Our waitress Or was so amazing, she had great food and drink recommendations. We came for happy hour and the drinks definitely had us leaving happier. Food was great, I tried the drunken goat burger so good. I also recommend the green tea shots!

Medium burgers were cooked so past well done we could only taste the crispy burnt meat over other toppings. Bacon on salad was severely under cooked. Order also took 45 mins longer than quoted with an empty restaurant. I’ve been eating here for years and the consistency has really made it challenging to continue to eat here.

The chicken wings were amazing! The sauce comes on the side and they seem to be wood fired and not deep fried. I am coming back to Fort Lauderdale and will definitely be stopping back in!

My Avocado salad has 4 tiny pieces which would equal one slice of avocado. Why even call it an avocado salad? See photo. Also the Salmon Zen bowel was very small - see pix this is exactly how we got it - looks half size for $25 bucks. What? Why? The food has great flavor but they are way overpriced for what you are getting. They use to be my favorite. Time to move on.

Really chill environment, good service, and really good food. Got a burger and boy was it on another level. Cooked very well and flavorful. Fries were good too, nothing crazy though. Oh almost forgot, my gin and tonic was very very good too. Overall, great experience and would highly recommend and come again.

We have been to this Tap 42 location few times. They never disappoint us. The foods are always fresh and tasty. The services are always helpful and friendly. The restaurant is always clean and organized. They have so many different beers to choose from. Their menu is good enough. We don’t like restaurants with 10 thousands choices, but nothing really good. You just need to focus on a few good dishes, then that will be the highlight of the menu. Tried the AHI TUNA POKE SALAD. Delicious. This is a Fun place with a great vibe. The servers are very friendly and helpful. Great selections on the menu to choose from. And a nice beer selection. Indoor or Outdoor seating. Dedicated parking lot. Fills up fast for lunch hour.

All 5s in every way! Everyone was great. Environment felt good. Ended up here to kill some time while waiting for my flight. Ordered the guacamole dip and a few whiskies. If you are looking for a classy lunch with a drink or just some place to chill out with some friends I feel like this is a good option.

One word: A-MAZING! We went for a laidback dinner for our anniversary and we were not disappointed. We thought we would have a typical gastropub experience, but NO! We left full and happy; the drinks had a nice amount of liquor and the food was so flavorful and delicious (those sweet potato fries with the whipped cream sauce are like heaven) 🤤 We had excellent service and they even gave us a dessert on the house for our anniversary. Winning!

Wow, this place gives you A LOT of food! The waiter was very sweet and attentive and quick with getting the order. The waffles with chicken was amazing! I couldn’t finish it all, but the food is tasty! The calamari tower was also phenomenal! I suggest going in a group because the sizes are HUGE. I would come here again!

Happened in to Tap42 when we couldn’t park at the beach. It looked cool so we decided to try it. Service was ok but could have been more attentive to the need for a refill. We ordered wings and Brussel sprouts as well as beer and wine. The Brussels had a great flavor but we like them a bit crustier. The wings were very good and came out hot. They have a nice local craft beer menu.

I originally went for brunch on a Sunday. Everything looked so delicious in the pictures,I decided to give it to try it out. After waiting 25 min naturally, it was after 3 brunch was over my fault I arrived to close to 3. I decided to stay for the lunch menu, since the brunch was looking so tasty. Nothing on the menu sounded appetizing and the options were terrible. I kept it safe I ordered the grilled wings, can’t really mess that up or so I thought. Not only it took literally forever to get my food, I didn’t know if it’s because my waiter was terrible, in the sense he’ s walking around having conversations with his colleagues and looking lost. My mom ordered the calamari with a sesame sauce, sounds yummy right? No the entire dish was bitter, not sure if it’s the batter or what. It was a no go. Her main dish was the battered chicken breast with sweet potatoes. Salty potatoes and again that bitter taste from the calamari was also on the chicken breast. Total disappointment, will not go back there, and as for lunch I will not consider that place either. My wings were terrible, for me to not eat my wings just goes without saying not good. I did like the outdoor seating.

I chose the wrong place. It’s loud, busy, rambunctious, and wild. The menu is deep with drinks shallow with food. It’s expensive. The service was very good though. I shouldn’t have expected a calmer environment but for some reason I did. This is the kind of place where loudly singing happy birthday and yelling the F word over and over is acceptable. I ordered the California bowl and it was fine. Nothing amazing but also not bad. It was around $20 though which seems wildly overpriced. The parking is nuts for this place too. Not easy to find a spot at all.

We did brunch here. It has all the makings of a good brunch spot, but it just wasn't jumpin on labor day Sunday. Good music/DJ, good food, great service, nice outdoor patio with a tent. I got the Chicago Style Steak n Eggs, and it was delicious! The all you can drink for $25 package was unique, in a great way, as you could choose between 5 or 6 different drink options which I thought was different and awesome. Could be a great Fort Lauderdale brunch staple if they could get more people in there to party. I would recommend.

Tap 42 welcomed me and my wife to Fort Lauderdale. The atmosphere was great, with a choice of dining indoors or outdoors. Either way it was nice. The staff was inviting and gracious. The food was awesome. And the drinks were on point. I will have to come back to town just to indulge.

Hosts were amazing, DJ played great old school jams, and I got the best burger I've ever had in my life.

It was a nice location. We had a salad with chicken and tortilla, black beans, corn and some cheese. The lettuce was a little “withered” but the tasty was good.

I've been to other Tap 42 restaurants in dade and broward but this was my first time at Tap 42 Ft. Lauderdale. It was a whole vibe on Sunday when we went. Live DJ had me dancing from the parking lot. It rained off and on while outdoor seating but it was okay. Our waitress was awesome and on her job with the unlimited mimosas. Definitely visiting this location again.

Went for a few happy hour drinks . Not too bad , so the beers are normally $9 . Selected drinks $7 during happy hour. Actually no food on special on happy hour, and it's pretty expensive, in the pic , calamari deep fried is $18 and mains range from $27 to 40+ so for me pricey for what it is.....

Really great service. I had a blueberry margarita which was outstanding. The guacamole is a must. Those were some of the best chips I’ve ever had. Really happy with the food here.

We went there for a Sunshine Kids Fundraising event. The servers were phenomenal! Very accommodating and on the ball! The managers were also incredible to work with. You just can't go wrong with Tap 42! The drinks are always amazing. The food is consistently out of this world. The fact that they were happy to donate 100% of their proceeds to such a deserving charity makes me want to go there more often. The food is great. Drinks are great! Service is amazing AND they are philanthropic to such an amazing charity! WAY TO GO TAP 42! We had a great time! Thank you foe your hospitality!

Tap 42 is always a vibe! Brunch on the weekends is a must! Bottomless Mimosa’s are good!! Food is always good! Gotta try this place out.

Overall the place was nice. The music was a bit loud for a restaurant. The service was very good. The food was okay. We had the chicken and waffles with sweet potato fries. It was okay, food tasted like something you could make at home. There wasn't anything that would make me order it again.

From the group I went with ! My burger was the best dish from them all! I believe it to have lamb and jam on it absolutely mouthwatering I’ll definitely be returning just so I can eat this again!

We went as a group for Happy Hour after work. It had been a long stressful week and we were just looking for a good time with friends. The drinks were flowing with an adequate amount of alcohol. The bar tender seemed to not too pleased with all of us (8) at the bar but that's where the Happy Hour prices were. The quality of the food was great; the short rib sliders and guacamole & chips were amazing.

Love Love Love! Went for a Birthday Gathering, it was everybody's first time and when I say the Food was delicious, the Calamari, Salmon Tostones, Chicken and Waffles, Sweet potatoe fries, burgers,the Mac and cheese,steak and eggs, the bottomless Mimosas, the shots., the music.EVERYTHING was good. Shot out to our waitress Alexandra, her energy was everything!! Will definitely be back

Excellent restaurant. The service should be the standard for others. The server was amazingly attentive and actively refills our drinks. We had the wings and burger. Both prepared and tasted great. A nice neighborhood location, cozy and relaxing. The price is average and well worth it. I wish I have asked the server name because, she deserved to be mentioned.

I came here again because I had such a good experience the first time . This time, it was not so good , my server did not seem interested in my table or my order or my water or anything . I ordered the burger medium, and it came out medium well. Plus . I understand that not all cooks, cook well. By the time I got the burger, I was kind of disgusted with the service or lack thereof, and I just went ahead and ate it instead of sending it back. I really don't think I'll be back. At $17 a burger, I really think they can afford the kind of cooks who get it right every time. This was my previous 5 star rating; I came here because the reviews were good. I love a good burger cooked right and these folks did not disappoint. I had the prohibition Burger and sweet potato fries as recommended by my server, and awesome recommendation it was, they were fabulous. The burger was cooked to perfection, very juicy, and highly delicious. Definitely the best burger I've had around Fort Lauderdale so far.

This place was truly a surprising pearl. We were not supposed to even be in the area but ended up having the best lunch we had in weeks. The spinach dip itself was the best one we ever had, the chips were homemade, and the salsa was beyond any other one we had tried. Now to the burger, it’s hard to compete with the burgers in the US but by far it was too 5 we have ever had. The food was amazing but beyond that the service was even better, Daniel the bartender was absolute charming, I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Highly highly recommended!

I have been to Tap42 many times and, in short, I like everything about it. I like the food. I like the ambiance (inside and outside), the drinks, the beer selection and the service is good too. Easy to park. Well located. Opens late. The only thing you have to watch out is that it gets packed sometimes, bit that just speaks about the quality of the place.

Another stop while visiting the area. Atmosphere was good. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Beer and cocktails available. The steak sandwich was good and the sweet potato fries were seasoned well. The blueberry margarita was good. They have a bottomless brunch on Saturdays and Sundays that we may have to check out. Next visit, I will try something different. Waitress was very helpful with recommendations for what to try and what was good.

Enjoyed Happy Hour and Dinner on a Thursday night. We sat at the bar and there was a decent crowd. We have eaten here before and usually enjoy. Food was real good. Highlights are the Salmon Tostanos and Impossible French Dip. Yum! The Guac always pleases. Attention by the bartenders was very solid and better than most places recently. The drinks were a little too mix heavy compared to the alcohol but not sure if that was happy hour or something else.

Would give this 10 out of 5 stars if I could, went there for brunch recently and our guy Roberto, took amazing care of us as we stayed there for a long time. The drinks were great, the food was even better, the DJ had it going. But our server Roberto ensured we had such a great time, he took good care of us and is probably the best server to ever work there. Took the extra time to ensure we had everything we need for a nice brunch, will be back again and again because of him!!

Went here for a special memorial brunch with my girls. The bartender Michael made me a virgin strawberry mojito, so good I wanted one to-go, but they don’t do to-go. I tried the salmon tostones to start, scrumptious. Then chicken n waffles which was filling. The waffles had a cake like consistency, so delicious. Served with sweet potato fries, that were seasoned. Chefs kiss 😘 I’ll definitely go back for more. Only thing the Dj wanted $20 tips to request a song😂 I like the fact they have their own parking lot, got there when they first opened and had no trouble getting seating.

Great food, great ambiance. Staff was courteous and helpful. Wanted to place a takeout order. A staff member who does not usually take such orders went out of his way to help us as he saw that his colleagues where busy. He got my order ready and handed me the bag wishing me a great evening. I was tempted for a second to get my ' free meal'( wasn't cheap too) . I did not think it was the universe/God giving me a free meal ( that would have been established clearly not by a staff member not knowing the process) so I reminded him I was yet to pay for it. He apologized saying he does not usually do takeouts and wasn't sure how it worked. I then paid. I was pleased by the fact that colleagues' got each other's back. The food was great.

We arrived for dinner at 11:07p.m. mind you there kitchen closes at 11:45p.m. so I expected to be rushed ! Let me just say it was quite the opposite. Our waiter Wyatt was phenomenal, so kind, knowledgeable about the menu and made some amazing recommendations (get the sliders and bread pudding) he even managed to squeeze in dessert after 12 a.m. not to say you should come here and push it but I am just taken back by the amazing service we recieved, how good the food was (thank you to the chef) and grateful to have been served so well. Definitely recommend this location!!

Ordered through UberEats and solely ordered dessert. We got the: CHOCOLATE CHUNK BREAD PUDDING which had Vanilla Bean Ice Cream · Salted Caramel · Dark Chocolate and the Strawberry Shortcake Tres Leches and it came with strawberries and whipped cream. They both were so delicious. The cake that was used in the tres leches had a soft and fluffy feel but it was a thicker cake which was nice. The bread pudding was so warm and chocolatey. When I first got it I thought they were raisins and my world was shattered, I intended to just pick around them but I dug my fork in and realized it was chocolatey goodness and my eyes began to water with tears of joy (I didn’t know it was a chocolate bread budding because I didn’t order it so it was a pleasant surprise. 3 cheers for Tap42!

My experience at Tap42 was delightful. Our waiter Jack/Jon was very pleasant and recommended the steak truffle sandwich and the blueberry margarita, overall it was excellent service. We’ll be back soon, thanks jack!

The most divine dinner/bar in Fort Lauderdale! My husband, boxer dog and I came where they served my dog his own personal grilled chicken breast! Great service, delicious food and great cocktails! We ended up ordering double entrees and drinks! A must go when traveling to Fort Lauderdale!
