Food is delicious here. Last time I ate pizza this good was in Little Italy in California. Ask for the Oscar's special featured in the picture. Loved it!!! Best hidden gem in Pembroke Pines. Customer service is off the charts

I’m really shocked & appalled that you denied my veteran daughter access to your restaurant with her service dog. I wanted to show her this excellent restaurant I found which had amazing food, & even bragged to her about it, and we were denied access bc the owner has allergies?? By the ADA guidelines “allergies” are not an acceptable excuse. I am surprised that someone who owns or runs a restaurant does not know the ADA laws. What would you do if someone who was blind with a guide dog came in? Would you deny them as well? Pretty sad if you ask me. You are leaving yourself wide open to a lawsuit. Very poor treatment for veterans. Shameful.

Tonight was my first time visiting this restaurant and I had a great experience. The food was delicious and the service was great. The place was small and quaint and very comfortable. I loved all the decor too! It was very eye catching! I ordered the pork scallopini and for dessert strawberry tiramisu. Of course I had to order the bruschetta for an appetizer. Everything tasted so good! I will definitely come back.

This is a great spot with a welcoming staff and cozy interior that makes you feel right at home. Everything we tasted was freshly made and rich in flavor and texture. The calamari with shrimp and zucchini was perfectly battered and fried and was some of the best we've had. The braised veal stuffed ravioli was decadent with a velvety filling and crunchy pancetta topping. The thin crust pizza was also great with a crunchy crust, sweet sauce and deliciously salty mozzarella. This is probably our new go to pizza spot, that's how good it was. We look forward to trying the rest of the menu and recommend this neighborhood gem to anyone serious about good Italian food.

Where can I start with this AMAZING place? I was a little bit nervous because I’ve tried a LOT of Italian restaurants and ending always kind of disappointed. I wanted to eat something delicious but quick since I was at my lunch time. Well, thanks God I walked into this place. As soon as I came inside, I was welcome for a very gentle server. I just looked around the restaurant SO COZY, like I’ve never been to Italy but it’s like I can imagine restaurants there can be exactly like this one, so warm and beautiful with the lights on the ceiling (MARVELOUS). I decided to order bolognese spaghetti, OMG, VERY DELICIOUS DISH. You might say: Oh, it’s just pasta. Well, NO, it’s not just pasta. The sauce was REAL SAUCE, meaning NOT water mixed with meat or a very artificial sauce just from the opened can into you pasta, believe me, I’ve seen that a lot, but NO, this was HOMEMADE!!! The pasta was Al Dente and all the flavors for the sauce was simply amazing! Then I ordered the Tisamisu for dessert, because why not? Of course I had to try it and it felt like heaven to taste, creamy and soft. Everything was a very generous portion, super reasonable price and place was super clean and neat. Definitely, 5 stars to this place and I’ll comeback because this is the kind pf place that you find like a gem and you have to enjoy it plenty on a Saturday evening or a Sunday lunch! P.S.: Empty plates? As soon as I taste the first bite, no time for beautiful pictures! Go and check for yourself, no regrets warranted!!!

Came here was an amazing experience! And I say here because I haven't left yet, I had to write the review before leaving. The calzone (in the picture) melts in your mouth, the dough delicious, very fresh ingredients. Really good! But the lasagna, O M G! I didn't even take a picture, I was starving and it looked sooo good! The flavor, the cheese, the sauce, the handmade pasta, everything was in a perfect and delicious balance. The server was very nice and attentive. We're definitely coming back!

I lived in Italy for 4 years - and this food not only gave me goosebumps but almost made me cry it was so damn good. I had the ravioli with veal - let’s just say - if I was on death row and only had one meal to eat before I die - I would ask for this dish. Probably the best ravioli I’ve ever had in my entire life. Home made pasta. I really can’t say enough positive things about this - omg, the marble chocolate strawberry cake is moose and fluffy too - everything is a HOME RUN!

Our friends are picky and they recommended this small eatery to us, praising how they use fresh ingredients here, make everything from scratch and it’s a small family business. We loved some things, our server wasn’t the best, maybe we caught them too busy. The thin pizza crust was great! If you like New York style thin pizza crust you’d love theirs. On the menu it’s called La Sotille and it comes with their fresh tomato sauce, low-fat mozzarella, fresh basil and a topping of your choice. They accommodated our wish to top half the pizza with spinach for me; the other half, my husband wanted sausage, olives and pepperoni. Loved the crust! Just know the olives are brined olives, so they add extra saltiness. Our friends ordered the Chicken Parmigiana. It was fresh, pounded extra thin, hand breaded, pan fried to a delicate crispness and topped with the fresh tomato sauce and Parmesan. The best I’ve had, not that I’m an aficionado, because I’m happy with the frozen thick cut deep fried version, but this was definitely superior to that. This was our friends’ second time at this restaurant and this dish is becoming their favorite. The owner and his son both checked on us. Our server didn’t refill our empty glasses until we asked. Then she didn’t fill my husband’s glass! That was weird. All in all I’d go back for the Chicken Parmigiana and the pizza. Oh, and from scratch bread and olive oil for dipping is brought to the table.

Everything was great. Generous portions, the service is great, and the food is better than what you read in past reviews. Try the pizzas if you want to be amazed, the Quattro stagioni was soooo good that I had to take a pizza home for later, and for that one I asked the chef to make the pizza he wanted. Let me tell you it was like giving a very skillful graffiti artist a well exposed white wall and tell him to go wild. Not 5 stars, better to give them 1 diamond.

Fantastic little restaurant. Always fresh great tasting food. Pizza, salad, pastas always made per order and taste delicious. Restaurant owners are super nice... family owned. A++++

Had chicken parm. Too hard and dry. Dinner does not offer much of side than just pasta. Most other italian restaurants at least offer salad or soup with your order too. Had takeout. Person at counter was personable was a positive. That why I pushed the rating up to 2 stars.

Stop reading, start going. Trust me, it's definitely worth it. I love the pizza, the pasta, the bruschetta, everything. The price vs quality is to be honest amazing. My wife and I come here at least once a week because it's a nice night out and we don't end up spending top dollar. And the food is more than worth it. If you are in the mood also take a bottle of wine, it's worth it. I promise. Start driving and start enjoying!

I’ve been dining at Brusketa since they opened in 2013, and I can honestly say that I’ve never been disappointed across dozens of visits. I recommend it to all my family and friends! The remodeled restaurant is much more spacious than it used to be; a major plus. Service is always kind and willing to go the extra mile. Try Chef Pietro’s namesake ravioli and the panna cotta for dessert!

Came here on a lunch date based on recommendations of my husband's coworker. Very small, quaint place. Friendly staff. Dim lights make it cozy. Only 9 tables. Probably not suitable for big parties. But.... The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the bruschetta. Very fresh and tasty. I ordered the pomodoro with papardelle (extra $2 for that pasta). Delicious. My husband ordered the chicken parm with a side of broccoli. Let me just say that was THE BEST broccoli I have EVER eaten. After talking to the waiter, he said the broccoli is First steamed, then pan charred with sautéed onions... My input is also garlic maybe it was garlic salt. I'm not a chef but that's my guess on the garlic part. The chicken parm was so so so good. We split the 2 dishes so we got to eat both entrées. I'm so full. But a satisfyingly "I just ate ridiculously delicious food" full. Not a "why did I go to olive garden for the unlimited pasta" full. Definitely recommend. Definitely coming back.

One of the best italian places in south Florida. Short ribs are to die for but anything on the menu is amazing! They’re always packed though since it’s so good!

This is hands-down my favorite Italian restaurant in the neighborhood. Maybe in South Florida. The pizza, la sottile, is my absolute go to. The short ribs are so delicious. Whatever you get here you will not be disappointed. The owner and all the staff are always so nice and welcoming. I bring all my friends here, my family. It is just my favorite.

This place is so good. The food is absolutely delicious. Authentic Italian. Everything we tried, the folded pizza, the lasagna, the alfredo sauce, the meat sauce, the ravioli, the chicken milanese, the tiramisu...all top notch. Big portions too. I would recommend and return in a heart beat.

The place is really cute and small. The decor was really sooo pretty! My husband liked the Stromboli. I ordered the spaghetti carbonara and unfortunately, I was not impressed. The spaghetti noodles were all broken and not just broken in half but like little 1-2 inch pieces. It pissed me off that I couldn’t twirl the pasta at all. I had to take several bites just to get any pasta in my mouth. It just annoyed the hell out of me and I stopped eating after I ate the bacon.

Best Italian food in Pembroke Pines! Food is fresh and authentic for reasonable prices. La Classica pizza (if you like simple), chicken parm, and vodka pasta with prosciutto are my top picks. They also serve a sparkling cold red wine that’s delicious and you can’t find in most places.

The food here is amazing. I always order their pizza & the pasta. I am updating my review that is 4 years old. After 4 years the food is consistently delicious. You see how the pepperoni curls up? That is because they only use premium ingredients for everything.

Been going to this restaurant for many years and used to love it ...Chef Pietro Rota has left and it shows big time !!! My husband and I always order the same thing : veal chop with mushrooms with a side of sautéed brocoli and linguine mare ... everything was so bland it was extremely disappointing. Third time with new chef in the kitchen.. I had a big blob of tasteless mushrooms in a brown sauce on a veal chop and my brocoli was in a puddle of water.. the linguine missed spices and great tasting sauce I guess if you stick to the pizza which is always delicious, you’ll be ok..
