This is the third IHOP I’ve been to around the area I live in and I have to say this is by far the best one. My five year old said that the food tasted better here as well. The server was also very nice and friendly I which I would have asked for her name she was very helpful and lovely. Thank you.

I go with my mom every once in a while to this IHOP the staff is friendly, and the food here is good. My mom ordered the breakfast sampler and I ordered the breakfast burrito which was very good.

We were a group of 6 and there was no attendance at the entrance for a while, afterwards we sat and a rude lady called Marie was our waitress. Since the beginning she shad a terrible smell of smoke which is not nice to smell from a waitress which is not pleasing. Then she answered rudely to my daughter about the menu, then she said she didn’t have anything from the special menu and I asked kindly if she had coffee and ice so i can make my own cold coffee but she got angry, had an attitude and then she said she did not have any shakes any ice cream, any bananas at all. After she took the menu away from us she left and brought us beverages so we were going to ask for our food but she had a terrible attitude just because I asked what they had to eat available. She left without taking our order or saying anything. After several minutes she came back and yelled at us that she refused to serve us and there were no other serves at the moment. She told us to leave or stay if we wanted. I went to ask for the manager or help, and after that she came back to me and said in front of the three only busy tables at the moment, leave right now or I’m gonna call the cops. Her name is Marie and I would like to report this rude and disrespectful lady, people like this shouldn’t be working.

This place was not that busy when we visited. But for some reason the food still took a long time to come out. Overall this is a average location they do get very busy sometimes and it's not worth it when that happens. The service was ok it seems if you go to the register to pay your waiter or waitress is the only one who can cash you out. So that takes some time from what I could see from other guests.

First visit it’s a Friday night very empty thought my order was simple a patty melt pancakes and iced tea there were three tables I waited to be seated my food was ok I got disposable table ware with one tissue as I will refer to it and a kids cup with ice tea never got a follow up never got a refill no wonder the they need help here. Don’t think I’ll come back everything is treated as throw away even my experience I should have probably gone home and eaten top ramen and served myself Oh sorry about the syrup spilling off my pancakes onto the table but don’t know what to expect from being given a toast plate for pancakes.

Terrible TERRIBLE customer service. Over all a terrible experience. We arrived and we were greeted rudely by Marie. While we were making her order she just simply told me “No” and was extremely rude when we asked if they had certain items. She was just completely rude and disrespectful, and she made our friend cry. After she refused to serve us out of no where when there were only three other tables occupied, told us to leave, and as we were leaving she threatened to call the cops. Worst experience EVER.

We were on our way to the movies to see the Minions. So planned to stop but IHOP because we knew they had a Minions promotion which included a Minions menu. The service was okay. There was not that many customers in the restaurant. They seem to be a bit understaffed. But the food was it really good especially the ham (my favorite). The chicken and waffles were really good as well. We ordered some items from the minion's menu which were the banana pudding pancakes (we loved it) and the Gru Cold Brew (needed sugar).

We came here (party of 3) before catching a flight. It was late morning but not entirely crowded. Server took our order immediately and brought waters. She started off friendly. That's where the positives end. Food slowly came out after 45 minutes but it was partial orders for each of us. At the 1 hour mark one of us had their food entirely. The server avoided us because each time she passed by, I asked for an update. I noticed she just stopped coming to our section. After an hour fifteen, my daughter received the rest of her food. No response when I asked for another update on mine. The manager came by and was unhelpful. He said they were extremely busy, even though it was a medium crowd when we sat and got lighter over time. The manager dropped off the bill with $8 taken off. I told him I still didn't have my food. He said I'll tell your server. I finally saw the server again asked her for an update. She snapped at me with something along the lines of stop bothering her. It was an hour and a half at this point. The rest of my food was handed to me in a bag as I walked out the door. I thought there would be apology but they were rude and truly didn't care. After reading these comments I see we weren't alone in how we were treated.

We were seated right away. There were a lot of servers. Our server had the personality of an empty coffee pot. She got us our coffee and said she would be back with another set of silverware...that never happened we got our own. She took our order we waited and waited She finally came out and said it should be a few more minutes do not know who taught her about time. Still waiting to eat...we were getting ready to leave. After 20 minutes we finally were served but she never brought the silverware. We ate our food. Asked for the check asked should we pay her or at the front...she stated either one. Took the check to the front and said they do not take cash there we would have to wait for the server. He'll no...left money and check...NEVER AGAIN

Waiting time to eat was so long 😩 but I received an excellent service

So after I had placed a order online and picked up my food I was missing my pancakes so I was offered a free meal, I go to pick up the meal today and it was promised that it would be ready in 30min and it was not and after waiting another 30 min I am now have been there for an hour so food comes out I checked the bag before leaving and now I’m missing pancakes once again so I have to wait another 20min for pancakes one of the worst experiences I have ever had a ihop. Order was: A split decision with scrambled cheese eggs and cupcake pancakes.

Waitress very nice and accommodating. Food, terrible. Ordered 2 simple waffle combos. Scrambled eggs: cold. Two strips bacon: paltry. Waffle: cold. Butter: hard as a rock. Breakfast is supposed to be their specialty. Asked for manager, waitress suddenly doesn't understand English. Won't be back.

The food we ordered was very good. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was pleasant and inviting. All in all I'd rate a 4.5 experience

This restaurant does not have enough personnel. It took us 15+ minutes to get seated and then a whopping 40 minutes to get food after we ordered. We saw a large amount of customers leave because there was no seating host. It's a shame because there was a lot of potential customers that left for lack of service.

My wife and I went for breakfast just because we felt like doing something different. We walked in and were seated quite quickly. Our server was a very pleasant older gentlemen by the name of Ray. He greeted us quite nicely, and made us feel very welcome. he took our orders and made sure that while we ate we were very well taken care of. He was very pleasant throughout our time at this IHOP. He made us laugh, and also was one of these individuals that you knew was a hard-working, decent man.

We left the horrible ihop on university and Sheridan and drove to this location tonight for dinner. Great decision. It’s clean, the food was good, the service was fast. Shawn was the only one waiting tables and seating people. She not only held it down and hustled but she was friendly and even other patrons leaving before us were complimenting her. This is the only location I’m going to from now on.

Early morning visits are best. It gets busy at this location. My silverware was dirty with fingerprints all over them and hair on it. Served me steak but failed to mention they didn't have steak sauce available. Friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere.

Everytime I have visited this location it is very clean and welcoming. I have also noticed this location seems to be understaffed, but despite that, the servers that are employed do an amazing job with keeping up with all the customers' needs. I gave the food a 4 star rating because it arrived cold, which could be the result of many factors. Otherwise, great choice to dine in.

Hey I would just like to leave an awesome review on this store. I purchased food here about a month ago and was supposed to get a refund for an issue on overcharging but it was never placed on my card. The management leader Ta ‘Quita was very helpful and understanding. The staff was very nice and sincere. I will be coming back here and recommending it to anybody in the area thank you all so much!

This place is awful! i would NOT recommend coming! My wife and i came here for breakfast on sunday thinking we would have a nice pleasant meal, it was pretty busy, but not a huge shortage of tables and got seated right away. As we waited and reviewed the menu at least 4 times thinking of what were were both going to order, i watched 3 other groups of customers behind us get seated, waited on and then receive their drinks before anyone even saw we were even seated. mind you we were almost in the middle of the restaurant and also watched 2 tables next to us being cleaned by other personnel. To top it all off my wife is clearly pregnant, and you dont make a pregnant woman wait. We left immediately and never looked back. do yourself a favor and go to waffle house down the street or crakel barrel, or even dunkin doughnuts across the way.

DONNA IS THE 👌🏾 BEST!!! She basically handled the whole section if not seemingly the whole restaurant by herself. Cheerful, courteous and prompt among other things. Even offered to go drinks @ departure which I hardly ever get offered @ other locations. She definitely needs recognition for this. 😉

IHOP is a stable icon in the pancake + arena. You can never go wrong when selecting breakfast, at any time, at IHOP. And any other meal you choose there as well. The one I went to was clean, quiet, with great courteous service.

I ordered a Burrito with no peppers or onions and i got a bowl chock full of onion. I usually dont go here for this reason, there is something incorrect in my food every time.

What stood out was our server, Summer. She was amazing. Friendly, and efficient. The place was pretty busy and while there were other servers there too, she was everywhere. Including clearing tables. She zoomed everywhere with a smile. The food was good too. We enjoy their breakfasts.

This ihop is by far the rudest place I've ever been to I will not be coming back. Service was horrible utensils was dirty the waiter was rude I will not recommend this place to anyone that would want To have a good morning . Ask for a to go box and utensils she gave me all spoons .... why ? I do not know HORRRIBLE SERVICE

The place was packed and service was a bit slow. Our hostess was a quick moving, talkative person and got the order rolling on. Overall good experience. If you are ordering the spicy habanero omelette be mindful the cook is going to toss in twice more and it's going to burn afterwards.

The people were nice but the wait was more than an hour wait and there wasn't even that many people when we arrived. We also had a wait for utensils and plates. I definitely think there needs to be more workers hired and I think the pancakes are smaller in size now.

Went to dinner with my family a few days ago at night and Marie was our server! What a delightful experience we had. Marie made the evening perfect. She was courteous, attentive and very friendly! Marie brought for the children a surprise substitution, instead of bacon she brought a bowl of chocolate chips! Please make sure she gets credit for doing such great work! :)

This had to of been the worst experience dining for lunch. We waited almost 40 minutes to be seated when 80% of the tables were empty. Once seated it took an additional 30 minutes to bring us water. The food came out almost an hour later. Only half the food came out, and the half that did come out was cold and tasted like dish soap. The waitress did not have many customers and yet never seemed to come to the table. We had to ask for new eggs because of how cold they were, as well as the rest of our food that did not come out. We had to ask for our food and drinks 6 times before getting what we asked for. The manager brought the eggs and placed them very harshly while rolling her eyes. The manager was extremely unprofessional and the entire dining experience was horrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone, as there is much better options in the surrounding areas. Save your money and time because this place was horrible.
