst ourselves. The atmosphere is just lovely.

Great brunch! Start off with a Sparkling Lemonade Sangria with some fried calamari and Crab & Avocado toast! Everything was very fresh and delicious! Then we move to Millionaire Eggs Benedict, Seafood Primavera, and a sweet and fresh Maine Lobster Roll in a toasted bun! Great little brunch with excellent service and we hope to go back!

Very nice restaurant on the water. They had a great set up . The staff was great and attentive . It's a very busy place , so make sure you have a reservation. They have excellent outdoor seating ( on the water ) , a nice bar , and offer valet. Food was great , we had a bunch of different things . If you have ever been definitely worth a night out .

Super impressed!! It was just a 5 minutes walk from our hotel. The service was incredible - all the waiters checked in with us frequently and were very welcoming. The food was SO GOOD! We got the tuna poke, the pow pow shrimp, and the fries. The flavors were on point! And the presentation was ?? highly recommend! The view was amazing too, the even had heat lamps which kept us nice and warm. They accommodated us on a Friday night without a reservation.

Let me begin by saying that the manager on shift was AMAZING (PAUL). my steak was burnt and he made sure it was redone properly. He checked on us so many times just to make sure we were ok. He was working the floor so well. The best manager I've seen at a restaurant!!! The entire experience was amazing. I am definitely coming back.

I love this restaurant, I seated outside looking at the intracoastal water, boats and the beautiful sunset 🌅 Food was amazing taste, fresh and delicious, the waiters did a great job im costumer service, they were fast, efficient, friendly and courteous. The dishes had good size portion, the cocktail was well done, I had an amazing experience here and I will repeat. They have valet service very convenient and fair price. This place is highly recommended, it’s elegant and you should come in your best clothes. No sandals, shorts, or gym clothes.

The place is beautifull, but the food was very salty and the filet mignon was burn and served with bbq sauce. Will not go back. And very expensive.

Impressive from beginning to end! Sabrina was our server. She was very friendly and on point! We had the oysters for appetizer...they were super fresh! My husband had the Tamarind lamb chops and I had the grouper...both were deeelish! For dessert, we strongly recommend the Keylime pie… Amazing!

Good food excellent view but poor customer service

Stellar service and great cocktails as always. A special thank you to our server, Mateo — absolutely flawless all around and actually has a personality, so it makes the experience even better. The ribeye was cooked perfectly, but we weren’t too impressed with the snapper— Andrew was the manager on duty and apologized and made sure the item was removed from the check. This place is a great experience every time I go, and it seems to be getting better!

The food here was very delicious. I ordered the calamari grotto as an appetizer. It's presented in form of a salad but tastes amazing. I also ordered the salmon which was mouth watering. There pitchers of Sangria were a perfect match as well.

One of my favorite restaurants

Food was ok. Very expensive. I’ve had a decent amount of lobster rolls and this maybe had a half of a SMALL tail of lobster on it and one or two little pieces of a claw. One big piece of romaine on the bun. The clarified butter was also not good. Had to make my own when I got home. The filet was ok, cooked a touch under what I ordered, which is fine by me, but barely any sear on it at all. The top had a touch, bottom had nothing. Wish I could add the pic of lobster roll from my phone.

Well, I do love a good seafood restaurant. The food was good but could use a pinch of salt on everything. I lobster bisque was some of the best I had ever had and the key lemon pie was also worth trying. I can tell the staff has fun together they were all so nice and funny. Everything else I tried was good but overpriced.

We went there last night for a friendsgiving dinner with the kids. Everything was amazing, the atmosphere, the service, the food. We ordered a couple of drinks to start, some apple juice for the kids and we had some delicious bread with hummus that everybody loved. We then ordered the pow pow shrimp, fried fish, baba ganoush for starters. Then had octopus, sweet potato fries, salmon, ribeyes, lobster Caesar salad, a pasta with different seafood and chicken fingers and burgers for the kids. This was plenty of food for all of us and everything was perfect. Our server, she did a fantastic job. She was attentive, nice and helpful with all of our questions. I would definitely recommend GG’s Waterfront!

Came here years ago and loved it. Not the best this time. Had sea bass, and my portion was 20% smaller than my friends (pictured). The sauce on it was a hair over powering and hurt the taste of the sea bass. My wife had chicken and it was dry as can be (usually is to me) and she barely ate any. Daughter had salmon which was good. Son had seafood linguine and it was kinda dry without enough sauce. Pow pow shrimp app was good bit they had no anchovies for the Cesar saled. Banana Foster dessert was good. Waitress was very nice.

Genuinely one of the WORST meals I’ve had in a long time. To start, the oysters had so many shells in them we couldn’t finish the dish and asked for it to be taken off the bill. I nearly cracked a tooth. The oysters had barnacles on them and it was clear they were not cleaned. I ordered the seafood primavera which was $42 and it was truly awful. Severely undercooked pasta, flavorless, all around and overall a massive disappointment for that price tag. Didn’t eat more than a few bites. My girlfriend had the short rib. She said it was okay but similar story, very expensive and overall a major letdown. Really confused as to all the positive ratings. Perhaps it was an off night, these things happen, but it was an embarrassing meal that was well over $100 with two drinks. Have never done this before but will be charging back and advise y’all stay clear.

FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!! A wonderful place to dine. The atmosphere is beautiful, we sat at the bar had wine waiting for our table on Thanksgiving night for about 10 minutes! We sat along the windows over looking the Intercoastal Waterway with breathtaking views of the sunset! Food OMG we my cousin Mary and I had Cioppino Fresh caught seafood in a bowl of delectably delish broth you’ll want very bit of!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our server Lyndsay was perfectly lovely attentive answered all our questions, thank you Lyndsay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We ended with two frothy cappuccinos Very grateful for the evening Valet super friendly too

My husband and I was celebrating our 3yr wedding Anniversary. I forgot the waiter's name but I found out he's brazilian and my husband lived there for a few years so they spoke and we all laughed all night. I enjoyed myself. I had the salmon and my husband had the snapper fish which I highly recommend btw. I also recommend the bread pudding ??? soooooo good. I'm planning a ladies night so I will be back very soon.

We found GG's Waterfront on Yelp while walking around the beautiful Hollywood boardwalk. We were seated outside facing the bay with a gorgeous view. Danilo was our server and was very helpful and friendly. After we had ordered our food, a manatee popped his head up right by our table!!! Because we are from the North and rarely see ocean wildlife, this was definitely a highlight to our trip. Our food was delicious. We ordered the street corn app which was tasty although I would have preferred the corn to be cut in a more traditional fashion (or not at all). The red snapper was perfectly seasoned and cooked. We highly recommend this restaurant and hope you see a manatee too!

The food was horrible. It was 8 of us and all of our food had something that was wrong. The fries were extremely salty I don’t understand how you mess up fries. My salmon was salty, the chief soup of the day was salty. My mother got the filet migon and it was chopped in slices and it came with bbq like what and it was hard ! The lamb chops were over cooked as well. The fried fish had no type of flavor what’s so ever. The chicken was so bland my cousin didn’t even eat it. The blooper also extremely bland. We were extremely disappointed because we were expecting something of better quality for the price we paid. But I must say our waiter was super nice and I felt bad because I know it wasn’t his fault.

We came here today for our anniversary and we loved it. Great atmosphere, great food and good prices , not so expensive. Staff was very friendly. They gave us champagne to celebrate our anniversary but since we don’t drink alcohol, they brought us a cake which was delicious.

The food was great. They followed all social distancing and COVID19 prevention norms. My wife and I enjoyed a seafood tower while watching a beautiful sun set. A much needed date night away from the kids. Thank you GG's!

Spent $200, not worth the price at all. Good view, only okay service. when you spend this kind of money you expect a lot more.

I loved this place because there was a nice peaceful ambitious vibe here. I enjoyed my waiter as well, i forgot her name but i knew she was Russian and very sweet. At first i thought the food portion was small because i wasn't use to the size but i actually turned out to be just right so i would definitely come back to this facility. I didn't sample the desserts but next time i will.

Excellent lunch, kinda pricey!

For appetizers we got the Oysters and Octopus and absolutely loved them! The oysters were super fresh. For dinner we got the Bakes Stuffed Lobster and Seafood Risotto, both of which were super tasty. For all of you lobster claw lovers, the claw meat is put inside the body of the lobster as part of the stuffing :).

Great food anything sea food is great

Awesome location right on the inter coastal. I expected a bit more of a casual vibe but I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to find a chic bar area, plenty of staff and a great vibe. Amidst the Covid pandemic, going out to eat is truly a toss up but I have a great respect for those places that adapt to the changing times. I had the grouper which was delicious, light and filling.

Beautiful restaurant but I went to the restaurant and there was sand in the seafood risotto and the server walked away so many times.

View was nice, however, I got the grouper and it tasted like store brand fish sticks. Service was okay, not great.
