Delicious and spicy. Loved the friendly customer service and the quick response through the drive thru. Enjoyed the combo meal and the pie. Really fast and polite attendant.

This is some good chicken if I may say so ordered the chicken strips and mashed potatoes and I was totally satisfied with the freshness of my food, will definitely recommend and Definitely will Revisit.

I really enjoyed Popeye's Chicken, especially when they have a big box! They are very professional at this particular Popeye's Chicken on 38th avenue and 183rd Street. They make sure that they have your order correct. They repeat it numerous times still to drive through and ask if there's anything else you like in a very polite way. This is my favorite Popeyes because of, location location location! So if you're in the car City area, stop by my favorite Popeyes Chicken location. "Love that chicken from Popeyes!"

The food was great, but the service was terrible. I prepaid my order. I arrived and they still had me go through the drive through, and when I was ready to pick up my order, they sent me inside. Once inside the manager was overwhelmed and kept telling me to wait. When she got to me, she informed me that they couldn't see what I had ordered, so I had to show her my confirmation receipt. Even after that I had to wait an extra hour to get my family meal. I order the meal at 7pm, arrived at 7:20 and didn't leave with my meal until 8:30. Never have I had worse service at a restaurant, and not even an apology. I wasn't the only one waiting, so among those stuck there waiting, we comforted each other. Many people were coming back in the restaurant with complaints of their orders being incomplete. Mine was perfect, just that I arrived extremely late for my family of little hungry ones to finally eat.

I can only say that every Popeye I have visited you have friendly staff you have good fresh food. Everyone is always helpful and they’re always very clean.

You need patience because this restaurant drive through is very overcrowded. It's better to go inside. I got someone else's order after waiting all that time (35 minutes). Food was fresh but to long a wait time.

First went to this location a few months back to see if the hype was true about Popeyes’ legendary spicy chicken sandwich. Absolutely loved it the first time. Went back recently to see if it still delivered... Good news is the sandwich is still just as delicious! Also, this drive-thru is fast in service as I notice some Popeyes have a line around the building at any time. Not here!

Had to waiting 15 minutes for biscuit, by this time my meal was Ice cool the kitchen staff, talking and laughing will people are waiting to place orders. Worst crew that I ever seen. It was not the wait is was the lack of customer service that made the experience worst. I will never visit this location ever again.

Went through the drive-thru, expected food to be ready in a timely fashion, but was told to park and someone would bring the food out. Thirty minutes later, STILL no food. I go inside to check on the status, told it's almost ready. Finally get the food and they forget to give me the cups for the drinks. I have to ask for them, despite already paying for them. There's really no excuse for such a failure in service. I, for one, will never visit this location again.

Ordered 3 Popcorn Shrimp Combos. 2 with mashed potatoes and 1 with fries. Ordered a 4 piece strawberry biscuits as well. What I actually received was 2 boxes with shrimp and one biscuit in each. No mashed potatoes. The third box had fries, a biscuit , and 6 pieces of shrimp. No mashed potatoes or strawberry biscuits. They did put strawberry and grape jelly packets in the bag. I will never order from this location again. They don’t know how to prepare their meals. What’s funny is that I ordered from a different Popeyes two days ago and I was so impressed at the speed, accuracy, and delivery of that order that I decided to try this location out. A mistake I won’t be doing again.

They were so busy handling the drive thru that they didn't take care of people inside. There were only 4 orders waiting to be done for people inside and it took 25 minutes from time ordered till order filled. Also, chicken was overcooked. We love Popeyes but this location could use some help organizing their service. We only ordered a 16 piece. No sides.

I always get driv thru. Half the time the sauce I want is out of stock and while the workers are really nice and fast, they get sloppy. Today my sandwich was falling apart, no biscuit with my combo and no fork for my mac and cheese. Also this new cheese is crumbly and dry and doesn't melt well.

Went through the drive thru today - try to always check to make sure everything is in bag. A 2 piece meal with a side and biscuit ( which wasn’t there ) now costs 9.99 . So 2 pieces of dark meat - a tiny drumstick and even smaller thigh with a tiny cup of coleslaw with a missing biscuit is 9.99 - outrageous. Called the store and their solution was to drive back and get the missing biscuit ! No thank you - how about you do your job correctly. Three chicken breasts with a biscuit, 2 piece dark meal , 1 apple pie , 1 strawberry biscuit and a frozen lemonade was $38.00 - ridiculous!

This Popeyes location usually has good food, but 9 times out of 10, they will have your order wrong or leave something out of the bag. Please make sure you check your bag before leaving the restaurant or the drive through lane.

Pulled up to the drive through AS THE ONLY CAR. I paid for 5 tenders. That’s literally it. They told me to wait up front, so they don’t report the accurate wait times, I get it. They forgot about me so I walked in 7 minutes later. And they didn’t know who I was. Over 12 people working the back, and one lady was mad that I even asked w a major attitude. I hadn’t even acted mad, yet. Got my money back after people running around panicking. Told them on the way out they shouldn’t have people waiting for 1 order of anything. This place and staff sucks.

Is not what it used to be. Chicken sandwich was really gummy, like biting and chewing rubber bands. The other one my daughter had was a little better though. The crispiness it used to have years ago is long gone. Fries were oily and limp. I gave this place 3 chances, I am done.

This was my first time dining in but my second time trying Popeyes. The customer service was good. Food was good. The restaurant was clean and pleasing. I’ll definitely come back if needed. The food was tasty and also the fries. The lemonade juices was good. And the price was affordable.

Food was very greasy and while the chicken nuggets were hardly chicken but rather fried batter/breading. The Coke was running down the side of the cup. (Let’s be a bit more attentive and mindful to what we are handing our customers and the exchange they leave with)

I love popeyes. I used to go all the time to the 163rd st. location before our office moved. This was the first time I'd gone to this one on University. Service was good, but the pros stop there. I ordered spicy dark and got 3 drumsticks the size of pigeon legs. The breading was very dry and tasteless as well. The thigh was fine. If I ever return I'll be sure to inspect the goods before leaving.

This particular location is consistently very good. Much better than most. Service, food, and cleanliness are great.

Associate Youse requires courtesy and common sense training she demonstrated rude, disrespectful, hostile and arrogant behavior, laughed when we requested they repeat themselves they were wearing a mask in a loud environment. Although the chicken was fresh and delicious her behavior was appauling, she purposely overcharged us, when we noticed the manager didn't want to bring attention to it, instead gave us 2 sandwiches - ethics definitely not a require for a managerial positon(s) and crickets from management

Love the chicken sandwich with a side of red beans and rice and an orange soda. Amazing! Service was great 👍 👌 as well.

This is by far the worst Popeyes location staff plays around too much even the manager was playful and not professional that just the first problem that this restaurant suffers I ordered a family meal my chicken had to be from the previous day cause it was super dry and had no taste the skin was black of how long it’s been sitting under the heat there need to be more quality check on the chicken before they serve it but this has been my second time the food has been horrible will not return to this location and I recommend no one to go here for food choose another location…

The chicken strips were tasty as always. The lemonade was refreshing. The staff was pleasant. Great place for a meal when it isn't too busy.

Bought chicken dinners from this locale on Friday. The chicken was dry and had no taste. It seems as though they serve chicken they dont sell the next day to customers. This location used to have a line of cars when they first opened. Not anymore. Now I know why. Will not buy from this locale again.

There are two kinds of fast food restaurants my friend, those that are clean, with good employees, above average service, and those that are not! Let's be honest if it's a fast food restaurant it's going to be just that, fast food, if I don't make a review that says they suck, the people were mean, I didn't like the food, then they pass. They Pass!

This employee treat customer super bad, I've sent a ticket to the Popeyes customer claims. When I try to take pictures she just turn around and just run to the back. She said she is the manager and which is NOT. Poor liar

Awesome service. As a person who traveled the world and eaten at many Popeyes including Europe. This is the best one in my opinion. I wanted to leave a nice tip to the drive through person who took my order but they were busy and trying to get customers through. Great job u deserve it.

The Classic Chicken Sandwich is all white meat, juicy and just all around FANTASTIC if you don't like Cucumber Pickles be aware there on here! Always hot and worth the wait. Sometimes the line is a little crazy but that's when you park and go inside and order.

I gave them 3 stars because i waited 17 minutes before they took my order. Popeyes is doing too much. First of all the workers are packed in like sardines.So its not to say that they were not working it was just caos because too much was going on. When i went inside it was only myself and one patron in front of me. Sooo there was the drive through, Door Dash, Counter pick up orders and all of the patrons who piled in as i was waiting 17 minutes to give my order as the one lady didnt know that she was assigned the register. I like Popeyes but there are also other chicken places who are more organized. Needless to say....i will think twice before i visit again. That was absolutely too much time out of my evening.😏

This place would've gotten a better score had the manager not been so loud about asking the staff questions in front of customers.. like? Who was that? Why are you back there? Don't you know your job yet? Not cool sur!! But place was clean, and service was quick, and food was great!!

Great food! Horrible traffic in parking lot. So crowded you can not access parking or navigate the parking lot. Order ahead and park at McDonald's.
