One of my favorite places for appetizers. They have a great selection of wines and cocktails. I especially love their selection of Sangria’s. Our server Noemi was excellent. Tried the egg rolls they are so good, and great with the side sauces.

Fantastic evening at Coopers Hawk in Pembrook Pines! Wine tastings and then most memorable evening with Crispy Brussels Sprouts, Medallion Trios, and Jambalaya. Great evening and ambiance. Special shout out to Sarah and Nina for their exceptional service!

Very nice ambience. Great service. Most of the meals we had were great the brussel sprout appetizer was amazing. The free bread they bring to the table is okay but not great. I had the Coopers Hawk ale which was extremely good. My eight year old daughter didn't care much for her spaghetti, but she is a picky eater. My double burger was very good. Glad we gave this place a try.

I had Brittany as my server and she was amazing. Great service and an even better attitude. She was the cherry on top of my delicious meal. I only wish I could like the plate. We had the shrimp scampi with added steak. 😋

Always a nice experience. First time doing the wine tasting in the front which was a lot of fun! Tried a few good ones and a few bad ones. The Egg rolls are very good, lettuce wraps were a big hit. Got the country rigatoni which was very good! Nice sauce as everything they make is from scratch. Would recommend going. It was completely sold out for reservations and we managed to get a table after waiting about an hour.

We had wine testing prior to our dinner reservation and it was best thing ever!!! For our Dinner we order the Salmon and churrasco I highly recommend it. For an amazing finish we order the crème brûlée and it was the yummiest!!!!!!

They have a variety of wine bottles. I love the Italian Super Tuscan wine, specially . The food was exquisite. They prepare all their gourmet dishes from scratch. Join their Wine Club dinner. They also have a tasting room and offer various course meals with wine, cheese etc.. For our appetizer, we ordered the Snow Crab fritters, crab, shrimp and lobster bisque cub, drunken shrimp and our main course included:Crab and summer corn risotto, prime churrasco grilled steak & drunken shrimp and the prime churrasco grilled steak and scallop gratin. Lastly, we ordered for dessert the salted caramel creme brulee and s'more budino.

Great atmosphere, good customer service, and good food. It was my first time coming to this restaurant, I had heard great things about it. We were celebrating my co workers retirement. Our waitress was really nice and attentive, our food was good. The only reason I gave them a 4 star review is because I ordered my steak medium and they gave it to me well done.

We celebrated a family birthday here with all ages from 5 to seniors here today. At the last minute, we had to add a few to our party size and that was no problem. Our meals were enjoyed by all. The service provided by our waitress was perfect and the atmosphere was great in a very clean, midern dining room. While this chain caters to wine aficionados, and none of us drink wine, we loved everything about our lunch here and our birthday celebration went well. I should add that we would be regular visitors if Coopers Hawk was a bit more affordable, as our meals were pricey. Considering our special occasion today, it was worth the price though, five stars all around,

Great food! I have never been disappointed. If your a wine lover this is the place to go. Great ambiance and great customer service! The bubble flight is my favorite, also the Brussels sprouts with bacon , delicious! Drunken shrimp are good too! Lots of variety, 100 percent I recommended this place.

This is a nice restaurant but my experience was horrible. First having a reservation i should not be waited over 30 minutes to be seated while waiting they were calling people for that period of time that never showed up. Second of all this restaurant is way too nice to have people with their flip flaps like they just finish jugging or just came from the gym. Unfortunately I cant say I will go for that lack of organization. Food was ok but waitress was awesome the only thing good happened to me that night at the Pembroke Pines location.

Wonderful as always. Those drunken shrimps were out of this world!! Our server was great! Such a bubbly personality and so caring. We loved her! Always a great night at Cooper. Wine was wonderful too. Thinking about joining that club!

I had given Cooper's Hawk a break for a while. It always seems to be busy (even on midweek). Our server was super friendly and helpful. The food was satisfying but nothing stood out to us. The dessert was the highlight of our meal and we so good we may want to return just for it!

Update: Adding a star for a total of “5” as dined here three times in June with guests (my older sister’s favorite restaurant now & she insisted we go two days in a row! 🤣). Also dined here for Birthday Lunch. 💕 The consistency was stellar each time & we loved our meals. (I do request the Chicken Piccata & Madeira with “no extra salt”.) The wines are excellent & desert is a must. I also enjoy splurging on the pork chops here occasionally as they’re cooked to perfection and the side greens are inspired. Reservations are a must on Fri. & Sat. evenings. Had lunch at Cooper’s Hawk yesterday. Were seated promptly & the restaurant is well-managed & always clean. 🙂Scott our server was congenial & very professional. He made good suggestions & was on point with service. The Chicken & Jícama Salad with Cilantro Dressing was good, the petite filets were ordered MR & arrived one Med & one quite Rare. I don’t usually have dessert but the Lemon Cake was compelling as the afternoon was challenging & a treat was in order. The cake was delicious but I would have preferred twice the amount of Blueberry Compote & no Vanilla Cream (or even Whipped Cream) as two similar “creams” seemed overbearing & redundant - Lemon Zest was a nice addition. Overall, very good, convenient location & ample parking. 👍

I've gone here 3 times now for lunch and omg. I am slightly obsessed with the truffles. Not to mention how delicious the lunches have been. All 3 times the waitresses have been super friendly and helpful when choosing what to eat. The last two times I have been getting the BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich from the chef special. It's crispy and soft in all the right places. Not to mention the pork literally melts in your mouth. It's slightly more expensive lunch well worth it. I've had the gnocchi which was also very good. Went with coworkers on all 3 occasions and we all agree there hasn't been anything we didn't like so far. And the truffles.... I have to literally cover my eyes not to buy it all.

Honestly surprised us with the quality food and service. Closest we could get to a Michelin star restaurant in Pembroke Pines. Amber was our waitress and was incredible. Super sweet and attentive to our needs and was even generous to give us a special dessert due to a celebration we were having. The lobster bisque was in-cred-ible. It is clear the kitchen is a "from scratch" kitchen. It is pricey, but definitely coming back for such quality good and service . Thanks again Amber! 👌🏼

They were very kind to find us a table when the restaurant was packed. The food was good and good quality. But at the moment they were serving the risotto the portions were varied, some plate had less and others more. So, we told that to our server and she just said "at least you were seated" 😐 Her customer service was good, she was very attentive but that comment. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Thank God the manager passed by our table and we told him and fixed the issue, very kindly.

The service we received was excellent, I had to let the manger know how great it was however the food was just ok to me, nothing to write home about.

Great food, great service. I'm not a wine person and found the raspberry sangria delicious. We had the crispy brussel sprouts to start. It was absolutely amazing, crispy, and flavorful. I had the chicken buttermilk sandwich. The spicy honey was too sweet for me, so I ate without it. Very nice portion for the price. My wife had the gnocchi carbonara but wasn't a big fan, it was watery and bland. The key lime was tart and the crust was crumbly and delicious. Overall, the pros far outweigh the cons, which is why I rated this 5 stars.

Great location with incredible caring serving staff. The food is delicious and the wine great as always! A separate gluten free menu. Make sure you get that piece of chocolate when you do wine tasting 😊!

Cooper's Hawk gives a nice ambiance and scrumptious food. Served in timely manner and great waiters/waitresses service. The beauty of this place is they pair the wine to the entree. Highly recommended.

I've enjoyed dining out twice now within 5 days. Both good experiences. Indeed the food is magnificent, Wine tasty. First time for brunch with friends and second time was private.

I have been told this was a great place, and every word of it is true. The service was world class. The food was fresh, delicious and prepared well. We had the flatbread appetizer, chicken picata, salmon and short ribs, and carrott cake for desert. All were excellent. I'm not a wine drinker, but if you are, then this is your place. Their selection is unmatched. Definitely going back.

Had a great experience, wide menu selection, our attendant Ivan was very knowledgeable and friendly. Food was DELICIOUS. Enjoyed celebrating a birthday here, even joined the monthly membership! Would definitely recommend.

I love this place on there at least once a month for wine tasting and dining in. I also attend the monthly wine of the month dinners. It’s awesome if you have yet to go please make your reservation now. The staff and mangers are great the food is delicious it’s definitely a great experience.

Great service and great food. We went right when they opened on a say at 11am and it was empty. Felt safe and didn't have to wait. Recommend the Prosecco from the bubbly flight and the gnocchi.

Excellent Valentines day menu. Food was superb from the appetizers, wine, main course, dessert. Absolutely delish. Dani Cardenas our hostess was absolutely fantastic and made our experience a memorable one. ❤

We enjoyed ourselves . Nice ambiance, our server was lovely. We have an appointment and we were 30 minutes late due to rain. The lady at the front told us we have to wait for 2 hours. Thanks to lovely Hervens at the wine tasting center. He spoke to the manager and he came to us. We were given a table within 10 minutes. My food was salty but we tried to have a good time. The wine was great. Lovely restaurant, hard-working manager. The lady at the front desk needs education on courtesy and effective ways to communicate. She has I don’t care attitude and it shows.
