The lady in the front register is very RUDE! Unwilling to assist when asked questions about other options. If you are not willing to assist the public find another Job! She refused to give me the store number or assistance from someone else. Please learn from all other stores that have amazing people working for them. This lady is always rude! I hope she gets training asap!

Very good atencion and delicious

They sell products that are not ready. I waited for 35min to get my order. When asked what was going on, the staff said it is a matter of minutes, but it wasn't. This is my last visit to this place.

If I could give this place a ZERO for customer service I would!!!! Kashmin had the worst attitude “ girl if you don’t want to be at work or have the patience to deal with customers don’t take it out at people with your disrespect. It took everything out of me to not walk back up after how you treated and ignored my daughter while placing her order and after waiting 10 minutes for the churros they look nothing like the advertisement. Just ridiculous…. Get together and learn some manners!!!

I bought churros, bring home. When arrived they were cold and very hard. Warmed in microwave, still hard as stone. Very dissapointed.

The attention was good, but my food was delivered 15 minutes after I ordered. How difficult is to give me one churro?

Incredible to find out one of their locations here I know them from Colombia and it was a kick of nostalgia. Their staff is amazing 10/10 with their customer service the food, delicious as I remember. Totally recommended.

I’m line at 8pm to get churros and staff turned off the lights and told everyone they were closed. Not the right way to take care of your customers.

says open to 8 pm so i drove over here just before 7pm. I got in line and the lady took the persons order in front of me, went to the back to make churros I presume. Came back out and told me that they are now closed.
