First, let me start off by saying everything started off ok. My wife and I stopped by for a quick bite to eat as the patio was almost empty and we figured we could eat and continue on with our evening. We were seated and our order was taken in a somewhat timely manner. Food and drinks were delivered and this is where thing started to take a sharp nosedive. My wife ordered chicken fingers and fries, I opted for a turkey club. Again, thought process was on a quick bite to eat. My food wasn’t bad, my wife’s however was an entirely different story. Her bottled beer was warm and the chicken fingers were soggy. While we were eating, I can only guess that “friends” of the manager or owner showed up and two tables were pushed together directly across from our table. Ok, no big deal here, I have seen big groups numerous times and they have never disrupted my dinner or the service that I received, however, that was not to be the case this time. We sat and watched as the owner/manager, our waitress, as well as another waitress or customer host, brought bottle after bottle of wine to the groups table and catered to their every whim. The group had a dog with them and were given a “take out box” which they then used as a water bowl for the dog in the restaurant, as well as used water from the guests water pitcher to fill the make-shift bowl. Now if this would have been a proper service animal, that would be one thing, but as the dog would wander around greeting people, ourselves included, this definitely was not a properly trained service animal. The waitress, finally noticing that we were done eating, came and asked if we were done (which we had been at this point for a good 15 minutes) and proceeded to take our plates. Now at this point, one would expect the waitress to come back with your check, but, nope. The owner/manager, the waitress, and the customer host continued to cater to the group sitting across from us. Numerous times the owner/manager made eye contact with me sitting there at the table, no food, no drinks, but never came to question why we were sitting at a table in the establishment without food or drinks. Exactly 34 minutes after our waitress had taken our plates, I was finally able to get her attention to get my check. When the waitress came back, she said “I’m sorry, it’s a bit hectic tonight”. Had the patio and bar been full, I could have easily bought into the theory of hectic, but considering the patio was only half full, it was far from hectic, they were just too busy catering to the family/friends group than they were with efficiently running their business. In my 51+ years of life, this is the absolute worst service I have ever experienced and this is the first time I have every left a bad review for any business.

We normally come here for karaoke on Friday nights. But they do have it other nights of the week as well. The crowd varies because it's a tourist attraction but it's always full of energy. The bar staff is great, especially Kevin. He's always knowledgeable about good drinks and remembers. What drinks she like their friendly? You do normally have to pay for parking down the street and walk a little bit. Not too far, maybe 3 minutes to 5 minutes. But it's a great atmosphere a lot of fun. You would've definitely enjoyed it too like the same songs and meat. New people and have fun this is a place to be

We were just strolling along Fort Lauderdale beach, killing time till we had to go to the airport and decided to stop here for a beer. We sat upstairs near the balcony bar where we could look out at the beach. It's a neat place with a nice atmosphere and a lot to offer bar-goers. Even though they weren't that busy while we were there and we only ordered a couple beers, our server was very pleasant and helpful and didn't push food or bug us a ton. He was there when we needed him.

We loved this place. What a fun and cozy sports bar. Tons of tv's. A fun crowd. The bartender even had a strong Irish accent. Cold beers. Monday Night Football here was fun.

McSorleys hosted our wedding after party and it was THE BEST! Matthew was great and made setting up the party easy and seamless. The food and music was great. Everyone had a great time. We highly recommend McSorleys as a pub but also as a great place to party!!!

Food is horrible. Service was horrible. 13 dollars for dry nasty maybe 4oz of spinach dip with stale chips. Dry chicken on the sandwich covered half of the bun, 2 oz of coleslaw and a scatter of fries for 14 dollars. I wish I had taken a picture before the server took our food away when we complained and told us we were "paying to sit at this location." 😂😂😂 We went next door to Primantis and got huge sandwiches for 7.95 and banging huge slices of pizza for 2.99. (Pics included are from Primantis, not McSorleys.) Save yourself a trip.

Fantastic. We wanted to try this place out, it's on the beach basically, across the street. Started with drinks, downstairs, then moved upstairs to the patio. Great views of the ocean, great atmosphere, live music of an older guy playing guitar and singing and interacting with customers. Fantastic. We ordered some appetizers which were also very good. Recommend highly

This place is amazing! Such a nice environment. The banger basket is a great start and the grilled chicken sandwich with potato salad is the greatest of finishers. Olivia is an excellent bartender; such a friendly and kind person. Thanks for the great food and experience!

We worked with Karma, reserving a space for our wedding afterparty (wedding was at bonnet house, so only a ~8 minute walk), and we couldn’t have asked for things to go better. Beforehand we had communicated with Karma, and she was very good at following up/confirming we would be there and then making sure we had the space needed for the 50-60 guests that made it. The setting was amazing - looking out onto the ocean and very open to the air, and I wouldn’t have changed a thing. It was a perfect wedding afterparty spot.

Told us they were out of fries and chicken tenders, then served a bunch of other people fries and chicken tenders. Wings were horrible, ordered ranch and gave me blue cheese. Didn’t have fried chicken but had grilled chicken. Saw the waitress once and never came back for refills or anything else. Overall, bad and not good. More like a bar than a resturaunt. Do not recommend. No normal burgers on the menu. Online menu said it had mozzerella sticks, but resturaunt menu did not.

Can't comment on the food, the kitchen was closed at the time. However, the karaoke night was amazing, we really had fun, and the MC made everyone feel welcome there. The drinks were good.

We used to go to Stout, their other location in Oakland Park. The beers, the food the atmosphere are very nice. At McSorley now you can enjoy their remodeled rooftop and listen to live music.

We (husband and wife) just finished brunch here and had the worst service experience of our lives. Scanned the QR code to pay the bill with a 20% tip and received acknowledgment that payment went through. A couple of minutes after we left, the waitress and another guy from the restaurant came chasing after us that the payment did not go through. Asked me to come back to pay using another payment method. This was in front of the public, including 15-20 other customers. As I walked back into the restaurant to show them the payment already recorded on my credit card, they said payment went through. I did not care about their apology, because nothing can take back the huge embarrassment they caused us. Not sure if it was racial profiling or they are using a technology they have no business using. Either way, restaurant not recommended

Great local Irish-themed dive bar in a fantastic location directly across from the beach with perfect views. Went for happy hour which is 4-7PM. Beers were $4 and well drinks $6. Blanca the bartender was friendly and fast. The happy hour food options, beef hamburger sliders and a buffalo chicken flatbread were both hot and delicious. Great atmosphere. Overall lots of fun and we will return. However, like every place on A1A there is no dedicated parking, only metered street parking. Take an Uber or a cab.

Got the toasted ham and cheese sandwich. It consisted of gooey American cheese and a weird processed ham loaf. Cole slaw was just cabbage and mayo. My husband’s fish and chips looked and tasted like it was frozen precooked fish.

I went specifically for the shepards pie which I had enjoyed before. What a letdown! There was nowhere for my daughter and granddaughter to sit. Kinda disappointed with the whole experience. Probably won't go back.

Excellent food. Loved the bangers and mash (would have appreciated more mashed potes) gravy was yummy. Great service. Decent pricing. The ahi tuna starter, Caesar salad, and club sandwich were delicious also. The waitress Samantha was awesome too!

Great atmosphere, especially on right on the beach, but my Lord.... $28 for two 8 oz. well Tequilla Margaritas? Come on... Really. The Burger n fries were $15 and was pretty darn good, but $28 for 2 well drinks (not Patron)? I have been up in the John Hancock Building (98th Floor) in Chicago and drinks were on average $12. My point is that an average, literally average bar, there should not be a well drink for $14 a drink unless it's a 30 oz. Special where you keep the plastic cup. I know I sound cheap but it's just the fact of tourists getting ripped and local bars getting away with it.

If you’re looking for a great atmosphere with amazing food, service, and entertainment in Fort Lauderdale then this is your place. I stopped there on my first day of vacation and went back almost every day after that. They treat their guests like they’ve known them for years. Dave and Cassie are my two favorite bartenders there, I never had to wait long on a menu or a drink. I also have to mention the entertainment, DJ Joy Joy is among the best I’ve heard, always taking requests and keeping the place hopping. I went to several other places but they don’t even compare. If you’re ever in Fort Lauderdale, I highly recommend going to McSorley’s Beach Pub, you won’t be disappointed.

I was there for a private party. USCG. The staff was very attentive and friendly. They kept the orders moving. We had ordered a buffet: wings, art I dip, Shepard pie, chips etc. It all came out hot and very good. I will definitely be back. Thank you for helping make the event great!

Took a walk along this beautiful beach in Ft Lauderdale and decided to just sit in the sand with wifey and listen to the relaxing sounds of the waves breaking as they reached the shoreline. It was totally soothing and calming 😌✨

I really enjoyed this place. I went with 6 people. There is outdoor seating plus an upstairs and downstairs bar. Downstairs has karaoke that begins in the evening. So much fun! The bartenders are great. I can't remember their names since I was drunk at the time but they make excellent drinks, were friendly and attentive. We left close to 130am and there was still good crowd up until the end. Not packed, just right. Great place to end your night.

Have been here four different times as a new local in FTL hoping the service might get better. The bar staff is very slow and if you sit at a table you need to be in and out quickly (so don’t expect to stay to watch a game). The waitress we had during our last visit removed our plates before we were done eating and when we told her we were not finished she said they needed to sit the next guests.

Came for the dwarfanator wrestling event but completely oversold. Went in, ordered drinks, but outside where the event is was completely oversold to the point you can't even see the event from the outside. You're expected to sit inside at the bar and watch it on their TV. If I wanted that I'd watch it on YouTube for free. Don't recommend coming to an event at this location

If you want to get drinks only it's very nice! But food... Hmmm they don't have burgers! They have non beef burgers though. If you're a fan of old fashioned good pub beef burgers then you are out of luck!

Karaoke on Wednesday nights are a must at this place! Not only is the DJ able to find whatever you need, but he also has a good set of wind pipes on him! The bartender is awesome and so are the patrons.

The food is good but a little overpriced for what you get. But it is on the beach and you can’t beat the view.

What a great experience here at Mcsorley’s! Hosted a wedding reception upstairs at the roof top bar and had a great time! The food was hot and delicious, the bar was fully equipped and kept guest happy. The staff was the icing on the cake! The night ran smoothly with the help of Mike, Kelly, Brian and Carmel (another young lady very nice, had her hair in a pony tail sorry I forgot her name!) every request honored, every question answered, it truly was a great night with their help. We had an awesome time! Will return! Thank you again!

The place is relatively small right on the beach...so if you want a bar stool you'll have to get there early unless you plan to sit outside. That is not a bad thing either. Beautiful view and ocean breeze, with tvs. I was there on a Saturday night and karaoke was going on, which was the primary reason I went for the first time. I had a fish dip that was incredibly tasty with some unique crackers to put them on, 6 stars! By 10:30pm the place was wall to wall with people and the staff was on overdrive. The staff was very friendly and helpful to me, 10 stars. It's a very comfortable environment for even me who is part of the lgbtq community. Highly recommend and can't wait to try something else off the menu. It's a little pricy, but what do you expect for being on A1A?

We walked in and sat down, took some time to get served drinks. We got a draft beer and it was not good. Tasted off and skunked. We finally ordered and got the food. Food truly wasn’t terrible but wasn’t the best. When we finally, after waiting over 20 minutes, got our check. Our server overcharged us for our sides. We pointed out the price in the menu and we just got told “oh ya, that isn’t the right price” and wouldn’t fix it. She then proceeded to check us out and didn’t inform us at all there was a fee to use a credit card. We then got charged $6 extra just to use a card. If we were told we would have given cash. Overall very horrible experience and service. Disappointing.
