Really cool lil place. Menu worried me as it has sushi, burgers, tacos...everything. but surprisingly the salad, seafood and drinks were great. The sushi was fairly generic sadly. If I had a compliant its that the place has no identity and prices are a tad bit too high. Decent overall and our server and hostess were amazing !

I've been to Brimstone many times over the past 10 or so years. We've always had a terrific time with terrific drinks and great food. You know the music is loud when your body vibrates.....Brimstone hmmmmmm, when did your outdoor patio seating area become a LOUD music, Cigar smoking, dance music place? Apparently, they have the DJ every Friday & Saturday at the outdoor patio. We were there for a holiday get together to meet with people we haven't seen in almost 2 years and wanted an outdoor venue due to COVID. Unfortunately, we couldn't hear each other without screaming across the table - there was about 10 of us. Our bodies, table and chairs were literally Vibrating It was crowded, it was busy. They had a lot of staff running around. Our waiter, I think his name was Edgar, did his best but we had to wait on him to get refills on our soda, water & drinks. We had ordered the flat bread pizzas and spinach dip, which comes with chips, for the table. We were hungry so we demolished that. The Margherita pizza was the winner! The spinach dip portion wasn't quite enough to match the ratio of chips. The New England Clam Chowder was stocked full of clams and was creamy and had a bit of a kick to it. I crumbled some of the excess chips that cane with the spinach dip and put them into my soup. Yummy! Most of us ordered the rib eye steak, with real mashed potatoes and asparagus and a brown sauce that was like liquid salt. 🥴 The steak was cooked as ordered, and it came with thin little onion rings on it which was a nice touch. The asparagus was cooked just right. You could tell the mashed potatoes were real since they were a bit chunky & had a few pieces of skin in the mix. The desert we picked was the tiramisu & was sweet and went great with the coffee. I'm not sure that I'd want to go back because of how loud the music was and they allow Cigar smoking where people were eating, that smell totally turned my stomach.

The food is tasty. The atmosphere is cool for happy hour. A little mellow (music in the background) for happy hour on a Friday night. However, it was nice. The DJ was setting up around 9 pm. (time we left). It's a tad pricey bc you may pay almost $60 for a filet mignon... just a heads up, so be ready to spend.

The place inside and outside is very nice and quiet there isn’t any disturbances and I had high expectations for this place. The food wasn’t the best and in my opinion really overpriced. I wouldn’t recommend this place and I probably won’t come back.

Beautiful establishment and great service! The food is overpriced in my opinion ! One crab cake $26 ! A ribeye $69 with 1 side. I def won’t be back. Spending $145 for lunch with a $25 tip is a bit much for me. The fries were delicious. The mash potatoes were watery but it was removed from the bill. Our server was great but again with all the restaurants in this area, this will not be my top choice due to price and quantity of food.

16 of us went on a busy Wednesday evening, with no reservations. We were seated in under a hour. They also provided us with our own private room which was CONVENIENT. The food was DELICIOUS. The menu had many items to choose from. Service was AMAZING. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

It’s really easy to “go hard” at Brimstone, they have a lot of tasty options & many are calorie laden but perfect for that special occasion. The steak salad is a favorite as well as the sliders. Drinks are always expertly mixed & they have some creative options, too. Everything I’ve ordered here is consistent & well-plated (inc’l flat breads which can be challenging). It’s all good, food & service, you really can’t go wrong. On weekends, the bands are always very entertaining & people actually dance here which I appreciate. Reservations recommended. (Dining room is really loud when there’s outdoor entertainment so intimate meals after 9pm - or conversing - isn’t really possible those nights. So just shut up and dance, lol!) 🤣

Located in the Pembroke Gardens next to I-75, Brimstone is perfect for a casual dinner meet. For one, they're actually not a chain restaurant. More importantly, our waiter was on point with his recommendations and very friendly service. He was attentive without being overbearing. Service is a big deal for me and they earned the 5th star! My main was a half rack of their wood-fire grilled bbq ribs. I could taste the subtle smokiness along with the sweet bbq sauce. The meat was juicy & tender, even though I ate bougie-ly with a fork and knife. Any other occasion I would have gotten my hands dirty :) Carbs came from a really loaded baked potato. I'm talking packed to the "gills" with chives, cheese, sour cream and very importantly baconnn!! Ever attentive to hygiene, he passed us a warm towel topped with a lemon to clean hands. It was well presented on a plate, and looked like the slice of key lime pie I ordered. Speaking of, the actual dessert was a plate of fluffy sweet goodness on a thin crumbly crust and topped with a generous serve of strawberries and creme. I also enjoyed a shot of black coffee (of course). I would definitely recommend Brimstone for dinner.

In the last month, I have been to Brimstone twice, each time in a private room. The first time I went, we had the middle of the 3-room split, and the second the left of 3-room split. The food here is absolutely amazing. The service is great. The private room setup is spectacular. This restaurant is worth the price! They kept our cake in their cooling room at no additional charge, and even put in a candle when they bought it out. Caitlin assisted me with all the details of the reservation process. She was a pleasure to work with, and she was very helpful and professional. We will definitely be coming back and I look forward to the ease of room reservations in the future. Some feedback I would give: - Since private rooms are available on a first come first served basis, it would be helpful if event coordinators returned calls and emails faster (note: Caitlin did do this but another event coordinator did not). - If a reservation room becomes available after a party agrees to main dining room, the person who made the reservation should be notified (I thought we were going to be seated in the main dining area until the host showed us to our private room when she went to seat us).

It's been a while since we have been back here, so we figured we try out their brunch. First, we decided to sit behind the bar, and the atmosphere was great. Our server Samantha (Sam), was on point in so many ways; let me explain. She took our drink order, went behind the bar, and made it for us; she also gave us a foul breakdown of their brunch menu and made some recommendations. We started with the soup of the day, which tasted very good except it was slightly cold. We then got our main dishes, and we were not impressed with the taste and portion based on the price they charged us for each item, especially for brunch; you would have thought you were paying for dinner. I want to commend Sam because she was all over the place taking care of the guests, including us, and she did a fantastic job. She worked well with her team and also helped them. If we were to rate her it would of been a 5 star.

I came on a Friday night. I found the place with no problem however finding parking was another story. The restaurant has parking all around. The issue is that this plaza has other businesses nearby and so they share the parking area. This was a fun place with a big outdoor sitting area. They had a DJ Friday and the atmosphere was good. He played a nice mixture of types of music. This restaurant has a strict two-hour table rule. Literally, they come with the check in one hand and boxes in the other lol. You can move to the bar area. I honestly did not like that, we just left. The service was very slow, the waiter disappeared on us for thirty minutes. We were three ladies. He took our drink order and ten short minutes later. We got our drink and waters. He then took our food order. The flatbreads here are really good. We got our flatbread thirty minutes later. We then ordered more food and drink another twenty minutes. We were dancing in between to pass the time but the service was ridiculous and so that is why. The two-hour table limit bothered me.

Good energy, good vibes and GOOD FOOD. The happy hour is one of the best reason why to go to this place. I had the margarita flatbread, bruschetta with the lovely flank steak and the Tempura JB roll which is my true favorite. Eddie at the bar is el mejor! $30-50 for two during happy hour!

Food was ok, mashed potatoes was good & the chicken was ok. The soup was so good, the staff was friendly & very helpful. The restaurant was clean & not to busy inside. Not in a rush to go back.

Title: Exceptional Service and Unforgettable Experience I recently had the pleasure of visiting Brimstone establishment where I had the most incredible experience, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Mauricio and the exceptional management skills of Sabrina. From start to finish, my time at this place was nothing short of amazing. Mauricio, with his warm and welcoming demeanor, made me feel right at home the moment I walked through the door. He went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was perfect. His attention to detail and genuine care for his customers truly set him apart. Whether it was recommending the most delicious dishes/drinks on the menu or providing prompt and attentive service, Mauricio's professionalism and passion for his work were evident in every interaction. But it wasn't just Mauricio who made this experience unforgettable. Sabrina, the manager, played an integral role in creating a truly exceptional atmosphere. Her leadership skills were evident as she effortlessly orchestrated the seamless operation of the establishment. She exuded a calm and confident demeanor that set the tone for the entire team. Sabrina's commitment to excellence was palpable, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about the satisfaction of each and every customer. The ambiance of the place was delightful, with tasteful decor and a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The food was absolutely divine, with a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. The attention to detail in every dish was remarkable, and it was evident that the chefs took great pride in their craft. Overall, my experience at this establishment was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the incredible service provided by Mauricio and the exceptional management skills of Sabrina. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you're looking for a memorable dining experience where you'll be treated like royalty, look no further. You won't be disappointed!

The best gluten free pasta dish I've had in some time. A lovely Location where the outdoor and indoor seating are equally attractive and welcoming. A recommended spot for slow and extended conversations or a solo dining opportunity. ----- photos added for a follow-up visit I was thrilled to share the venue with my cousin and a couple of her friends I had the gluten-free pasta again (with some added kale that was shared around the table) I went all in with prosecco and coffee (woo-hoo)

I loveeee this place!! I tried it a few weeks ago and like it so much. I unexpectedly ended up visiting a second Saturday this month, once again was not disappointed. Veryy attentive service by everyone, there was a fun atmosphere with music in the outdoor seating and a calm, relaxed experience indoors so you get to choose. The service both times was honestly exceptional, the food came out quickly, the waiters & food runners pay attention to even your small needs. Had actually got turned away from Brios for not having a reservation (no shade! Lol), but Brimstone sat my party right away on a regular Saturday evening and is now one of my go to restaurant spots! I wanted to eat something really good and the Seafood Truffle pasta was reminding me what life is all about :') the creamy sauce was perfect, the mix of seafood flavors just married so well. The bread pudding w the berry sauce & a scoop of ice cream has a heavenly mix of texture / flavors, please try it! 5 stars all around ÷)

We made reservations for a Father’s Day dinner seating. We arrived early we were greeted by the reception staff and we were seated. The restaurant was very busy it’s Father’s Day that was expected, kaylin our waiter got our orders and we had a good time. The food was delicious the restaurant was buzzing the music was great. My Godparents Edward and Persephone had a really good time. Thank you Brimstone for making our Father’s Day special.

I think it's overrated. Great service and atmosphere, some menu items prices are ridiculous if you ask me, $70 for a 12 Oz ribeye 👀 and just one side item ...Drinks are delicious though

The food is pretty good. The ambiance has changed a lot since it first opened. The service has lagged lately but perhaps they'll improve and go back to their glory days.

You go here for the atmosphere and the huge outdoor seating area. Service is fast but the good is average. It's not bad but there are definitely better options for the quality and price of good. A little expensive for what it is but it's to be expected for this kind of location.

We called before going and they said they had vegan option which they didn’t. But besides that everything was amazing and extremely delicious. It’s pet friendly Staff was super nice. Best bread pudding ever.

The food is delicious and fresh but was too loud with the big parties they had sitting outside. The cleanliness was the best and not what I would have expected from this place. They have lots of catching up to do in comparison to Houston’s. The service was good with different menu choices.
