First,
let
me
start
off
by
saying
everything
started
off
ok.
My
wife
and
I
stopped
by
for
a
quick
bite
to
eat
as
the
patio
was
almost
empty
and
we
figured
we
could
eat
and
continue
on
with
our
evening.
We
were
seated
and
our
order
was
taken
in
a
somewhat
timely
manner.
Food
and
drinks
were
delivered
and
this
is
where
thing
started
to
take
a
sharp
nosedive.
My
wife
ordered
chicken
fingers
and
fries,
I
opted
for
a
turkey
club.
Again,
thought
process
was
on
a
quick
bite
to
eat.
My
food
wasn’t
bad,
my
wife’s
however
was
an
entirely
different
story.
Her
bottled
beer
was
warm
and
the
chicken
fingers
were
soggy.
While
we
were
eating,
I
can
only
guess
that
“friends”
of
the
manager
or
owner
showed
up
and
two
tables
were
pushed
together
directly
across
from
our
table.
Ok,
no
big
deal
here,
I
have
seen
big
groups
numerous
times
and
they
have
never
disrupted
my
dinner
or
the
service
that
I
received,
however,
that
was
not
to
be
the
case
this
time.
We
sat
and
watched
as
the
owner/manager,
our
waitress,
as
well
as
another
waitress
or
customer
host,
brought
bottle
after
bottle
of
wine
to
the
groups
table
and
catered
to
their
every
whim.
The
group
had
a
dog
with
them
and
were
given
a
“take
out
box”
which
they
then
used
as
a
water
bowl
for
the
dog
in
the
restaurant,
as
well
as
used
water
from
the
guests
water
pitcher
to
fill
the
make-shift
bowl.
Now
if
this
would
have
been
a
proper
service
animal,
that
would
be
one
thing,
but
as
the
dog
would
wander
around
greeting
people,
ourselves
included,
this
definitely
was
not
a
properly
trained
service
animal.
The
waitress,
finally
noticing
that
we
were
done
eating,
came
and
asked
if
we
were
done
(which
we
had
been
at
this
point
for
a
good
15
minutes)
and
proceeded
to
take
our
plates.
Now
at
this
point,
one
would
expect
the
waitress
to
come
back
with
your
check,
but,
nope.
The
owner/manager,
the
waitress,
and
the
customer
host
continued
to
cater
to
the
group
sitting
across
from
us.
Numerous
times
the
owner/manager
made
eye
contact
with
me
sitting
there
at
the
table,
no
food,
no
drinks,
but
never
came
to
question
why
we
were
sitting
at
a
table
in
the
establishment
without
food
or
drinks.
Exactly
34
minutes
after
our
waitress
had
taken
our
plates,
I
was
finally
able
to
get
her
attention
to
get
my
check.
When
the
waitress
came
back,
she
said
“I’m
sorry,
it’s
a
bit
hectic
tonight”.
Had
the
patio
and
bar
been
full,
I
could
have
easily
bought
into
the
theory
of
hectic,
but
considering
the
patio
was
only
half
full,
it
was
far
from
hectic,
they
were
just
too
busy
catering
to
the
family/friends
group
than
they
were
with
efficiently
running
their
business.
In
my
51+
years
of
life,
this
is
the
absolute
worst
service
I
have
ever
experienced
and
this
is
the
first
time
I
have
every
left
a
bad
review
for
any
business.
