The
food
was
great,
but
the
service
was
terrible.
I
prepaid
my
order.
I
arrived
and
they
still
had
me
go
through
the
drive
through,
and
when
I
was
ready
to
pick
up
my
order,
they
sent
me
inside.
Once
inside
the
manager
was
overwhelmed
and
kept
telling
me
to
wait.
When
she
got
to
me,
she
informed
me
that
they
couldn't
see
what
I
had
ordered,
so
I
had
to
show
her
my
confirmation
receipt.
Even
after
that
I
had
to
wait
an
extra
hour
to
get
my
family
meal.
I
order
the
meal
at
7pm,
arrived
at
7:20
and
didn't
leave
with
my
meal
until
8:30.
Never
have
I
had
worse
service
at
a
restaurant,
and
not
even
an
apology.
I
wasn't
the
only
one
waiting,
so
among
those
stuck
there
waiting,
we
comforted
each
other.
Many
people
were
coming
back
in
the
restaurant
with
complaints
of
their
orders
being
incomplete.
Mine
was
perfect,
just
that
I
arrived
extremely
late
for
my
family
of
little
hungry
ones
to
finally
eat.
